Vehicle service performed in a timely manner. Jack is always pleasant and takes the time to listen and resolve any questions or concerns I might have.. Having someone who is patient and takes the time to listen to customers is a real plus! Jack is an asset to you MBS!

I can not say enough how disappointed I am in this...

I can not say enough how disappointed I am in this service department and dealership. Such a lack of follow through, they make mistakes ordering parts and installing them and I am beyond frustrated how I have had to hunt the down for everything. This is a history of a year worth of dozens of visits that would have been unnecessary were they to act as professionals and do their job diligently. I am DONE going to your service department, I will rather take a drive somewhere else, but deal with intelligent people who know how to give customer service and fix Mercedez benz. Further more, my husband inquired about making an offer on a used car on their lot and they DID NOT GET BACK to him. I guess you do not need customers if you throw them left and right like us. Sean and your management team are worthless businessmen.

Unacceptable. Bought a brand new car from here in ...

Unacceptable. Bought a brand new car from here in December 2019 and paid extra for the warrant . By March 2020 my check engine light came on. Scheduled an appointment and when i arrived it had turned off so they send me back home since the light is off and can not diagnose it. Light turned back on within days went to drop it off at 850am and i get a call back at 345pm saying that they are now diagnosing it and that they will need additional time. I now have yo Lyft or uber to work tomorrow since they do not know what is wrong with my car and keeping it over night. Their only solution was we can reschedule for another day so basically I'm screwed because who wamts to drive a 4 month old car that has its check engine light on. Regret having to deal with this service department

All I have experienced have been multiple problems...

All I have experienced have been multiple problems, wasted time and money, and still dealing with problems !
I purchased a brand new Sprinter Cargo Van for my company vehicle, and right away the sliding door cable broke, and the ventilation system wasn't hooked up correctly. The ventilation issue required multiple visits, and them giving me the run around, trying to proove it was normal until finally repaired. At only 6,000 miles I started having intermitten transmission problems requiring me to cycle the key on and off. At only 9,000 miles the brakes are intermittenly making grinding and noises.
Well, now the vehicle has roughly only 23,000 miles, and I still have both problems.
They say they will only pay for a portion of the brakes and still have not resolved the transmission problems. I have brought the van in multiple times, even had to rent a vehicle, that they have not reimburssed me for yet. Even though they said they would.

The saddest part is that, besides the fact that I still have to bring it back in and deal with these unresolved problems, is that I had to purchase another company van, and would have bought another Sprinter, but went with another brand because of all of this.

I drop my car and they have a loaner car ready to go ,they are always friendly and I recommend this dealership highly.

I called back in the afternoon and said that he was going to call me back. another day passes and still no call back. Seems like these guys have not figured out basic customer service.

We test drove about 10 cars before we arrived at MB. From the first time we test drove our car with Mung, we knew we were in for a treat. He knew everything about the cars inside and out. He also has a very laid-back- no-pressure attitude that was refreshing. Then we met Steve. His passion and enthusiasm for his customers and the cars is palpable. He always made time for us and answered all of our questions. His patience is unending. He even came in on his day off for us. I cannot say enough great things about Mung and Steve! So happy to join the family now. We will be back!

Everything about Mercedes Benz of Sacramento is FIRST CLASS. Did anyone notice their coffee maker? Did you want to rip it off the wall and take it home with you? In a nutshell, my salesperson Jose, and the Financing Manager, Georgia, MADE IT HAPPEN for me. No drama, no tough sell, no playing hardball -- just one question, "Are you able to put more money down?" When I answered, "NO." The answer was, "it's yours. Congratulations." They are rock stars over there. I urge anyone who is considering spending $30K on any car to include a Mercedes in that list of yours, then pay Tony or Jose a visit. I OWN A MERCEDEZ BENZ!

Service, followup and communication was horrible. I usually have great things to say about this service center. I guess a busy Saturday morning with 1 attendee on the schedule was the reasons why my day here was so insane. I turned my car in for a simple light bulb change. After waiting for about 4 hours. I was given a rental. The reasoning was for a recall on the steering and fluid leak. Thinking I would get my car back in a few days, I ended up getting my car back 7 days later. When I dropped off the rental to see if my car was ready. I was told to leave the keys inside the car. The keys were then given to another person with my things still inside. I had to flag down the guest who was about to drive away to pop the trunk and open doors so I can get my belongings out. The rental was not ready to be given to the next guest. It took over an hour to see what was going on with my car. Again they had one person working on a busy Saturday morning and he looked completely overwhelmed. The service man who was helping out the week prior was out sick. The service person helping me this time had no clue if the car was ready or not. He stated that he guesses my car is ready and gave me my keys. He stated that he will email me the service report. Til this day the service report has yet to be received. I do not know what was done to my vehicle or if the problems were even corrected. The service light still remains on. It seems like my car is worse than when I turned it in the first time. My starter seems like its going out, my tire pressure light remains on and my car squeaks at times. I am so unhappy about the service I received.

I am talking specifically about the parts center because sometimes it's super frustrating two experience such slow service and generally not very knowledgeable staff. other than that though, I have no complaints

hi i am gurpreet singh i have a complain about Mercedes Benz of Sacramento how have quoted me service charge of $85 an hour for compression check which will take 2 hour so it will be $170 so i said ok thats fine so they performed the test and told me its my fuel injector which is bad so i said ok how much will that be they quoted me $700 for fuel injector which we dont have in stock right now it will take 2 days to get so i went to there parts department and bought fuel injector same day for $400 which is $300 cheaper what he quoted me so today on 12/7/2016 i get me van back from them i was given the bill for $360 for compression check for 2 hours so that makes it $180 an hour which they quoted me $170 in the beginning and they dont have any service charge displayed anywhere so whch means they can charge what ever they feel like

I am really disappointed in the staff. The service department is really bad. No repack for customers time. I dropped for my car off for keyless entry not working and said it will take 4-5 days. No follow up and I asked for loner and said the guy said I will get you loner and called everyday and they said we don t have any loners. When they did. They charge 190 for inspection but don t really inspect the car. My car had rattle noise in the engine and told them to look at it 1 week later they said we can t hear anything. Are You serious

The parts department always gives me cheap parts & the girl at the service dept actually called me back & companies never do that anymore!

I just bought my DREAM car at the Mercedes Benz at Sacramento! The customer service here is TOP NOTCH! From the moment we walked in meeting our sales consultant Craig who insured we felt comfortable and that he d help us get the best deal too Brain the sales manager who was genuinely excited for me to get this vehicle! The welcoming feeling we received from Ken the Fianance manager and the excitement from all these men and hard work to ensure we received the best experience made purchasing a luxury vehicle seamless! We live in El Dorado Hills and we are so happy we came all the way out to the Sacramento location! I highly suggest the Sacramento location BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Really not very good neighbors for people that are...

Really not very good neighbors for people that aren't driving. Even though they have plenty of space to accept deliveries they still encourage delivery trucks to block the bike lane on Alta Arden and management seemed totally uninterested when confronted with the illegal parking they encourage.

Bought my ML 350 after a 4-yr lease, and then leased a new GLC from Steve Tracy. Felt I had all the information I needed to make a good decision and obtained a good deal on a fine new car. Julie Garcia helped me navigate through the piles of paperwork.
Around the same time, I brought the ML 350 in for 60,000 mile servicing and was given accurate information by Mike Gallagher about a minor part so I could make logical decision about a repair. The work was done quickly and I was kept apprised all along the way.

Gave it 1 star as it would not allow zero stars. They are just that, zero in ethics, service, reliability. I negotiated a price and while on the way to get it, found they sold it. Later found it was still there. Their other branch MB of Rocklin are just as bad. Several of my colleagues have gone elsewhere due to similar experiences with the von Housen group

We initially met Brian when visited MB Von Housen of Sacramento to "look at" vehicles. Brian was extremely personable, very knowledgeable about his 'products' and provided guidance without pressure. We felt very comfortable that we could trust Brian. Both my wife and I have been in sales for more than 25 years each and know the sales process well. We left the dealership in the car we came to "look at".

When we decided to purchase another car, we contacted Brian directly. We were not surprised to learn that he had been promoted to Floor Sales Manager. There were other luxury SUVs that my wife had her eye on (ie, Audi, Range Rover). However, we remembered our experience with Brian and called him to give him an opportunity to win our business again. When we arrived, Brian was gracious and helpful.

The car buying process can be long and arduous. Unfortunately, due to Brian's additional Management responsibilities (multiple deals to oversee!), he had to eventually assign a salesperson to assist us. Although the salesperson was nice, he was not as knowledgeable about his 'product' as Brian (when he was a salesperson) and did not follow up with us post-purchase. If not for Brian's involvement in this transaction, we would have strongly considered another vehicle brand.

However, we came back to the dealership primarily because of our trust and confidence in Brian. We ended up purchasing a GLE43 AMG.

Sales staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Staff did everything they could to find the vehicle we wanted. Service staff has been great, even driving out to our house (35 miles) to assist with setting up the garage door opener. Am so impressed with the ML 350 Blue Tec and the staff I am glad we bought a Mercedes and at this dealership.

I would rate this dealer on the lower side of the scale , the sales person was friendly but unfortunately it was a bad experience, after we reached an agreement on the lease term, I found out that the car had almost 200 miles which was a surprise for me since I expected a brand new car to lease, 2 nd the front bumper of the car was out of place which they said will be fixed the day after most important before I signed I found that the lease term was for 4 years instead of three years, it was a big disappointment in a dealership that should be held to a higher standards, I went to a different dealership where I got two cars for myself and my wife , more important was treated in a very professional way.

The WORST experience of my life. It was the 1st time in all my life that I felt somebody look down on me with contempt. PATRICK MCGARRITY, service advisor, is unprofessional, rude, careless and disrespectful.
On 7/17/2020, I had an appointment to change the glass of my driver seat s window. Patrick gave me the price of the glass by phone but he refused to give me the price of labor. When I arrived to the appointment, I complained about the price, $800 to change a glass, and he responded to me it is what it is . This was completely unprofessional but I did not have another choice than leaving the car there to replace the glass. When I went back to pick up my car, the lady who took my payment told me that the car had other issues but Patrick did not take the time to explain anything to me putting my life on risk. I started the car and before leaving the Mercedes Benz s parking, the car stopped twice. My car was driving without any problem when I left it to replace the window and now, the car was stopping and had a light that said check engine . I went back to the Service office but Patrick was gone already. I drove back to my home very afraid and praying to not have an accident.
After the weekend on 7/20/2020, I drove back to Mercedes Benz to fix the problem. I went to talk with Patrick who acted like he did not care about anything related to me. He then tells me that he did not believe me when I said that my car didn t have any other issues when I came to replace the window. This means he was calling me a liar. I thought that he just had a bad day on the 17th but I realized that this was his real personality. He despised me and he lacks of any customer service. He should not be working in this job dealing with human beings.

Do not do business with this dealership you will be sorry. I ordered a replacement key and it did not work. They charged me a heads hundred bucks to deliver the key? A total rip off. A friend of mine warned me but, I did not listen. I moved here from Sausalito and need a local dealer for car maintenance. I will not be dealing with this dealership again. I expect honesty, dignity, and courtesy. I guess that is too much to ask. This place reinforces every bad stereotype associated with horrible car dealerships. I never ever got this type of service n Marin County. Simply disgraceful....

I like the service department. The people are polite and competent. The only reason that they are getting the one star is that the person assigned to her car was informed that her car was totaled and he like the sales department just dropped it. I have a complete review separate for the sales department. If you have the time please go through it. Love the cars still drive one. Of all the reviews that I've been doing for years this is probably the second time that I am Giving a business a single star. Trust me I tried to figure out how to give them a negative star unfortunately there is not a way to do it

Most horrible service from a shop ive ever had in my life. Rating -10. i brought my clk320 because the check engine light was on. I was told a diagnostic was going to be ran on my car and i would receive a loaner until it was fixed. It was been a week and i have yet to receive the diagnostic or a loaner car. This dealership does not even know whats going on inside its own walls. I have been paying out of pocket for a rental and as a paying customer to this dealer i do not feel as if i should be treated this way. i was given an estimate of $1280.60 because the conductor plate needed to be replaced. This was replaced and i was told this did not fix the problem and that i needed a new transmission control unit and this was an additional $1300. i called and talked to the service manager and he told me that the original part the "conductor plate" was not even put into my car yet. So i was basically lied to and tried tricking me into paying $2600 for something they didnt even know was wrong. I called the corporate office already and the bbb to file all complaints. This is not how you treat customers and i would recommend no one ever take their car to get serviced here or buy a car from here because they will not take care of it. They will take advantage of you, keep you car for no reason and then talk to you like "so do you wanna just come pick up your car or what?".
dont ever go here period point blank.

I called this branch to get a price on a service and they kept playing with the price and changing their mind every time I call. I took the car for repair and a few days later I found out that the mileage is not actual because they put incorrect miles when the did the repair. I went 3 times and talked the manager and he kept telling me that he will take care of that. now its been 4 months and they have not fix the issue and it shows on the carfax that the mileage is rolled back from 99,000 to 55000 because the service department put the trip instead the mileage at the time of repair. I wouldnt recomment this branch to anyone.

I gave 1 star because my car was finally done and returned. If I could leave a minus 5 stars, then I would on their customer service skills. We had a terrible terrible experience in having our Mercede fix there. We first dealt with Jason in service but he doesn't seem to know how to return phone calls and update the customers on their vehicles so I requested to ask to talk to the person in charge of the dealer and was given Chris name and phone number. While talking to Jason about maybe I should to the Chris in regard this matter, he inform me that Chris is like a "Phantom" there ...he comes in and out and that I would not be able to talk to him. Well Jason was definitely right on that one, I could not believe that a person in charge of the whole dealer did not know how to return a phone call or an email from a concern customer. So a few days later after so many call and messages I was forward to another service adviser manager, Jack, because Jason out of the blue went on vacation on one afternoon. Jack was pretty nice in the beginning but slowly he forget how to return pick up his phone too. Let's make the long, horrible story short...after about 1 month an half my vehicle finally got done. I could not believe the kind of experience that I received there, they are terrible in returning and updating their customers and it seem like they don't care, whether it is the service managers or the actual manger of the whole dealer, mr "Phantom" Chris is who they refer to. I will never ever return to this dealer or any other dealer that they incorporate with. I will definitely share my experience with everyone that I know!

After one week of waiting they said there is some problem and they can't make a key and I need to order all new system for 6000$. I asked for refund and called locksmith. Got a new key same day

Worst customer service ever! I went there earlier ...

Worst customer service ever! I went there earlier today to check out the cars and wanted to maybe test drive one I was interested in. So this salesman came up to us and said hello as usual and when asked if i can test drive the g wagon, he gave me a look, walked away and never came back. When I tell you I m not exaggerating me and my cousin walked around the lot for a good 25 mins looking at the cars, not one person acknowledged us anymore and they starred from a distance. I felt discriminated as if they looked at me like I didn t have the money for it or something so they just decided to ignore us the whole time. Most definitely will be going to MB of Rocklin next time!

Purchased ML350 in March 2020. Purchased online and did not see car until delivery. Excellent transaction. As described. Photos of car accurate. Brett was my sales rep. I highly recommend Brett. He promptly answered all my questions. Car was delivered in excellent condition. I would order another car from Mercedes Benz of Sacramento and highly recommend them.

The service deptaetment of Mercedes Benz in Sacramento has provided the worst service of any dealer I ve worked with.
Forgot they refused todo the work requested. Forget the service manager missed his phone call appointment by six hours and cost me ninety minutes of lost production.
When I asked who the ASE certified diagnostic tech who administered the test was my request was denied by the management.
Those things are all bad.
What hurts the most is....

I can prove flat out with time and date stamped photography. That the service depart lied about the work they said they performed on performed on my vehicle.

After all this they didn t even wash the car.

I won t ever shop Sacramento Mercedes Benz of Sacramento. You don t have to take my advice.
I would recommend you get your car into a dealer that cares as much as you do about your car. Sacramento Mercedes Benz is not that Dealer.

I have given 1 star for the looking good from outside building! The people work inside are lazy and irresponsible! I am not asking for a better service for a cheap product I bought from Walmart! I spent a hell lot of money to own a Mercedes! I cant expect a ridiculous service and suck it up with that! What a stupid junks are those people there!

Wonderful customer service. Regular scheduled maintenance was completed on my car. Efrain has helped me before and is always courteous and helpful. I take my car to the Sacramento location eventhough I live closer to the Rocklin location because Sacramento provides better service. I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Sacramento for service and for purchasing a new car.

Very disappointing experience with the Service Dep...

Very disappointing experience with the Service Department! They should be ashamed of themselves charging $165.00 to "look at" my car. They came back telling me what I had said to them in the beginning - it needs ball joints and control arm bushings. What I asked for was, the cause of the car not having an even ride-height. It looks like it's doing a nose dive! I put new factory springs on the car to try and fix, but it did not correct the issue. I 'thought' being MERCEDES BENZ, they could tell me specifically what needs to be done to correct the ride height, which in turn would fix the camber on the front. I know it needs the ball joints, but this won't magically raise the car! They agree with my assessment, but have no answer. They try to sell me on five-thousand dollars worth of repairs that don't address the problem I'm there to address. I politely paid after expressing my dissatisfaction. Next I'll be filing with the better business bureau. If they couldn't find the problem I asked them to identify - there shouldn't be a charge!! They ADMIT the problem exists, but offer no solution. A total scam! I'll never go back to them. Not ever.

Decided to visit before my Reno trip. My original sales lady wasn't there so a 6ft bald guy assisted. We talked for a minute and I saw what I wanted on the showroom floor. A denim blue 2020 CLA AMG. I was going to wait for 2021 model. Sales lady said day before no '21 test drives but '20 very similar. He explained the interior to me and answered my questions. I agreed to see the other C classes on the lot. He asked about my career and I said I just retired. Then things took a bad turn. I decided I liked the showroom beauty. My finalists are Tesla Model S Mustang SUV, and CLA and only 2021s get my biz. He told me only a red 2017 POS was available for test drive. I politely end the conversation with this phoney new car sales men and tell him I will test drive a '21 somewhere else and MB wasn't available for rent in NV because short notice. Tesla treated me better. Maybe this guy calculated me as a poser. Fatal mistake. He lost a 2021 CLA AMG sale! Why would I want my first experience with MB be behind the wheel of a bucket?

Should of waited to get my service done at my local dealership back home In LA. They didn t call me when they were so called finished with my car i had to go through a rude lady with a tone by the name of Rebecca to be told it was ready then hung up on..i never was able to meet this so called Jason i was assigned to in person. I thought that was just really improper etiquette. Though Jason was very upbeat and very professional over the phone. I come and pick it up from my service, i have to wait a bit and there was a tire light on and bird poop on the front when it finally arrived...mot to mention it looked like they didn t even touch the inside of my car cleaning wise. I also noticed scratches from the cleaning job that weren t there before...i just hope the car is going to work fine after this since if their service is as bad as their customer service then my car is screwed. Which at my other dealership their washes are spotless and they even deep clean the inside...i ask for them to rewash it and they did. I ended up taking it to another detailer and paying them for i m not going to ask a third time for a have some dignity. However all of this would NEVER happen at most MB dealerships..I felt completely disregarded.

After a week of searching and 5 other Mercedes dea...

After a week of searching and 5 other Mercedes dealers in the bay area, this one really took cared of us and helped greatly on getting my GL. JEREMY and GEORGIAN are fantastic to work with, nice, friendly, easy to work with, straight up and no bs. I would definitely come back for next or more cars. Even when I live 1.5 hours away, don't mind the drive coming back.
