Absolutely the best place to buy/lease the new car!!

I was interested in the All New C Class, specially on the 2015 C400 model one that was very hard to find for the simple fact that it was not available with the specific options I wanted. Went to Mercedes Benz of Nanuet and Thanks to Sales advisor/specialist, Tony Coban, i was able to drive my 2015 C400 this past week. Tony made took it upon himself to made the transaction an easy, hassle free experience. not only he allocate the car with in one day, he made the process very simple and fast enough for me to have my car in a matter of three days. His courtesy and honesty is beyond a thought. There is a beautiful Machine in my driveway, and if it was not for Tony Coban at Mercedes Benz of Nanuet it wouldn't never happened. Thanks Tony. This was the best dealership I have been to in a long time. Our good friend named Matt hooked us up with a brand new Mercedes for the same price as our old Mercedes. They had food and water to eat and drink while you are waiting. There is also a TV with pretty good channels. They let you go inside all the cars to see which one you want. They even let us have one more day to mail the old key so we don t have to pay &350. All the employees are nice especially James Feedy. I hope I spelled that right ! I definitely recommend this place.

I am ecstatic with my Mercedes Benz trade in. It was a most pleasant car purchase and the fastest transaction I have ever experienced at Mercedes Benz of Nanuet! I have to tell you that this place gets it! Working people do not have time to sit around waiting for the sales team for hours, while they try to complete a deal! Instead they did all the research prior to me getting to the showroom. This is how it went; I received a promotional email and I checked out their inventory on line. I have the GL 450 truck and I just wanted an upgrade...bigger and better... I called in talked with one of the managers, Mr Mercedes. He described the perfect truck for me over the phone. I told him to hold that car for me to see that evening. I went after work and took a look at the car with salesman Edgar. I was sold with all the tech advancements and the large wheels...the works! I told him this is the car, I left copies of my drivers license and the number to my car insurance co. Filled out a 5 minute application and returned the next day to show the car to my husband... he loved it! So I am ready to sit down for the long transaction that usually takes place to purchase a car . To my surprise, they said here are the keys, you qualified for all the discounts, the first 2 months of the loan is free and your loan is ready to sign...WOW!!! There are 6 of us in my immediate family, and we have purchased over 15 cars in the last 20 years. Without a doubt, thIs was the fastest, pleasant car sales transaction ever!! We left in our new Mercedes Benz truck and a smile on our faces. Love it!

My family and I could not be happier with Mercedes Benz of Nanuet group. Joe Horneman has been our family s sale person for over 20 years. Very few sales people have Joe s friendly and trustworthy demeanor. By far, this has been the most caring and extraordinary dealership I ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in to the minute you leave you are treated with respect and most of all as family. The managers are great and always so eager to help you, but also their sales associates are terrific. Yesterday, I closed a deal on a 2015 GL450 with Tony Genovese. I simply can't say enough positive things about the experience I had with Tony. He answered my initial call and was friendly and helpful throughout. When we got into the nuts and bolts of our deal, I was in a work situation that made it difficult for me to speak on the phone. Tony and I dealt primarily over text messaging to put the deal together, and he was incredibly responsive (instantaneously) throughout. He helped me find the car that would best suit my family (ultimately locating one that was inbound to the Nanuet dealership and not even on the lot yet), after taking the time to understand exactly our needs. He also understood where I needed to be financially on the deal, and got me there without haggling. Not only did I get what I perceive as a very good deal, but it was a pleasure to deal with a gentleman such as Tony throughout.

I had a great experience leasing my GLC 300 from MB Nanuet. From the moment our Sales Consultant David began working with us, he couldn't have been more helpful. He was well informed on the vehicles and what they had to offer. We were offered an extended test drive, which was very helpful in getting to know the vehicle. David helped us find the car with exactly the packages we were looking for. We also met Peter and Rich of the management team during our trips to the dealership. The management is very present, always had a nice greeting and are ready to assist in any way they can. OP: I always have a great experience and quick service which is why I enjoy coming here. Last time i had windshield serviced they provided me with a loaner and I was out under 15 minutes... Today total opposite. I had to wait 30 minutes for the service person to help me, I understand he was talking to another customer but someone else could've assisted. Currently still waiting for a loaner and it wasn't until half an hour later (after I had already wait half an hour to be taken care off initially) that I was told they ran out of cars to loan. I had scheduled the service and request for a loaner last week so I'm not sure how they coordinate them properly. I've now been waiting at the dealership for over an hour and still no loaner and my license kept hostage by the service person...

I had never heard of the Nanuet dealership before I started shopping for a Mercedes this summer. A local ad on the Yankees YES telecast was my first source of information. Every car dealer spot tells you how caring and friendly their staff is. This is my first luxury car purchase and didn't know what to expect. In my case, the ad was accurate. Joe Horneman was the sales consultant. He was friendly, helpful and responsive. Joe took the time to address every concern I had. My interaction with Bill the finance manger was also very positive.

I recently purchased a GLE350 which was out of stock everywhere. Angelo my salesmen was amazing! He was super attentive, informative, and was able to get me one rather quickly. We were able to do it all through the phone and email. I just had to go in to sign on the dotted line and pick up the car. The whole process was seemless from beginning to end. This is my third time coming here and it is always a great experience. Rene the manager is also great giving the best deals. This is a no pressure dealership and it is by far the best dealership I have been to. They definitely have a loyal customer in me.

First off, I'd like to highly recommend my sales person, Tony Genovese. A few weeks ago, I gained interest in a CLA 250 4MATIC and seeked information from Autobytel. I was directed to three different dealerships but only one reached back. Within minutes, Tony from Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet reached out to me via email and asked how he can help. We scheduled a time where I can visit the dealership, test drive the car, and receive a quote. I must say, this is the most welcome I've felt at any dealership. Tony, not only gave me all the information I wanted to know, he worked with me in reaching the deal that I knew I'd be able to afford without stretching my budget. He put the customer first. Beyond the buying experience, he gave me all the details and tools that I need to for the car, including understanding how the car functions. I also appreciated how he made this experience more of a personal experience rather than some template followed questionnaire. I'll certainly be recommending this dealership and salesman to my friends and family.

My husband and I drove from Clinton, NY to Nanuet to purchase our first Mercedes. We chose this dealership due to the professionalism, dedication and knowledge of our salesman, Angelo Ferrara. He was an integral part in our decision making process to purchase our GLC 300. Through numerous texts, e-mails and conversations, he led us through all the details of makes, models and options that would best fit our needs. As we arrived, Angelo proudly showed us around the dealership. He then went over many (if not all) of the interior and exterior options and controls; including setting up my Mercedesme App! We've purchased many new vehicle's from both luxury and regular car dealerships. this is was BY FAR the easier experience of my life. i live in NYC very close to Mercedes of Brooklyn and Silver Star Motors (mercedes of Queens). we also visited ray catena. they ALL tried to shove cars that we didn't want down our throats and expected us to pay for ridiculous options we don't want even though they had the exact cars we wanted but refused to negotiate on those. $1000 for a spoiler and lightbulb behind the mercedes insignia? really???

we heard good things about this dealership. we checked their website for inventory and found a car we liked. came here on a sunday morning, told which car we wanted, told them what we want to pay along with our trade in (the same offer me made to other dealerships for cars with LOWER MSRPs) they just said yes and we were done just like that! the entire process, from negotiation to signing the papers took 30 minutes. it takes me longer to get lunch in NYC!! to be fair, our offer was more than reasonable. but NYC's dealerships tried to bully us into paying more money or taking a cheaper car for the same money.

anyway, the 1 hour+ drive was worth it. go here for your next benz. you wont be disappointed. we referred two friends here and they had the same exact experince

I'm telling the truth as I write this review. I swore on all that was holy I would never buy a new car in New York. The reason is the roads and also the high cost of insurance along with the abuse the car would endure on the city roads. After visiting the Mercedes Benz dealer in Nanuet NY and speaking with what I consider one of the most intelligent and knowledgeable salesmen I have ever had the pleasure speaking to and doing business with the name of the Salesmen was Joey H. After speaking with him and him educating me my concerns all disappeared and I was at ease in my decision. This was hands down the BEST experience with a car purchase. I was fortunate to connect with Walter Comacho from the Nanuet Mercedes Benz dealership. He was easy going and spot on with every step of the process. Not only were there no hidden fees or unecssary charges, but he was flawless in his paperwork and the time he spent with us. I had been looking for a second car since Aug 2017. I finally got one last Friday 2 Feb 2018. Buying and selecting a vehicle is not an easy task.
