We initially met Brian when visited MB Von Housen of Sacramento to "look at" vehicles. Brian was extremely personable, very knowledgeable about his 'products' and provided guidance without pressure. We felt very comfortable that we could trust Brian. Both my wife and I have been in sales for more than 25 years each and know the sales process well. We left the dealership in the car we came to "look at".

When we decided to purchase another car, we contacted Brian directly. We were not surprised to learn that he had been promoted to Floor Sales Manager. There were other luxury SUVs that my wife had her eye on (ie, Audi, Range Rover). However, we remembered our experience with Brian and called him to give him an opportunity to win our business again. When we arrived, Brian was gracious and helpful.

The car buying process can be long and arduous. Unfortunately, due to Brian's additional Management responsibilities (multiple deals to oversee!), he had to eventually assign a salesperson to assist us. Although the salesperson was nice, he was not as knowledgeable about his 'product' as Brian (when he was a salesperson) and did not follow up with us post-purchase. If not for Brian's involvement in this transaction, we would have strongly considered another vehicle brand.

However, we came back to the dealership primarily because of our trust and confidence in Brian. We ended up purchasing a GLE43 AMG.
