Good sales experience...HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMEN...

Good sales experience...HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I have taken my car into the service department 2 times now and both experiences made me wish I had never purchased my car there! My new car was damaged both of the times it was taken in for service. The first trip to service was a nightmare. And during the most recent appointment, I was told by the service writer that there were a few things wrong that would be fixed under warranty. I was contacted the following day by the manager saying there was nothing wrong with those repair items and my car was ready to be picked up. When I picked up my car it had been damaged for the second time and the AC system was no longer working properly. I tried contacting the Service Director several times and left multiple messages with no response. I ultimately delt with the Service Manager during and after both appointments, but he was no help and never apologized for any of the issues during my two appointments. He did offer to try and fix the issues, but acted like they were not at fault in any way and was rude and a little arrogant. I love my new Benz, but my experiences with this Service Deparment has1 robbed me of the joy that I once had in owning this car. I am now having to take my car to another MB dealership on the other side of the metro to have it fixed. This is extremely disappointing because I live, work, and socialize in this community and I believe in doing business with, and supporting the local businesses in this community. I will no longer do business with, or recommend Mercedes-Benz of Westminster.
