Dealer wanted $699.95 fee. He was honest, said pure corporate creed when questioned. Too many cars available to waste earned money. Purchased elsewhere. This Jaguar has been thru our full safety inspection. This car is ready to go, any questions about the car please contact me. Please review Carfax and all reports below. Inspections are not just suggested but recommended. We do have a $699.95 dealer fee.

They are always professional! My only complaint is that I bought a very pricey extended car warranty from Mercedes of Pompano, and was told it covers just about everything. I have had my car in the last two times and the warranty will NOT cover things I thought would be covered. Very disappointed, will never purchase another warranty from Red Shield protection plan. They fight you at every corner not to pay!!

Mercedes Benz of Pompano was a pleasure to work with on leasing my AMG GLC 43. I will definitely recommend my friends to this dealership. From the minute I walked in everyone was so helpful from Alexandra at the front desk to my sales representative Abe ( Understands and works with you) , Manager Mark Klein ( He is a person who listens even though I actually drove him nuts but he continued trying to work this deal out with a great attitude and smiling throughout...) & Finance rep Rosti Star who was a pleasure to work with as well (Assisted in finishing up the package with coverage on maintenance). I've bought many cars over the years and most dealerships play unnecessary games trying to out smart the customer and keep you there for hours with useless negotiation; there were no games here....very nice experience for a change. We agreed on a price over the internet and that was the price we paid when we arrived....excellent job. Chris (for Manlio)

Every person that interacted with my wife and I on our purchase were professional creating a "no pressure" environment for us to reach our purchase decision. Just well trained cordial folks who sincerely love their jobs. The store is a model for high end vehicle customers to find their next vehicle. My wife and I have been driving Mercedes-Benz for over 20 years and traveled over 45 miles to Mercedes-Benz of Pompano. This will be our third lease trade in. The experience was great and for this reason we purchased a 2013 E350. The dealership had the exact car we wanted. Now my daughter has purchased her first Mercedes-Benz and is now a part of the Mercedes-Benz of Pompano family

This location is a million times better than the F...

This location is a million times better than the Fort Lauderdale location! I finally got fed up with the horrible customer service at Fort Lauderdale, so made my first appointment for my Service B at the Pompano location. My service advisor was Mike Smith and just wow, he is fantastic! There was no waiting, I was immediately attended to as soon as I pulled into the service area, didn't have to wait for the loaner vehicle, and my car was ready to pick-up in the early afternoon. A much, much, much better experience at Pompano! After constantly being treated like a third class citizen on the Titanic at the Fort Lauderdale location, this was a nice refreshing experience. I will definitely be taking my car to this location only going forward. 5 stars all the way!!!

I am quite pleased to be able to commend the high quality service I experienced this past week when bringing in my car for service at the Pompano Beach Mercedes Benz dealership. It was my first time after having to look for a different dealership in Broward County. The facility itself is stunning, the smoothness in the reception of the vehicle and my person; the expeditious manner yet never rushed handling of the issues the car presented during the intake; the prompt live communications with the knowledgeable representative over the phone with updates; and the respect with which I was treated signal to me that this dealership is exemplary in the image Mercedes Benz should project when handling customers. I just want to say thank you Tommy Anthony and Ashley just want to say great service there was so nice and so polite and they even stood after hours to complete the transaction they did what they had to do and they put me in my GLS 450 thank you very much and thanks again for the low interest rate God bless I highly recommend Mercedes a pompano

I had a positive experience buying my new Mercedes from Mercedes -Benz of Pompano Beach,Fla. MY salesman David Rubano , was helpful and courteous in many ways. Being not very technically savvy, David came to my house to personally teach me some of the more important technical aspects of my car. The instructions I had received at the dealership when I bought my car, were good, but overwhelming. This is how and why David "came to my rescue". All in all, I love my car and have only good things to say about my shopping experience.

On 3-24-16 my Mercedes was stranded in Boca Raton ...

On 3-24-16 my Mercedes was stranded in Boca Raton after a major flood. After a month of repairs at your dealership, my car was released to me. Shortly after, while driving, heavy smoke began coming out of the engine filling the interior of the car.
Upon return to the dealership, the engine was deemed completely non-functional. In the 5th month now since the damage occurred, my car has been sitting in the dealership parking lot awaiting a replacement engine from Germany. No date has been given to me as to when the car will be ready, and I have not been given a replacement car in the interim.
Meanwhile, I have been making regular payments on my lease, with no car available to me, amounting to $3000.
Multiple appeals I have made to the dealership and Mercedes Benz Financial Services have been rejected.

We flew into Fort Lauderdale where Steve greeted us. From there he drove us (Family of 5) to the dealership to finish our transaction and pick up our new Mercedes.

Service Manager is a nice guy. Was told that my car had nails in the tire and needed to be replaced for $750 and could not be repaired. There was no leaking prior to bring my car in to the dealer. I asked them to plug the tire and they declined. I took the case without the repair and brought it to my local tire store. There was no nail puncture, only road debris the stuck to the tire, and if needed the same tire replacement would have been $475. Someone was wrong at the dealership!

Another terrible experience at the Mercedes Pompano Beach Service Department. I have owned a G-Wagon for 1 1/2 years and every time I bring my car in there is an issue. Their customer service staff is rude, their technicians make ridiculous solutions instead of actually fixing the car, they decide if your car actually needs a full detail or not, etc. For a car that expensive; the service should be impeccable and they should treat customers with respect and consideration. Striving to make people happy is part of the customer service experience.

In all honesty, I've purchased a few cars in my life time & I have to say this was hands down the quickest, friendliest & most professional car buying experience I've ever had. From the young lady at the front desk "Erica" who greeted my family upon arrival to the gentlemen who are detailing the cars, everyone stopped what they were doing to greet us like we were VIP. That is truly a luxury experience. The best part hands down was Miguel Veras, I don't know if this gentleman is human, it's rare to find a person who is so happy to do their job! He made sure we left the place completely happy. I wish I could bring him into my workplace to teach my staff about customer service. I had an issue with my tire two days after buying it, and him and Alex Quispe (who is awesome) handled the situation as if it was their own personal car that had an issue. I really appreciate the time and effort they both gave our situation.

Many thanks to whomever did the fender repairs & the person who did the Detailing....both procedures are perfect & Angel looks as spectacular as she did on my leasing day last April. He made sure to follow up on everything and made sure we had all the right information before we had to fly out to buy the vehicle! I purchased a used car, an SL550, for $35k. Not exactly a giveaway. It seemed to be in showroom condition. The salesman represented as such. He told me that Mercedes would not sell a car that hadn t gone thru an inspection. So I purchased it . Fortunately I was given a 90 warranty. Over the course of the first 45 days, this car was in a Mercedes repair shop for 15 days. Not exactly what I expected from a Mercedes Benz dealership. I contacted the dealer many times and got no satisfaction. Beginning with the second day I owned this car the top would not close. I returned to the dealer, where they were able to get it closed. I was told not to open the top until it was fixed. Parts were ordered, 4 days later I brought the car back to the dealer where it stayed for a week. I picked up the car and was back several days later for window switch. I drove up to NJ the following week, as soon as I got there the car was in the shop for another week. 4 broken motor mounts, 4 struts, a leaking rear differential all had to be repaired.Finally after calling Mercedes Benz USA I got a call from the used car manager, I I asked if I could return the car and get something else, I expected to be credited the amount I had paid for the car. He would not guarantee that to me, he said what do expect, you bought a used car. Shame on Mercedes Benz of Pompano for selling me a car that was so flawed. How could they not have seen any of the issues I encountered? How could they leave me hanging?

Quality of work very good; 2 recall items handled but it took two separate appointments which I was unhappy about because I was told when making the first appointment that both could be handled.
So, I came back a different day and scheduled a courtesy car because I wanted the 2nd recall item fixed, the door dents fixed, and the car detailed. I was told I would have a valet deliver my car to me and pick up my loaner. Then I was told at the end of the day they were too busy, it was raining, and they could not accommodate me. So I had to go back the next day which was inconvenient; it was a skeleton crew on a Saturday, and there was confusion about my getting my car brought up front. I waited a half hour and finally had to go out, look for my car myself, etc. Also, when returning the loaner car it was not thoroughly checked and I had to find that car to retrieve a personal item.
So, in summary there was very poor personal service at the check-in and check out area, without proper instructions clearly given. Friendly, but not competent in my view.
I will probably go to Delray next time for service.
The car itself was clean and I believe the repairs are satisfactory,

I went into this dealership with high Hope's buying 2 cars off the showroom floor. Service department is terrible. They charge over and over and over even when u add the extra stuff into your monthly payment they call u and tell u they have appointments for you scheduled that you never made for things that you dont have a problem with. We have been lied to and found out . We are sooo unhappy with this dealership and there shady acting.. please dont buy a car here.. youd be asking for nothing but headaches

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! I've been having my vehicle serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Pompano for a few years now and the experience is nothing short of AMAZING! I only deal with my service provider Bradley and I continue to request him, because he goes out of his way to insure my Service experience is seamless! I love the fact that a loaner vehicle is already awaiting my arrival, and I never have to wait long for anything; Bradley even helps me with removing my car seat from my personal vehicle to the loaner which is a Bonus. Bradley's Customer service is Outstanding, and if I'm happy he's even happier, he's always smiling and he makes our family feel so valued, I wouldn't have my vehicle serviced anywhere else. If you're ever in the Pompano area, and you drive German, stop by Mercedes-Benz of Pompano just on Copans and tell Bradley I sent you, you will NOT be disappointed!

They took care of everything, quickly and professionally. The work is well done and I already have my car back with a brand new glass.

Can't be more pleased with the roadside assistance. From initial call to car back running was about 20 minutes. Larry was outstanding; informed, courteous, fast-working, etc. tried to charge my battery, but when the battery failed to hold the charge had a new battery to install.

I had a great experience purchasing a 2013 E350 Cabriolet. The dealership didn't have the exact car I wanted, but they bent over backwards getting it from another dealer -- 700 miles away! I got the car in less than a week, and I'm VERY happy.

The salesperson, especially -- Ms. Carla Vara -- made it the smoothest car purchase experience I've had. Including this vehicle, that's 14 purchases.

Worst, most incompetent service department I've ever experienced. Had to wait 1.5 hours for a ride home after dropping the car off. 3rd time in for the same problem, still not fixed. Receive a copy of the work order,...car was there for over a week, it had only been looked at for 30 mins by the tech. Mechanics are completely incompetent and should be replaced. Worst experience ever, and I have to bring it back again...I've wasted hours and hours of my time with bringing this car back and forth...they have.no follow thru, they don't care... Everything about MPB service and it's managers is ridiculous and Unacceptable.

I have been a customer of Mercedes Benz of Pompano for over eight years my service advisor Anja Moore is the reason I continue to use Mercedes or Pompano to service my vehicle my last trip in to Mercedes for a normal service revealed some problems with the transmission mounts
The problem was found and corrected and everything was covered under my warranty I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Pompano because of the type of service I get at that location but Anja Moore is the main reason myself and my family use Pompano she is the star at Pompano MB as she is professional helpful and it seems like the lady never has a bad day

The experience was a little frustrating because I came knowing what I wanted and the amount of money I was willing to pay. However, I was still met with trying to persuade me to get something over my specified budget. That was time wasted but I understand they are salesmen. I ended up getting the CPO car I originally came for along with the payment I was willing to pay. The financial manager was trying to be attentive but was the only one there. The detailing crew did an unsatisfactory job. The car was still dirty (inside rim was not touched) and the inside was dusty which was evident that nothing was done. I did not receive the SD card for the navigation system and was not informed of it. They couldn t find the 2nd key and had to order it. Since it was a CPO, I m waiting for a part to come in so it can be replaced on the car and I need a inside light replaced. Other than those issues, it was overall satisfactory buying experience.

The bill was much much higher than I thought it should be considering I took it to another dealership to have the same problems looked at. I decided to get one thing fixed instead of everything and the service advisor could have informed me that the item I chose may not have been in my immediate best interest. When I came to picked up my car as I was getting in they said oh by the way we had to jump start the car because of the battery issue so keep an eye on that. It would have been nice to suggest I don't fix my headlights when my car won't even start. Better guidance would have been nice.

David & I spent the morning finalizing the purchase $ for the 2014 Lexus ES 350 (grey / lt grey) & the worthiness of my trade (2014 Camry SE). All the details were established via e-mail prior to me driving 2.5 hrs from Melbourne Beach to the dealership in Pampano Beach. Beautiful dealership, ease-of-transaction & zero hassles. Will return when I seek another vehicle.
