My experience at Mercedes was seamless thanks to the professional efforts of Joe Horneman and Billy Laweree. Paperwork was ready and quickly and easily completed with Billy. Joe took the time to be sure I was comfortable with my new vehicle as well as all it had to offer. He called a few days later to see how I was enjoying the car and to check on any questions I may have. I never felt pressured by Joe prior to actually making my choice and I look forward to my future experiences at Mercedes.
