Parts department even during moving warehouse were amazing at finding the part I needed even though it may have taken a few minutes longer, they were great! Always have good service at MB Fromm Billings MT, to Sac CA. Their employees are well trained to deal with many situations. Thank you for your service

Very happy to see a great ending with my daughter ...

Very happy to see a great ending with my daughter driving off with her 1st Mercedes. Amine was the 1st sales associate she spoke with and when we came back to actually see if she can purchase , his partner Jay took care of us. They were so so real and honest. We felt they truly had the best interest of my girl. We let Jay know what she was comfortable with regarding down and payment and we said fight to make it happen and he did just that.
I now can brag about our experience and I'm doing just that. We are one happy camper and driving off with her dream car. I'll be back for mine soon guys . Lol

I never leave a review for anyone as it just takes too much of my time to explain what happened, however when i see someone go out of their way for me, i would do the same. I have a 2015 Mercedes C400 that needed to be checked near the differential as their was a lot of grease buildup suspected oil leak of some sort. i personally dread taking my vehicle in to service on maintenance or warranty work. However Patrick McGarrity went above and beyond took care of my needs. i needed a loaner vehicle and Patrick was able to locate one for me in less than 5 mins, i was sitting in a 2020 Mercedes CLA 250. My car was in the shop for close to two weeks and was starting to frustrate me, however Patrick checked in with me daily which helped ease that frustration a lot and took very good care of me. I believe it is Patrick that is going to keep me coming back to Mercedes of Sacramento to continue my maintenance, warranty and future Mercedes vehicle shopping.

My 10-year-old Smart Cabrio is as reliable today as the day I bought it. I owe much of that performance to the care and concern I've received from the excellent service staff at Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento. Service advisor, Jason, and service technician, Paul, ensure that my driving experience remains safe and economical. Their communication with me is always clear and they consistently demonstrate personal concern for my satisfaction at each visit. When I need them, I never hesitate to schedule service with Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento and highly recommend them to friends and family! They ROCK!

Service department is a joke. I called the service...

Service department is a joke. I called the service department and gave them my VIN number. I requested my engine serial number. Girl on the phone told me they don't give that information out over the phone and i would have to come in for that information. What? I don't think she understood what she said. Non the less she couldn't give me a reason why she herself and other employee's have given me serial numbers over the phone before, any dealership is more than willing to provide you with that information. The Rocklin dealership is much more competent and hassle free. I called them and got the information i needed immediately with no HOLD time or hassle.

Starting with not honoring the truecar certificate. I called and spoke to a Representative and he assured me before I made the commute from Stockton they would honor the Truecar offer. They did not. What ever you are told they have no problem lying to you to get you to come down to there store. This particular store in Sacramento are not trustworthy. My wife really wanted the car so we did purchase the vehicle. Once we exepted the offer we spent over an hour waiting just to start the paperwork.

Just purchased an AMG C63S and all the people I worked with (Brett, Aaron, Jose, Julie, Baylor, Michael G) were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and professional. They let me take all the time I needed to make a decision to ensure that I got the car that I would be happy with. This is my first Mercedes (I've been a Lexus girl the last 17 years) and I don't regret it for a minute so far.

brought in my Mercedes cls55 for a fuel tank recall, the representative told me the car would be ready for pick up next day. Next day they call me telling me it was not done, should be ready next day. After they kept telling next day after next day for a few days. Later they called me to come and get it, I drive out and halfway there, the representative calls staten the car is stalling and shuts off. They told me to give them a few more days to figure out whats going on. They tried to say my car was "heavily modified" that was the reason. I told them NO way my car was driving daily no problems besides leaking fuel out of the tank. Told me to give them a few days to figure out the issue, about a week later went by and they call me telling me it was a bad fuel pump plug. So now they fixed the car and told me to come and get it. I show up to pick up the car and noticed the air suspension was fully raised (found that interesting).

I get back to work and walk around the car and noticed front bumper lower carbon fiber lip has a whole in it. I reached out to the representative to find out what happened why nothing was mentioned he did not say much. Told me to send a invoice for the part cost and he would run it by the manager. Later they paid for the damaged part on the car (No apology) or anything.

Few months later I ended up having the car on the lift and noticed my drive line was rubbing on something. I started to look around why this was happening and then realized that MB dealer had to take everything off to get to the fuel tank. I started to check how it was assembled why its rubbing on the heat shield and started to notice poor work been done assembling it back together. All of the parts they removed got shoved back in place poorly, all aluminum heat shields are bent and some screws were never even tightened, plastic splash shield broke because they did not mount it right. I made a video and sent it to the representative but no response for a few days, I waited and resent the email directly to him and still nothing a week later. I had a delivery guy come by from their shop and I asked him about it, he took notes and claimed he will notify the manager. Nothing yet, I called and left a voicemail to the manager but nothing from them so far. Very upset how they handled my car ( like trash). Very poor job, I am very shocked that a Mercedes shop would do something like this. I will filing a official complaint with BAR and Mercedes of USA.

On 7/28/17 got away ot the oil changed in my cls550 and was treated very well!I was told it would be an hour and it was just under that! They gave me excellent customer service and i will be brinhing my car back for all services!!!

Great sales person very Patient . Everything we ask for or agreed to was taken care of. Car was washed and ready for us. This is my second Mercedes from them. Having service done on my car getting the loaner car comes in handy. Every time I get my car service they have my car cleaned inside and outside.

Received no follow-up phone call stating my vehicle was ready for pickup after service was completed. Spoke to service desk personnel in regards to why changing two rear tires had taken 7 hours to complete. My Wife and I found it very comical of how they were justifying why the job took so long. Very disrespectful. Will not be returning there for service and will NEVER recommend to anyone else.

I had a great experience in my last visit in service department!!! My MB had a major problem in the engine with only 29K miles on it. The quote to complete the work was more than 3K and thanks to Jason my advisor and MB of Sac Management I paid only half of the bill. WOW! Thank you so much for your help and taking care of your customers.
Amazing how they jump really quick to help me with this problem.

Power window broke. Got it in. Got the control panel replaced and the car back in one day, Excellent service! Service rep John Garcia and his service team did an excellent job! I was pleasantly surprised the dealer had the part in stock and could complete the job in one day. I really appreciate the other amenities, The shuttle to/from work is quick and efficient. A very pleasant waiting area including which includes a Starbucks. Also my fixed car was returned to me clean inside and out.

I have always hated buying a car. Rude and pushy salespeople and endless time to finish the transaction has left me with a distaste for the experience and rely on purchasing through internet sales. All that changed when my husband and I went "just to look" at a new A220. We had heard great things about it and wanted to see it. We had been toying with the idea of trading our 2013 Accord. We were approached immediately by a smiling salesman (Abe) who led us to a car. From that moment on we were so pleased with the manner of the salesperson throughout the process that we were amazed that we actually enjoyed the experience. As we drove away in our new A220 we couldn't have been more pleased. And still are. Thank you, Abe. And thank you, Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento!

These guys are the worst.... Try getting them to return a phone call... They sold me an extended warranty on a used Mercedes for $3,300.00... Then they told me that the car was to old and did not qualify for the extended warranty.... That was 9 months ago.... I have been asking them to send a check to my lender and its like crickets over there.... Looks like its lawyer time....

This is the 2nd Mercedes-Benz from the Sacramento dealership. The experience was First Class and my lease experience was exemplary. EJ was the best! I was pretty demanding with what I wanted and he continued to work through my requests until they were all satisfied. THANKS SO MUCH EJ..... I am already planning on my next Mercedes to take me into retirement! Wahhh Hooooo

Buyer beware when it comes to this dealership. It is amazing that when prices are available online, cars can be purchased directly, that we still have to deal with car salesmen with all the underhanded tricks. Things to watch out for at this dealership:

-Price out your car online before going in. We went in looking at a car with a monthly price from online through Mercedes of $414/Mo. We were offered by the manager over $650 per month initially. When we laughed at him, he agreed to bring the price just below $650. When we left and received desperate text to come back, we sent the screen shot of Mercedes online pricing. The response from the salesman Tim, "We never really talked numbers".
-Being left in a room for 20+ min at a time. They use this technique constantly. Telling you things like, "This price is so low, I need to get it approved by the guys above me." Every single item of discussion left us in a room waiting for "approval".
-Refusing to give a price before you go in. They think this is still a valid way to pressure a person into buying a car, by forcing you to come in person before quoting any pricing.
-The line, "my boss is going to yell at me....". Whether it be about the price, the down, needing to make the sale. Both employees constantly talked about being "yelled" at by their general manager. The whole time you felt like the work place was a miserable and hateful place to be.
-General manager refuses to talk to you directly. Even though every item has to be discussed with Tim's "manager", the mysterious general manager refused to talk to any customers we saw there. Even at the end and purchasing the car and wanting to compliment Tim on his knowledge of the car itself, we literally saw the manager RUN 3 steps away when we overheard us requesting to talk to the general manager. The other manager kept saying that he was "kinda the boss", unless he needed to get something approved that is.
-HOURS of your life wasted! We went in there with a car picked out and a quoted price. And yet we were stuck there for 5 hours having to argue back and forth about a quoted price.
-Swapping out the contract on you. We finally came to an agreed upon price with Tim. Then we were sent to a different guy for signing of the financing. When I questioned Tim as to why the price was almost a $100 more than what we verbally agreed, he refused to acknowledge anything and just said, "Well I don't see anything wrong with the contract". Their word and what they say means absolutely nothing.

This was definitely the most miserable experience I have ever had a deanship. Constant games between employees, top down issues with training and underhanded sales techniques, flat out lying and refusing to put anything in writing, these guys are the typical slime ball salesman of a dying industry. I would never recommend anyone shop with this dealership and perpetuate this type of toxic environment.

Don t buy parts at this location unless you know the part number. Here is the deal. I was calling to Rocklin location to order parts, somehow I ve got transferred to Sacramento location. No one told me about it during ordering process . I have ordered parts and paid. Came to Rocklin location to pick it up after work. Obviously no one knows where is the parts. Finally they figured out that the parts is at Sacramento location. Next day I had to go to Sacramento location to pick it up. When I came there, told them my story, no one even said sorry about that. I have picked up my parts, came back home, took apart my van to put a new part and found that the part I bought is wrong. So I had to go back there.

I was over to the service Dept this morning with no appointment. My check oil light had come on once or twice the last few days. Well with no appointment Alyssa, I believe her name is, greeted me very quickly and despite having a very busy service department she assured me that she would take care of the issue in about 25 minutes, 20 minutes later she was completed and sent me in my way with my vehicle fixed. When I pulled into the service department it was very busy. I want even sure how long I would have to wait, no worries the great staff at Mercedes Sacramento were able to take care of me in very rapid fashion. I would personally like to thank Alyssa , this is the second time she has assisted me without an appointment. You should be very proud of the quality of work that she is providing to your customers. This being our 3rd Mercedes, its obvious why we continue to buy from Mercedes benz Sacramento, as they have the best service. Thank you for always doing a great job and taking such great care of our Automobiles.

Customer service needs improvement. Salesperson tried to put us on a used car which we werent interested in. When he finally decided to take us to the new car lot, though he saw how much I liked the GLE he never offered to get the key to unlock the car so I could see the inside and only let me peeked through the window. Very disappointed. I took my business to Lexus down the road who gladly let me in their LX570, even let me drive it. I will be returning to Lexus to pick up my new car in a few days.

Multimillion-dollar company Mercedes-Benz flexing their muscles on a two homeless guys we have two homeless guys posted hunting public property adjoining Mercedes-Benz parking who kept at work area clean surroundings clean but since we did everything by the book to do everything right but Mercedes keep on pushing us out of this area because they don't want us here we are regularly harassed by the Mercedes and securities and the Sheriff's Department on the instruction of the Mercedes-Benz Sheriff Department's is trying to kick us out from the from the spot we are in and legally buy the legal laws which has been changed that we can be stayed in any park in California seems like it's not being keeping in the mind it's like openly open the crushing everything openly challenging everything

It was a huge mistake to choose this dealership which brought endless problems.

First, I was over charged for about $500 due to a wrong MSRP and they refused to refund me the wrongly charged amount but instead offered to give me a set of mats and logo projectors which basically useless for me. But I really don't want to waste too much time on this so I said yes, but this is conditionalized on a good review on the survey from MB. Okay, I can understand a good review is important for them so I said yes again. But, months after I did the survey, no following up at all and whenever I texted and asked them, they just told me they were checking!

Second, the car (new) was defective when delivery. There were lots of scratches, marks etc on the paint and the glasses but they told me this would be gone after they detailed the car, which turned out not the case at all! It still doesn't look like a new car.

Third, one minute after I drove out of the dealership, the SRS light it on. After they spent 10 days (they said it would take 2 days) to fix that problem, I found one door handle was peeling and two of the fender trims were detached. It takes another week for them to fix these problem, but after they delivered the car back to me, only one of the fender trims were fixed! I called the service department and they didn't want me to talk with the advisor at all and just asked me to leave a message. I did and I also emailed the advisor. One week already, no one bother to follow up with me still.

Overall, this is my sixth car in my life and this is no doubt the worst experience so far.

Update: it has been three months since I bought the car but I still haven t received the mats and other stuff which were promised to compensate the overcharged price. I ve texted them so many times but still nothing happened. I ve given it up. Overall avoid this place!

Jack did an excellent job with handling the trunk issue with my 2019 Mercedes S450, and being responsive. The Mercedes-Benz currently does not have a solution for their defective power latch that causes inconsistencies with the trunk closing. For a flag ship sedan with a 110K+ price tag I find this to be unacceptable. On several occasions my trunk would not close and I spent 5-30mins attempting to close it. Imaging standing in the parking lot or at a valet trying to close a trunk on a brand new Mercedes-Benz 2019 S450. To make matters worse the solution now is to not use the trunk, and they do not have a solution at the moment. This Dealership also missed the mark because they failed horribly in cleaning my vehicle before handing it back to me. There were visible dirt and scuff marks on the body of the car and they did not wipe down the dashboard. There were visible water streaks on the windows. On the people side the human interaction was great but because of the brand which demands excellence in all areas I was really disappointed in the cleaning and also that the GM was no where to be found when I wanted to speak to him.

I have always had a positive experience with mercades of Sacramento. The last few times that I have had to have my car serviced the service advisers have been very helpful in communicating the process and timeline. They have also always provided me with a loaner vehicle which is somthing that I appreciate.

I had my 2005 Mercedes plateau towed to Sacramento...

I had my 2005 Mercedes plateau towed to Sacramento Mercedes with limp home mode engaged. They ran a diagnostic and at the end of the day sent me off to continue my vacation trip. . 25 minutes later I was stuck in limp mode once more but the dealership was closing for the weekend and I had my vehicle towed to another dealer in Bakersfield which correctly diagnosed the problem. When I called Sacramento and asked them to make it right, they refunded me the total amount they charged. This was done in a timely manner and without a fuss which earned them four stars.

Words can not describe our fabulous time we spent with Amine!! We went in with intentions of just viewing a selection of vehicles, from the moment he greeted us to the time we drove off with the new vehicle it was a pleasure and never felt over pressured into anything we did not want. This is the 3rd vehicle purchased from this location and we will continue to return to this location and will highly recommend any one in the market for a new vehicle to request for Amine to show you a new vehicle.

MB of Sacramento apparently does not have "Service...

MB of Sacramento apparently does not have "Service Advisors". When I stopped by to ask specific questions about service, I asked an employees who was standing in the vehicle drop off area where the service department was. He told me he was the "service department". When I asked him the questions, I got vague OR "BS" answers. I was told to call the central appointment center.

This is the only dealership I have seen that does not have its own "Service Department" or Advisors. I left with the gut feel that I should not trust the dealership with my vehicle.

MB of Sac has always done right by me, even though my car was not purchased there. I thought this would be true across the board, unfortunately I found this to not be the case. I was recently in the Bay Area when my check engine light came on, so I drove immediately to MB Pleasanton, where they were unconcerned with helping me; I might as well have pulled in there with a Saturn. From their waiting room I phoned MB Sac, immediately spoke with the service department and by the time I got off the phone I felt relieved, appreciated, understood and well taken care of. Thankfully I got home with no issues, made it to the appt MB Sac had immediately scheduled for me, and my beloved car is fine. Being kind and respectful does not take much effort, yet that s not the experience I had in Pleasanton (oh, the irony). It is, however, exactly how I m treated every time at MB Sac. I guess they ve spoiled me for other dealerships, and that s perfectly fine with me; I ll not go anywhere else. Thank you Mercedes Benz of Sacramento, thank you Jason and Lisa, and all of the other people who s names I can t recall. Thank you for always being knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, and, well, pleasant.

We called and made an appt the day before. Brought our Sprinter Van in at 9:00am, Dave Rose said we would have a diagnosis by 11-12. Didn t hear anything back. Called and got the Soon... soon ... Kept calling. Finally requested to get our van back as we needed to get on the road as we are traveling. got our van back finally after 3:00pm and they never even look at it. When we arrived, Mr. Rose was defensive about it. We were on vacation. Wasted an entire day. Really bad communication. Good business is all about communication. Don t string your customers along. Had our vehicle for 6 hours. Did nothing.

I couldn't believe that I scheduled an appointment for service and was still there for 3 hours. I could have walked into several chain service centers and not waited half the time. Why would you scheduled someone for an appointment then make them wait half the day. Very disappointing

The parts department is extremely understaffed and refuses to answer phones. I call the Service department to try to get ahold of Parts and the Service lady tried to transfer me and they wouldn't pick up for her neither. She asked for my number and said they would call me back. I never received a phone call after 2 hours. So I drove over, and waited another 45 minutes in line just for a price quote. They have 15 or so associates walking around on thier phones and one person running the parts department. I will rather go somewhere else next time. Going to sell my Mercedes and never looking back.
