This is by far the best Mercedes dealerships in the area! After going to another one for the first two years of my previous lease, and experiencing less than superior customer service, I switched to Nanuet. I m onto my second lease here. The maintenance department is outstanding, as well as the sales department! John Geraci was absolutely wonderful in deciding on my next lease. He was so informative, communicative, and I am confident we got the best price. John made transitioning from one lease five months before it was up to my next lease so seamless. He worked so well with me in managing the remaining payments, over mileage and maintenance. I certainly did not feel like I was dealing with a car salesman in any of my interactions with John. He was beyond patient, helpful, and resourceful. He knew we were shopping other cars, and still never pushed us or pulled any typical sales tactics. He also spent so much time with me showing me all the features on the car, which the other dealership never did when I leased my first GLE. If you re looking for a superior dealership, this the best; and John Geraci is by far the best salesman to deal with.I ve never felt so comfortable with a dealership. They go above and beyond for their clients.
