I am quite pleased to be able to commend the high quality service I experienced this past week when bringing in my car for service at the Pompano Beach Mercedes Benz dealership. It was my first time after having to look for a different dealership in Broward County. The facility itself is stunning, the smoothness in the reception of the vehicle and my person; the expeditious manner yet never rushed handling of the issues the car presented during the intake; the prompt live communications with the knowledgeable representative over the phone with updates; and the respect with which I was treated signal to me that this dealership is exemplary in the image Mercedes Benz should project when handling customers.
