I am really disappointed in the staff. The service department is really bad. No repack for customers time. I dropped for my car off for keyless entry not working and said it will take 4-5 days. No follow up and I asked for loner and said the guy said I will get you loner and called everyday and they said we don t have any loners. When they did. They charge 190 for inspection but don t really inspect the car. My car had rattle noise in the engine and told them to look at it 1 week later they said we can t hear anything. Are You serious
