I gave 1 star because my car was finally done and returned. If I could leave a minus 5 stars, then I would on their customer service skills. We had a terrible terrible experience in having our Mercede fix there. We first dealt with Jason in service but he doesn't seem to know how to return phone calls and update the customers on their vehicles so I requested to ask to talk to the person in charge of the dealer and was given Chris name and phone number. While talking to Jason about maybe I should to the Chris in regard this matter, he inform me that Chris is like a "Phantom" there ...he comes in and out and that I would not be able to talk to him. Well Jason was definitely right on that one, I could not believe that a person in charge of the whole dealer did not know how to return a phone call or an email from a concern customer. So a few days later after so many call and messages I was forward to another service adviser manager, Jack, because Jason out of the blue went on vacation on one afternoon. Jack was pretty nice in the beginning but slowly he forget how to return pick up his phone too. Let's make the long, horrible story short...after about 1 month an half my vehicle finally got done. I could not believe the kind of experience that I received there, they are terrible in returning and updating their customers and it seem like they don't care, whether it is the service managers or the actual manger of the whole dealer, mr "Phantom" Chris is who they refer to. I will never ever return to this dealer or any other dealer that they incorporate with. I will definitely share my experience with everyone that I know!
