I filled out on forms online but unfortunately my work has kept me extremely busy and I went on vacation so I've been unable to respond to the sales consultants correspondence. The sales consultant Alec has now began to send me text messages and is questioning me. Disappointed that I have to take time out of my day to write this review.

If it wasn't for this man, Jimmy Clemente this review would be just two stars! Jimmy is a driver for Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. He is an angel. with the best customer service, kindness and professionalism I have encountered in a long time! Here's what happened...my husband and I bought a Sprinter Van from Mercedes. We had the check engine light come on after just 4,000 miles! We were traveling cross country and a bit worried. When we arrived to our state of Colorado we got it into the shop in Westminster. We waited there for four hours! They refused to give us a lender car, and had no idea how long the service would take. The waiting room was nice but the reflection of the sun made it hard to watch TV, and although they offered snacks, and water in plastic bottles, THEY DO NOT RECYCLE...AT ALL! The sales man made jokes when I inquired, but some of the receptionists agreed it was inexcusable not to recycle in this day and age! Well, finally we got the van back, only to have the engine light come back on after 400 hundred more miles. This time when we delivered the van, we were on the way to the airport. We noticed that Mercedes had a driver, and asked him for a ride. He introduced himself as "Jimmy" and happily obliged to bring us to the airport! Jimmy is a very safe driver, upbeat and entertaining with his kind inquiries of us, and his funny stories. We left him smiling, and on time for our flight! Jimmy redeemed our judgement of this dealership, and mankind in general. Kevin Stewart, you should be proud to employ this wonderful man, and what the heck...give him a raise!!!

I ordered a key for a Sprinter and called today to the service department to have it programmed. I kept getting an answering machine when I called. Finally I talked to a very nice gal, Katy, the service secretary and she tried to get a service advisor on the phone, but everybody was busy. I definitely expect more from MB than this. It seems they need to hire more people to get the job done for a high-end motor vehicle company. I never have any trouble getting through to whomever I want to speak to at Toyota.

Steve Thompson at Mercedes Westminster Sprinter service did an amazing job at addressing the service issues with my Sprinter and got my vehicle in and out in one day. I really appreciated Steve's personal customer service and attention to the small details in finding the best and most cost-effective solution to fixing my Sprinter. He clearly knows the Sprinter inside and out and I appreciated his level of expertise. Also, I really liked that Steve kept me updated by text message every step of the way while my Sprinter was in their shop so I always knew the current status and when it would be ready.

I met with Jeff McDowell. He asked me what kind of a vehicle I was interested in. I told him I was interested in a GLA. The knowledge he had on this vehicle is incredible. He knows the vehicle inside and out. He was very patient. I would buy another vehicle from him. I have told my friends that if they are ever in the market for a Mercedes-Benz that they should contact Jeff McDowell. He is an awesome person. He talks to you like he is your buddy and not a salesperson. He makes you feel welcomed and comfortable.

Dropped off my Mercedes engine RV. Very nice customer service people.They replaced a belt that was worn. They said i needed 6 new tires. When i declined they forgot to check the psi on the tires. So I drove it 1/2 across the country with deflated tires. Some at 40 psi instead of the recommended 80 Psi. They did not check my wipers that are falling apart from poor rubber. They also somehow opened my sky vent and drove it so it blew out the very nice black out option, it will be an expensive repair. All an all, nice service people, the actual workers, I seriously doubt their work to this point. In a email they said they would address it. get back to me over a 2 weeks ago and are now totally blowing off my messages to remedy to situation. How are they getting 5 stars? They have a nice waiting room and nice people. But their service in this case is a dangerous FAIL. Guess I needed a newer more expensive car to get the service i paid for.

I currently own 8 vehicles and this has been the worst dealership I have ever worked with. I purchased a brand new Mercedes and have had nothing but issues since the moment the car left the lot. The dealership has had no accountability and has been completely non-responsive on taking care of the problems. Buyer beware I would shop elsewhere if I were you!

If I could give this dealership a higher review I would. I have purchased and leased many autos. Mercedes-Benz of Westminster is truly what a car buying experience should be. The salesman Haden Roberts answered every phone call and knew the product in-depth. I did this deal over the phone. 5 stars for this young man. Also the sales manager Greg Weiler also returned my call and went out of his way to make sure my daughter was taken care of. If you are not purchasing or leasing your Mercedes from MB of Westminster you should be.

Had an 8:30am appointment, was not given a loaner so had to rent a car for the day which wasn't a big deal. We were told that they didn't have loaners but found out at the end of the day that they actually did. Received a call around 2pm that our vehicle would be finished by the end of the day so we returned our rental car and went back to the dealer and waited. At 6pm we noticed that everyone was going home so we went to find out what was happening and where our vehicle was. Patrick who had helped us at the beginning of the day, was nowhere to be found and we discovered that he had gone home for the weekend and left us in the waiting room. He never said a word to us about our vehicle. This was on Friday and we were three hours from home without a vehicle. Luckily one of the employees "miraculously" found a loaner vehicle so we could drive home for the weekend. A week later our vehicle is finished at a much higher cost than estimated and we are stuck making the 6+ hour round trip because of this dealerships mistake and inability to communicate. Go anywhere else but here!
We have been to this dealership several times and Linda who used to deal with Sprinters was very helpful.

Got lucky to have Wolfgang help my wife and I pick a wonderful GL550 that we ended up taking home.

My car shopping experience at Mercedes-Benz of Westminster was an enjoyable one. The representative, Shekhar, was professional, knowledgeable about the product, and patient. He helped me find a vehicle that suited my needs and budget. The financial representative, Kambiz, was also very amiable and carefully went over additional services and parts offered at the dealership. Both team members were exceptionally helpful; it was clear that they weren't just interested in making a sale. I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from here in the future.

Steve Thompson met us at the end of his day the evening before, then stayed extra to get us signed in for early next-day service - great first impression! He then texted us the next day to let us know exactly when the vehicle was ready to help us plan the rest of our day. When we went to pick it up, both Steve and Robert Ward assisted us with questions on an extended warranty; we signed up for an additional 2 year plan. I wish these guys were local to my Western NY area!

We usually dont spend the time to write online review but our experience with Jeff McDowell and MB of Westminster was exceptional. We inquired online about a used car. Jeff McDowell was responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful. We found Jeff to be a sales consultant rather than a pushy salesperson as we unfortunately experienced at other dealerships. He is a straight shooter. We definitely recommend MB of Westminster and Jeff McDowell.

Terrible incompetent service department. Asked them to inspect the car and they did, the parts they inspected broke two weeks later and stated they cant tell when things will break. Useless. Do yourself a favor and service your vehicle somewhere else because here they will neglect any issues in your car until it breaks and then you end up owing them $2000 when it could have been prevented with $160.

On my most recent visit, the wash crew was backed up, so the drive gentleman (Peter) pitched in and washed my vehicle with a portable wash unit so I could leave sooner. They go the extra mile. Can't beat that.

Don't waste your time and money at this location I have been a customer for a few years now and their customer service is absolutely horrible, it's impossible to get a hold of any body that can actually do anything to help the customers, when I call and ask for a manager they are rarely available.They don't follow directions I asked them to change my phone number to the correct one several times, and they are never on the same page! I can't tell you how many times I've been given the run around at this place it's a joke! It's a hassle to get even the simplest of things done such as servicing the vehicle. Terrible representation of such a prestige brand! I highly recommend going with a different branch! Save your self the headache and the frustration!

What a disgusting display of customer service. I called the service department a month ago to ask how much their A1 service would cost. I was quoted $199 and made an appointment. I pull up today and there is no one in the vicinity of the service department except one guy in his office on his cell phone who refuses to acknowledge me. So I walk inside where no one greets me. I find the parts department where the gentleman there tells me he can t help with anything in service. I m sorry, you can t even locate a service advisor for me? I guess not. I wander back out into the garage. Someone is back at the desk, but can t help me because he can t find his paper . What? Finally someone comes out and is going to check me in for my service. The first thing he says to me is that The service cost $305, okay? Questioning it to me almost like this happens all the time. He doesn t take me to an office, he doesn t ask if there is anything going on with my car. After I told him I was quoted $199, he writes it down, asks if there is anything else and if I know where the waiting room is. I decided to walk around the area. It was suppose to take an hour and a half. I get a call 45 mins in. They can t do my service for the price that was quoted me and it is $305. What a joke and a bait and switch. I told the woman who called me, who I hadn t met at all that I d be back to pick my car up and how disgusted I was with the whole experience. I come back to find the keys in my car and my car on. So I left. Get a clue. Some of the worst customer service I ve dealt with. A tip... make sure the people answering the phone know the pricing if your services. You can t run a business this way.

Still just a dishonest used car dealer at heart. I bought what was supposed to be a Certified Pre-Owned car from MB westminster, and after I got it home I started noticing things that should have been done as part of the CPO certification that were not done. My salesman first tried to blame me for the damage, and pretty quickly just started ignoring my emails. So the lesson is, even if its a used mercedes, these are still just used car salesmen who do the minimum and don't care about their customers. Do not expect anything more from them just because they have a nice showroom and pretty cars.

I sent an online inquiry regarding a Mercedes Metris and quickly heard back from a salesman, Hadyn Roberts. This was already a great start as I was dealing directly with a salesman while other dealers have rooms full of people with nearly no product knowledge just dialing phone numbers all day begging you to come in.

I set up an appointment to check out a Metris with Hadyn and his knowledge of the product was unparalleled. While the salesman at a Ford dealer unlocked the doors and asked if I'd decided I wanted it, Hadyn went into great detail explaining the technology that went into this particular Mercedes Benz product's development. Unfortunately some time passed and I found a vehicle in the identical specification I was seeking across the country. The buying experience there was very poor and all I can say is that I hope next time I need a Mercedes that I have the time to order from Hadyn or there's a specification closer to what I want close enough for Hadyn to do a dealer trade.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. Both times it was an excellent and quick experience. There is no pressure, nor any silly techniques. Would highly recommend. I have tried to shop MB of Littleton, but both times have been disappointed (super low offer for the trade and vehicles that were dirty/had flaws). This is the second time I have left MB of Littleton, driven up to Westminster, and bought a car on the same day.

As a side note, the service department is also very professional and courteous. Their valet service of delivering a loaner to you when service is necessary is extremely convenient.

All my service was completed ahead of their committed time and they had a driver come and pick me up to get my car. Absolutely awesome service

The worst service experience that ive ever received. One star is generous. Waited 7 hours for an oil change. When I asked if they had rotated my tires - they said that the tires did not need rotation - the tires had extreme wear on the rears that certainly needed to be rotated.

This dealership is a straight scam that houses criminal activity. RUN! Take your business elsewhere.....

Over almost exactly a whole year I worked with Jeff McDowell. Why so long? I was being methodical and patient and didn t know what I wanted. Through it all, Jeff answered all of my questions. When he didn t know the answer he went and found it. If he couldn t get an answer he was up front and honest. When I finally narrowed down my choice for a Sprinter Van to use for a camper conversion Jeff walked us through the options and the deal was done with no haggling or upselling. I would recommend Jeff and Mercedes of Westminster to anyone seeking a new vehicle.

I had an appointment for Service B last week. My advisor had to be away unexpectedly, so the Service Manager jumped in late in the day to get my work completed. We discussed an issue that had previously been identified but not addressed. The Service Manager heard some details that compelled him to ask me to bring the car back this week and he'd give me a loaner. I picked up the car today. The issue is resolved and explained. He presented me with a $0.00 invoice. And the car was completely detailed, not just washed. He explained his philosophy and why he did what he did which all was a big surprise to me. I've got a renewed passion for this car and high confidence in MB Westminster's ability to delight its customers.

Cars going in for third time this month and it still is not fixed. Called managers a number of times to find out why and got no call back.This is after spending 5000.Absolutly no difference in all things I asked to fix. None were done. Not a single one.Sure, the dealership looks impressive, but I bought a certified used car and they do not stand behind the certification.The interest rate on the loan was huge as well, even with a credit rating over 800. I got caught up in the moment and boy did I pay for it.

Really great sales people, but HORRIBLE service department. Got a call on a Monday afternoon that my S63 was ready to pick up. I told them I'd come by first thing the next morning. I come Tuesday morning at 8:00 as discussed and they not only don't have the car ready to go and I have to wait to get it, but it is also not washed... and to top it off they give it to me with a tire nearly flat. (I had them look at the tire since it was losing about 3-4 PSI per day. They found a nail which they couldn't patch and wanted to charge a fortune to replace, so I declined to have MB do it. Discount Tire was able to get the tire on for a fraction of the price a few hours later). So as a big eff-you for me not having them do the tire replacement they give the car back to me with nearly no air in that tire and send me on my not-merrry way. During the process I asked my service rep to call me multiple times to no avail (he only knows how to text). After picking up the vehicle, I asked him to have his manager to call me, also (less surprisingly) to no avail.

Nothing rude, you can just see and feel it. They only care well for people who just say, "Sure, just do it. Whatever it costs". We usually asked Jeff Blake for our car service and he was not in that day. Andre Archuleta helped us for the car problem. Andre was very friendly and spent time to explain the pilot bushing leaking problem with the mechanic, Thomas. Nathan knew we needed the car for the Chinese New Year on Friday, 2/16 and Valentine's day. He took an extra effort to take care the problem on the same day. Excellent and outstanding!!!

We must start off expressing a bit about a poor experience my husband had with a former employee, so poor that we actually purchased our new vehicle out of State and had planned to not visit again HOWEVER I am glad that I paid attention to my instincts as I recently called the Westminster location since our service was due. I felt inclined to do so since we never followed up when the situation occurred. If you just walk away it can be very unfair to any place of business. So happy to have made the call. I explained our past experience to the Service Manager, Nathan Barkin. Nathan handled our issue with great professionalism and genuine concern. To say that our circumstance turned around is an understatement! Nathan went above and beyond, he is true to his word and extremely committed to keeping the Mercedes Benz reputation impeccable. We are so grateful for Nathan and the way he cleared up a past experience. I am a firm believer in second chances and personal communication. We will be purchasing our next vehicle through Mercedes-Benz Westminster and look forward to a lifelong relationship.

I cannot speak highly enough of Nathan in the Service Dept and his crew up there. I had some issues with a new car purchase and Nathan always made sure to handle the issues and get me a loaner whenever needed. He is extremely accommodating and understanding. He made what could have been a very frustrating situation as pleasant as it could possibly have been. I live in Highlands Ranch, but I take my car to Westminster for a reason- they are awesome!

Had our Mercedes services at this location. We did not purchase the vehicle in this state but the service was spot on. They did a great job. Took my wife to the mall and picked her up when she was ready to leave. The curtesy driver is one of the nicest people in Colorado. My wife just thought he was awesome. The service department called a few days later to check on our vehicle and satisfaction of the service. I recommend highly.
