My husband and I purchased a 2008 Buick Enclave from Russ at Mercedes of Pompano. What a great experience! We drove about 2 hours past MANY other dealerships and will not hesitate to turn to them when we are ready for our next vehicle. I only wish we had found them sooner.

I love the easiness of getting in and out. I arrive at the location, see my advisor, sign the paperwork and pick of the loaner. When the car is ready they give me a call and I go pick the car up. The pick is as simple as the drop off. I would highly recommend this location for service to anyone that owns a Mercedes Benz.

Our salesperson Mr. Fernando Londono was excellent. He was very attentive to our needs and made the process of buying a car so much easier. He was extremely professional and patient with us as we didn't make our decision to purchase right away. Throughout the process, I can easily say we enjoyed working with him to purchase a GLS 450 as our new family vehicle. At the end of the purchase before we drove off, he took his time to explain all of the features that our car comes with. A big thank you to Fernando!!

Fortunately, Mark Sawyer, the salesman re: my original lease, was not in and Joel Feldstein assisted me re: the purchase. I found Joel to be very pleasant, efficient and accommodating. During the preceding months, I tried to lease a new car dealing with Mark. I finally gave up after he wasted a great deal of my time. I found everyone else at the dealership to be very pleasant and helpful.

My sales guy Bob is amazing, he does everything possible to help you to find the best deal , they value your car more than any other dealer.I recommended them to all of my friends and everyone call me to let me know that they are so happy with their new car deal.They are really amazing, helpful, honest people.

Chip was great at helping me find a GLA that I was within my price range and had all of the features that I wanted as well. He was efficient with the whole process but I never felt rushed--just well taken care of. I would highly recommend Chip and Mercedes-Benz of Pompano to anyone looking to purchase a car.

My Service Advisor Chris Lopez exceeds my expectation, super professional, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He listen carefully and give me the best solution with proeficent work performed. I was provided with a 2020 GLE loaner amazing! They keep me well inform about my car and get ready on time I was very happy. Great Job!!

I brought my 2019 GLC 300 in for its first service after year. The car has only 7500 miles and the lead man advised me that the rear tires were wearing and will need to replace all tires and have rotated. I WILL NOT replace the tires AT ALL during my limited 3 year lease!
This was and is completely unnecessary and unprofessional! It is baffling how pathetic this suggestion was and management needs to knock this off!

Highly disappointed in Service. The last good se...

Highly disappointed in Service. The last good service I received to be abundantly honest was from Cameron the tech who came out to charge my battery, and he redeemed Mercedes name and reputation by giving me some answers that I needed, because my dealership sure didn't. I have FOUR PHONE CALLS into my rep right now. NONE OF THEM ANSWERED to this moment. I have called and left FOUR MESSAGES because he was away from his desk ALL FOUR TIMES THAT I CALLED? No, uh uh.. Service Switchboard is just as bad. When I could not get in contact with my agent I called to ask for the Customer Service Liaison because at one point they used to help when you could not get in contact with your rep. It is almost as if they were blatantly refusing to get who I wanted. The switchboard operator never shut up when she was telling me that I was calling for the C240 when I was calling about my E320. I had to say "Excuse me, I'm talking right now if you care to listen." I have a battery that has been in my car since only last Spring and it has gone dead 4 times. I swore that I didn't need it last year but this other rep told me I needed one, and I got soaked for that. The Roadside Rep on the phone said "I hope you still come back and get our product even though you've had this experience" and I flat out said to her "No... No I'm not. If anything, this has greatly dissuaded me, and I'm buying an American car next time, I am not going through this any more." I noticed something very significant about the correlation between the downslide in service and the flashy new building....It is almost as if they got too big for their britches. Don't do any more investing in the structure, I would concentrate more on investing in good service. I see nothing other than a downward spiral ever since you went with the "luxury spa" theme. It bears repeating....FOUR PHONE CALLS, NO CALL BACK YET FROM ANYONE. And don't you DARE right me that script note "I'm sorry for your bad experience, call me and we'll discuss it." No Honey.... after four un returned phone calls, Sweetheart...You're calling ME BACK, and not the other way around. Get with the program, take off the facial wrap, and put down the glass of champagne, I want to be called about my car!!!!

We recently purchased a new car from this location and the service was excellent. Hugo Ochoa worked with us and was very dedicated to our entire experience. He worked with other departments to assure we had what we needed, presented our options clearly and made sure the car we wanted was delivered to the dealership promptly as our schedule was hectic. Hugo was always available and stayed late on several occasions as he wanted to see everything through. Rarely do we see this degree of dedication. He has since followed up as expected. He is a genuinely professional salesman. Everyone else at this location was excellent as well and we appreciate this.

Armando was a courteous service advisor. However, it did not appear that he put the diagnostic fee toward my repair as he initially stated. He claimed the service recommendations were categorized. This was never the case in the multiple other Mercedes service centers I have frequented since 2003.

There is a long wait to have cars repaired but I was grateful for a loaner car. This low rating is primarily because I was fraudulently charged for a scratch on the loaner car that was on a panel where other scratches already existed. I have called the loaner manager and have requested photos.

Hello there,
I am from Atlanta GA, and have been searching for a specific car for a while, and one evening while surfing the net, I found it at Mercedes Benz of Pompano. I contacted the online team through Chat, and was given the direct number, and I called and spoke with a sales representative. He was extremely helpful that same night, I decided to reserve the car, and helped file out all the necessary papers for that process. They were willing to hold the car from Thursday until Monday for me, exceptional in the sales business where time is money.
I then flew to Fort Lauderdale, and they picked me up from the Airport, to the Dealership. I had a warm welcome, and every one I interacted with had a smile on their face. Very family like atmosphere.
No pressure, and the car looked even better than I anticipated.
I made the deal, and discovered that the car was detailed, and a full tank of fuel was awaiting for me. I drove safely back to Atlanta the same day.
I would recommend this dealership without hesitation to anyone, who is serious about getting a good deal, while being stress free.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Service appointment scheduled around 5 p.m. the night before a 10:30 a.m. appointment--with a loaner vehicle offered. When we arrived, no loaner was available and the advisor could not even provide an estimate of how long the wait might be. A call could have been made to cancel, and avoid wasting our time, if Service was too busy and loaners were suddenly unavailable. No apologies topped off the worst Mercedes experience ever and I've owned Mercedes for over 15 years.

Looked at this dealer to purchase a car and worked with a sales guy who lied about their prequalification methods. I asked if a hard inquiry would be placed on my report and the sales guy lied and said no that it would only be a soft inquiry ( i have all this information saved via email). The next day i get a hard inquiry on my credit report and when i asked the sales guy about it he stated i was mistaken. I have credit monitoring so when i am notified by several different sites that monitor my credit i know im not wrong. Called to speak with someone in finance to have the inquiry removed and of course noone ever calls back. One thing i have is a dishonest dealership, I would never give them my business.

Horrible service! When I purchased the CPO vehicle, everything seemed super great. That has been 3 months ago and I still did not receive the second key. I kept texting my sales representative Umut to follow up with the second key and still did not get an answer. I called them to complain about this issue and my call is being transferred from here to there but no one apologize. I usually do not like making a fuss about things but I will call Mercedes of North America to make a complaint about this issue. Horrible service and I will never purchase the vehicle here.

When the battery in my ML350 died in my garage I called MB Roadside Assistance. They showed up from the Pompano dealership within 15 minutes. Within 30 minutes they tested my vehicle to make sure it was just the battery, and installed a new one. It could not have been easier, and I avoided paying for labor charges. Now that's roadside assistance.

MB Pompano had shown tremendous improvement since 2016 when I started going here instead of Pembroke Pines where I got my previous MB.

I liked the positive vibes leading me to get my next SUV here last year. Both their internet and sales folks were easy to work with.

Post purchase support has been terrific so far (hopefully that doesn't change guys). Five-star experience from the valet to the service dept, and Mandy my service advisor. The key is communication and clarity of what you need for you and your car. I guess the GM's doing a great job.

I had my 2011, E550 serviced there several times. BY far the Best Service of any of the Mercedes Dealers in the area. We ordered a 2017 E550 in September and it came in right on schedule. Keith and the entire staff were excellent, made it easy and quick to complete the transaction and were very courteous and professional. Sorry, but I don't remember the name of the Woman that helped me set of the Mercedes App but, she was awesome!

I was satisfied with the service, the Service Adviser, loaner car, etc..

My complaint is that there is no parts person available at Pompano Beach MB . If you want to talk to a parts person (via phone), you have to get a cashier to call . It takes 5 -10 minutes to get someone to answer the phone. Then I am talking to someone on the other end, trying to explain the item I wanted. It was touch-up paint, It required my VIN number, which I had to go out to my car and get. The cashier had to call this mysterious parts person again. It took anther 5 minutes for her to make contact. This time I had the VIN number of my 2014 MB. The color was out-of- stock and they
would have it the next day. I returned the next day and picked up the touch-up paint.

I am 85 years old and have bought cars from auto dealers for 65 years. I do not recall ever going to a dealer without a parts dept. I bought my previous MB 2009 E350 , from AUTO NATION in San Jose, Ca. That MB dealer had a large parts dept. That was open 6 days a week. They carried a large stock and would call you , when a part that was ordered arrived.

Perhaps I'm old fashion, but I like to talk to a'live' person, not someone on a telephone, who could be at a different location.

One of the worst buying experiences I have had, not sure if it s because I was purchasing out of the state, but they claim to do sales out of state all the time yet that whole process is horrible. No one gives you updates on what is going on, you constantly have to call to get any updates, and most of the time no one answers and don t respond to voicemails you leave. After completing a purchase with them, I have now paid insurance on a vehicle for 3 weeks now without knowing when I will get the vehicle. No one seems to have an answer and constantly refer to someone will call you and no one ever does. This was my first and last experience ever transacting with them for sure.

Prices online are better when you go, the cheapest prices are demo cars.
They treated us like morons. Giving a high down payment didn t seem to lower the monthly payments.

I week later I went to BMW Dealer and they gave us a great deal a great price for an SUV. Same comparable features as the Mercedes I wanted.

He explained everything I asked and answered all my questions in detail. I would purchase again from Reginald. He took care of everything in a matter of a couple of hours and I was on my way back to Naples with my new car. The car was everything he said it was and I'am very happy.

I purchased a certified pre-owned 2010 Mercedes Benz E-350 at Mercedes Benz of Pompano in Florida on May 6, 2016. This was my first time buying a Mercedes, I knew exactly the type of car, color, and year I was looking for. My sales representative was Steven Rahal he explained everything to myself and my wife and even let me test drive the vehicle I have came to own today. The first issue I have was that me and my wife had came to the conclusion that we did not want the Appearance Protection and Dent Protection but we were lead to believe that both came with purchasing a Mercedes Benz but later after all was said and done we found out that it is optional to have those. My second issue is that I waited at least 30 to 45 minutes for them to try and find the second key to my new vehicle which was unsuccessful and I also did not have a vehicle manual. I was told by my sales representative Steven Rahal that both the manual and the second key for the vehicle would be overnighted to me. I wouldn't make a big stink about the key but I was told that Mercedes does not sell vehicles without two keys obviously that was a lie. Today's date is May 29, 2016 and I still have yet to receive my vehicle manual and second key. I was hoping my experience with Mercedes Benz would have been more complete and satisfying. Since purchasing this vehicle I Mercedes Benz of Pompano started emailing to share my car buying experience on Yelp and Google, I was trying to hold off until I received my second key and manual but I will make this my review for both.

I saw a listing for a 2020 G 550 listed for $152,415.00. on their website. Not a cheap car. The salesman , Anthony Lawson, contacted me to see if I wanted to come down about 30 minutes away to see the car. He sent me a copy of the sticker showing the options and confirming the price of the car. I arrived and saw the car and was ready to make a deal. He then tells me by the way there s a 25,000.00 market premium on top of the 152,415.00 price. I find that kind of misleading advertising misleading and appalling. That s no way to treat a customer especially of a high end car like that.

Not only do they make it a pleasurable experience they go above and beyond to make a deal happen for their clients. David Minnich was the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with and Sophia Baldino works finance like I have never seen to ensure she makes the deal happen for you. Bought a used Ford F-150 truck from them as-is w...

Bought a used Ford F-150 truck from them as-is was told it was tie rods that need to be replaced. Told me they would give me check for what it should cost to have it fixed at Ford dealership since it would be cheaper there. When I took it to 2 different Ford dealer both places said tie rods were okay. Need upper and lower bearings replaced which is 4 times more than what tie rods were quoted by them.

Talked to Fernando, Billy and the GM Michael Lucia at Mercedez Benz of Pompano and they are going to make everything square by covering cost of the repairs. Pleasantly surprised and grateful to find stand up guys willing to do the right thing.

Definitely the place to go if you need anything new or used. #PeaceOfMind

I bought a car and traded in a car. Net was an $85,000 check due back to me. Check was supposed to be available the very next day.

One week later I m still waiting for my check. Excuses that they completed the paperwork incorrectly so I had to go back in to re-sign all the papers again. Check should be ready the next day. Two more days. Still no check.

The worst service I've ever encountered. Was there for the first A service. Was told I had a choice between three different services. Prefered $1211.Value $797. Minimum $752. This is for basicly an oil change. Repeatly asked the service advisor why so expensive . He had no explanation . Took the minimum for $752. While waiting I called another MB Auto Nation dealer. Was told should be no more than $500. Confronted the service advisor had no answer. Spoke to the service Director asked if all Auto Nation dealer have the same pricing, was told absolutely yes. So why the price difference? Was later told they use two different systems. The explanation I was given made no sense.. I also asked when I question the price originally the advisor should have known it was wrong.This is a basic service....So the price was then $405. from $752 If I never questioned and made a few phone calls I would have paid the original price... Buyer beware. Also insult to injury had to wait three hours for my car to be ready.

We bought a 2011 MB sl550 from Mark Sawyer at Mercedes-Benz of Pompano on March 2013. Let me first tell you that from the minute we walked into the showroom dressed in our work clothes about 5:30pm till the early evening of 8:30, we were treated royally. Mr. Sawyer impressed us with his rich history of his background and deep knowledge of a car I was soon to purchase. The ability to get want I wanted was a smooth and expected process. Yes, he threw in many things, maybe he shouldn't of, but I got a car that s worth far more than it was when I first saw it. Meaning, locking wheel nuts, refurbished interior, nitro tires, tinting, get the idea. Thank You, to the team of people that put together a great deal for me. Even, the financial manager, Kurt, who pointed out my great credit score and shopped my rate, which was a lengthy process but worth the point I saved. Please keep up the great work here. And Yes I will tell everyone I know about my SL 550 Roadster, even if they can't see it, by the way I drive past them.

He took the the time to understand our priorities and created a great environment to work on the options without the hassle that generally comes with getting a new car. He was honest, well-intended and very knowledgeable when making suggestions. First time we feel no pressure from the sales side. He helped us even on days he was off and had so many nice gestures with us throughout the four days working together that it was truly remarkable. We are certain we will work with Dave again. Such a wonderful person!

Amazing experience! Fernando is wonderful to work with, he brought over the car from another location in no time and had it prepared perfectly. The finance team was amazing to work with as well. Facility is huge, and there are tons of options, it s impossible to not leave with a car. Highly recommended!

Our experience at Mercedes Pompano was very positive. From Ivan Silva, our sales man to the finance person, to the manager, to the indiv. who explained the features of the vehicle to the guy who picked up our tradein, everyone was cordial, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. A complimentary meal in the lunch room and waiting in the reception room were all pleasant and appreciated experiences. It was what one would expect from a quality manufacturer. But two of Mercedes' competitors did not provide these features. One did not even provide a knowledgeable sales person. When we next need a new vehicle, this dealership will be on our agenda, but we will still negotiate very strenuously because all dealers, even Mercedes, do not give vehicles.
