Quality of work very good; 2 recall items handled but it took two separate appointments which I was unhappy about because I was told when making the first appointment that both could be handled.
So, I came back a different day and scheduled a courtesy car because I wanted the 2nd recall item fixed, the door dents fixed, and the car detailed. I was told I would have a valet deliver my car to me and pick up my loaner. Then I was told at the end of the day they were too busy, it was raining, and they could not accommodate me. So I had to go back the next day which was inconvenient; it was a skeleton crew on a Saturday, and there was confusion about my getting my car brought up front. I waited a half hour and finally had to go out, look for my car myself, etc. Also, when returning the loaner car it was not thoroughly checked and I had to find that car to retrieve a personal item.
So, in summary there was very poor personal service at the check-in and check out area, without proper instructions clearly given. Friendly, but not competent in my view.
I will probably go to Delray next time for service.
The car itself was clean and I believe the repairs are satisfactory,
