I had a wonderful car buying experience at Mercedes Benz of Nanuet! Juan, in particular, was so patient and attentive to answering all my questions, as well as, assisting me with leasing a dream car. Although, I reside in Pennsylvania, I wouldn't think of doing business anywhere else. In addition, the excellent customer service lives up to the Mercedes name.
This was by far my best car buying experience. The service at Nanuet Mercedes was second to none. My salesman Joe Horneman treated me like I was family. He showed me 8 versions of the same car, and even the same version more than once to help me decide the exact version I wanted. And he did it all with a smile, and even gave me water. Not only did Joe help me to find and purchase a car that I love, he has called me to follow up several times just to make sure I was happy and didn't have ant questions. I've never posted on social media before but I'm making an exception here because these guys have all went above and beyond to take care of me since I became a part of the Mercedes family.
Most dealerships treat you like a number from the moment you walk-in and the sales people definitely make you feel self conscious if you walk-out buying nothing. I first stopped in at Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet in 2010 to test drive my dream car and to be honest, I really couldn't even afford it at the time but I still remember what a great experience it was because there was no pressure but just smiles and a patient sales guy answering all of my questions (I wish I could remember his name but he doesn't work there anymore). After spending over an hour at the dealership, I left thinking maybe someday......
Fast forward to 2012, my wife and I finally decided to join the Mercedes family and are now proud owners of the GLK300 and more recently, we purchased the C300 last year.
It's important to point out that the VIP treatment did not stop after the sale. You see what is especially important to me is the follow up service. Anyone can make you feel great during the sale but there was a major issue with my GLK that I discovered three years after my purchase. I randomly emailed a guy named Rich Hesse about it not expecting much but Rich personally called me within 5 minutes to discuss the problem. I later found out Rich was the owner! This just doesn't happen at any dealership! Anyway, Rich Hesse and Peter Wirth both took the time out of their busy schedules to make sure the issue was resolved and the situation was completely corrected to my satisfaction.
Rich, thank you for treating me like family! You have a fabulous team that always rises to the challenge of meeting all of my expectations!

I am a Veteran Mercedes-Benz owner, this time around I was looking for a specific feature on the car,(lighting package) I tried going through my dealership, but I will not go into details because I do not want to take away from my AWESOME experience with this GREAT dealership.
So after giving up on my local dealer and about to give up and going to another brand of cars, I decided to goggle dealers within 50 miles radius and found this dealership, the phone rang three times, I ask for sales and the voice on the other side, very politely identifies himself as Rich and asks how can I help you? I explain what I was looking for and within a few minutes after small talk he says I have one in white, dark inside and would have it for you tomorrow or Monday the latest, we had a brief conversation about the numbers that made sense to me, he replied, we could do that!! At a point on the conversation he says I'm the owner, I hesitated the website look like a big dealership why is he answering the phone? I ask, he said three rings no one picks up I get it, I make sure my calls are answer!! I like that!!!
He took my number within the hour I received a call from Edgar Pena, I thought, well there goes that, he push me over to one of his sales people and now is where I loose it, WELL it did not happen, this friendly guy tells me he also lives in New Jersey, I went over what I was looking for, HE GOT IT! Rich had told him what I was looking for I hesitated a little, I really wanted a darker color,but i was somehow willing to comprise for my special feature, he ask him to give him time he will search and that he did call me back and offer me what I think I was looking for all along the perfect color combination with my lighting package and the price I wanted to be! Honestly I was not sure, after a long three months trying to get what I was looking for and two phone calls it was happening...!??He emails me sticker invoice, the car its what I've been looking for and the rest is smooth as can be; email him all the information he needed for the financials, service did not stop there, I get a call from Renee Garcia one of the Sales Manager that offer to bring the paper work to my home for original signatures, But I was able to take the 35 minute ride to the dealership, pretty impressive, friendly staff I got to put a face to voice, the car was not in the dealer but Edgar offer to deliver the car and pick up my 2016 to be grounded, I agreed, within the half hour all the documents were sign and I was on my way back home.
The next afternoon spoke to very personable, professional Edgar we agreed on a time deliver the new car to my house, went over the extra features, pretty impressive he knew the car!!A few days later a phone call from Edgar to see how much did I love my new car.
I don't normally write recommendations but I think this team deserves it!!

My introduction to Mercedes was April 2006 and on April 5, 2006 I was in a new car and was almost killed in my brand new Mercedes it s save my life and I have been using Mercedes since then. I ve purchased many Mercedes and usually have them serviced at a different dealership. Unfortunately service quality took a nosedive recently, so I have been trying other Mercedes-Benz locations. Finally I came to this one and I am impressed with the quality of service is the quality of service that first brought me into Mercedes. It is nice to be treated with kindness and respect.
Even though it is not the closest MB dealership to me I always go to Nanuet. This is my forth car that I have purchased from them and my sales rep, David Cohen, always takes care of me. I have no reason to go anywhere else.

I just picked up my 2016 C300 on Saturday, 10/31/15 from Mercedes Benz of Nanuet. This is my second time leasing now with them and the experience is great. I just need to tell you how lucky you are to have John Geraci as an employee. He is hands down the most genuine salesman I have ever dealt with. Not only did we walk the entire lot 3 times looking for a particular car in 90 degree weather (wearing all black and a mask) he did it willingly with no complaints. Even if I didn't buy a car I would have been okay because it was that much of a pleasure speaking with John. I have always appreciated this dealership and the workers but John is truly one, if not the best I have had the pleasure to work with. Just wanted to let you know.

Not the friendliest of staff. Didn't immediately offer to unlock a car in the showroom so I could look over the car. Salesman says they were sanitized. Didn't get the key to the car until I questioned him again. Didn't seem interested in selling me a car. Offered no info only responding to my questions with simple and short responses. Left for the Mercedes dealership in Paramus. Despite not having an appointment, I had the opportunity to examine the cars and even took a test drive. Going back on Friday with an appointment to test ride another vehicle. Not sure why I was so rudely dismissed in Nanuet, however it's their loss.

Just picked up my beautiful 2012 Certified Pre-Owned E350 today at Mercedes Benz of Nanuet! This dealership is the real deal. I went to test drive the vehicle last Thursday, after which I pointed out some concerns with it. The following day, I emailed the Sales Consultant, Rick Miller, to follow up on whether the issues had been addressed. Mr. Miller replied very promptly, indicating that everything had been fixed. I went back to the dealership that Saturday, confirmed the vehicle was back to spec, and negotiated a fair price, all within an hour! Mr. Miller was a pleasure to work with. His style, demeanor, professionalism, and willingness to "make a deal" made this as stress-free as a car purchase can be. Only suggestion for management: make a special assigned space for car purchase pick-up. Picking up my car in the middle of the main lot did not feel "white glove."
***Update 6/16/18*** Had to bring my car in for Service to check the mBrace telematics system. I was so impressed with the check-in process. It took literally less than 10 minutes to get a loaner! Same thing on my return/pick-up. I was back in my newly washed vehicle, with my issue addressed, within 5 minutes.

My vehicle was rear ended back in December 2018, their certified technicians are still having trouble fixing my rear bumper. On top of that, last time I dropped off their loaner I left $220 in the passenger visor, and forgot about it. After 30mins has passed, I realized that I have left money in the car and called them immediately. I spoke to several people who told me that they would have to check first thing in the morning because they were closing. Next day I call back and they told me that the money wasn t there. Only one person touched the car and only he could ve taken the money. I explained the situation to the manager, got the police involved and the manager told me that he would check the cameras. Edgar has a way of making you feel like you are the most important customer to the dealership. You never feel lost throughout the process -explaining the financing as well. When picking up my new car, Edgar went through each detail - always ready to answer my questions. Edgar continued to follow up with me after I brought the car home. He even came to my home to assist me with programming the garage door opener with the car. My husband, a previous BMW owner for 20 years, recently switched to Mercedes of Nanuet for his recent car purchase. And he also had Edgar as his sales consultant. This is my second Mercedes Benz but my first purchase at MB of Nanuet and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. James Fede went beyond my expectations and got me to the number I needed to be on a 2016 GL 450, certified pre owned. The level of service was exceptional and they addressed all of my concerns quickly. Afraz in the service department was great! I also did not feel any pressure from the sales pitch. I would definitely buy again from MB of Nanuet and I look forward to a lasting business relationship with them.
