very disappointing, I had complained about my windshield wipers several times. When I brought the car in for service I discovered that they had identified a problem with the coating on the windshield. However, since I had not booked a wiper change, they would not fix the problem a this visit. A lot of talk, no service.

One of the best buying experiences I've had! David Einhorn was very organized and treated me like I was buying a 100k car! Everyone I met was very low pressure and honest. I will go back here to buy more cars!

Went to pick up my car with minor rear bumper repa...

Went to pick up my car with minor rear bumper repair completed. Noticed minor gouge in newly repaired bumper. Had to wait while they tried to repair the gouge and paint. When it came back the minor repair according to management was unsatisfactory and would have to have the whole bumper removed, repaired and repainted. Seems the second damage happened in the car wash area. Have to schedule a new appointment.

From the minute that I walked in and met David I felt comfortable and like I was going to be helped with buying a car instead of being sold a car. The experience was easy and friendly which made the whole process enjoyable. I was also very pleasantly surprised that I was approved through Mercedes Benz Financing even though I had experienced credit problems. I was given a great loan with a surprisingly low interest rate! I am an out-of-state buyer. David made sure my buying experience was extremely easy, painless and enjoyable. He took care of everything from placing a hold on the car so that it wouldn t sell over the course of our transaction, to making sure everything about the vehicle was ready to go, to even securing shipment of the vehicle to me. I will definitely be buying from David at MB Pompano again!

Going to dealerships is worst than going to the de...

Going to dealerships is worst than going to the dentist for my wife and I. When we found the car we had been searching for on their website we certainly were not looking forward to our visit. In the past we have been known to just walk out on the negotiations and game playing that was normal in dealing with the sales people.
That all changed the day we had our appointment with Dave Byles of Mercedes-Benz in pompano beach.
It was pleasant, efficient, no pressure and no game playing.
Thank you Dave for giving us back our faith in salesmen. You can be sure when it's time for another car we will drive again from Vero Beach to Pompano to see you again.

I have to say that Pompano Mercedes is the best when it comes to purchasing and owning a car. David and John made me feel like family. The entire process was a pleasure--which is a far cry from all of my other car buying experiences. They explained everything and made me feel at ease. I will never, ever go anywhere else to buy a car as long as I live in Florida. Thank you so much!

Two days ago I dropped my car off for warranty work which was successfully done by Bryan lastres (great 5star service writer) I was give a loaner and was told by the gentleman that the loaner had light scratches and he pointed out all the marks around the vehicle (glc300) I signed the contract and left . Today I returned the vehicle and went to grab my receipt from the cashier for my vehicle that was ready for pick up . The gentleman showed me damage that I didn t know anything about . I gave the car back in the condition I had gotten it . From there I was told I had to get my insurance involved which was fine with me I do have FULL COVERAGE WITH PROGRESSIVE! I was told that their collision repair manager (GUS GERMI) was going to give me a estimate of the damages. I reminded the loaner guy who gave me the car that do you remember you told me it was prior damages to the truck and did the walk around he told me YES ! . Now back to gus germi ! That guy does not need to be a collision repair manager. He has very bad customer service ! He was talking to me as if the car was his and I damaged it ! Idk if it s because I m black or what . Never judge a book by its cover GUS ! If I wanted to I would ve bought that truck from you guys right then and there cash ! I had to pay my deductible of $1000 because of the damages ! Next time you guys need to not give a vehicle with damages already ! I ask the guy for a copy of the contract I signed for the damages that was there and he gave me a blank sheet stating no damages ! My insurance will not be responsible at all for this ! Very bad service for loaner cars ! Very bad collision repair manager ! (GUS GERMI) .

I was greeted in a courteous and professional manner. the Service Rep Raul, received me in a timely manner. He explained the process, procedures and costs for a diagnostic test clearly.

The rental car was waiting for me. However, I recommend the rental car rep be trained to show future clients where basic buttons are and how to operate them, (e.g., ignition, gear shift, radio stations, gas tank, Bluetooth, etc.,). I was unfamiliar with the newer car and didn't have a clue as to how to operate them. for example, how to change the radio station.

Raul's follow up call with the details was thorough and timely.

Phil Rosen is the reason I shopped at MB of Pompano. When I went in to see Phil, he introduced me to members of his team. The Sales Manager is a true professional, the salespeople that I met all knew their craft, and the finance department was organized and made my leasing experience pleasant and easy. There is a nice comfortable energy at a well run dealership and this place has it.

David was our salesman, he was incredibly nice , kind and very helpful. The car buying experience is not also the greatest, however when you have someone who likes doing what they do and they go over and above to make the customer feel as though they are making the right choice, that's what makes the experience good.
The dealership could offer more perks though. We received no incentives such as SIris radio, free window tint. The last car we purchased was from the Coconut Creek location and the dealers gave us nice freebies. The car prior which was also a Mercedes we purchased from Pompano Mercedes they also gave us a free meal to a nice restaurant, free car washes and window tint. This disappointed me a bit.
New facility looks great but not all of the clients that come in are wealthy some of us are hard working people that happen to love the dependability of a Mercedes, just wish the perks were there.

I bought a preowned S 550 from this dealership. I must say as a first time Mercedes-Benz owner, I didn't know what to expect. The absolute professionalism that they showed on the sales floor all the way to the service department was an A+ for me. My sales associate was Virginia. Everything promised was delivered. Even few days after my purchase, all minor items were taken care of.

The vehicle had an issue with the headlamp that would only be visible during heavy rains. Due to the water buildup in the headlamp, a short burned few items such as the control unit disabling many headlight and night-assist features. Although my car was out of warranty at the time of the short, they did understand that this was potentially a problem which was easily missed during my purchase, and as a safety issue, they replaced everything with new parts, including new headlight and control unit, checked and calibrated the computer, put me in a new loaner car for a week while they fixed it at their expense. My service manager was Todd and I am very happy with the level of service and professionalism they have shown thus far.

Still waiting for a refund from March for an tag fee that was charged in error by Umit. Impossible to get a straight answer and have yet to receive any call backs from anyone regarding the refund. Just keep being told its in accounting being processed, for three months???

When I entered the show room of Mercedes Benz of Pompano I approached a sales man I have seen any times before, while walking to the show room looking at cars. For years this sales man always greeted me and ask if I needed assistance. On November first of this I was ready to buy a car, so I looked for this gentleman, he was Abe Pourghassema. Abe showed me several certified used cars and I selected one. My only concern was it was the same color as me previous Mercedes. Anyway it was a great car and I bought it with a 5 days money back guarantee. Mean while I searched the net for a similar Mercedes and found one at a Miami dealership. I when back to Mercedes of Pompano and talk to Abe that I would rather have the car I seen on the internet. Abe made arrangements to bring the car to Pompano for my inspection. I ended up keeping my original purchase. I have never experienced such a service. Abe and Auto Nation did everything possible to make me happy and I must say I am. Even after the sale I needed some instructions Abe was always there and willing to answer my question. This was by far the best car purchasing experience I had, I am 80 years old and trust me I bought many cars in my life.

My husband Mark and I went to Mercedes Benz of Pompano shopping for a surprise for mom. The deal went smooth and hassle free. Our salesman "Paolo Scalici" is such a nice guy and informative. He helped us get the best car for my mother. I would definitely go back to this dealership and would definitely give Paolo my business again. In addition to Paolo, "Adam Levy" in finance was good as well. Thank you again guys for helping us put a smile on my moms face.

Always professional and courteous. They keep me informed if there is a delay and provide either a loaner or a ride to and from the facility so I don't have to wait for longer repairs. As long as Mercedes remains my make of cars, this will be my dealership of choice!

I used to go into the Mercedes Benz of Coral Gable...

I used to go into the Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables. When I used to live in Miami. I moved to Coconut Creek and needed to get my car serviced for some problems. I came in to the shop with some engine problems such as an Engine Light on which basically indicated that my P0300 and several spark-plugs /coils were misfiring - aside from the car running lean. At the time I figured... okay, pay the $195.00 for the diagnostics and see what's really wrong with the car. Keeping in mind that my C300 Sport was a 2011 vehicle. I know it needed to be repaired. The technician came back stating I needed a new transmission ($8278.53) and since the motor was not misfiring, there was nothing to be much that they can see that may have caused the misfire. I chose to do a few repairs (recommended by them) with them and according to the estimate. The total of the repairs would cost me approx $800.72. How did I end up with a bill of $1,128.50 (+327.78) which I have no clue what that's for. Needless to say, a few days after I drove off with my car. It did run smoother (because of the transmission mount installed - so thank you for that recommendation) However, the car started to misfire again. I sent an email to my technician regarding the problem and she said that the technician stated "iIF HE IS GETTING MISFIRE CODES THEN THERE IS A SECONDARY ISSUE, THE HESSITATION IS DEFFINTLY IN THE TRANSMISSION." So my question is, what is the secondary issue? I just think this should have been caught since the time I sent the car in for repairs. I explained to them that I personally changed the spark-plugs and coils myself. But to please check if it was done correctly because of the error of the misfire of P0300 P0301 P0302 P0304 P0305 - I Recently sent an email to my the Service Advisor regarding my car to see if I need to pay the $195.00 again. At this point, I think I just may need to buy a new car. But it won't be at this dealership.

I purchased a CPO from your location. I bought the 2017 C43 AMG. I absolutely love the car!! My salesman , Thomas Scoffone, was extremely professional and courteous throughout the whole experience. I told him what I was looking for and my price range and he showed me a bunch of cars in that range until I zeroed in on the one I really liked. He really delivered along with the finance manager. He was extremely professional as well explaining to me the different options I had for my car. I noticed a tiny crack in the corner of the windshield and he was right on top of it telling me that he will take care of it for me immediately.
Lastly, I just wanted to say thanks for real easy, no- hassle visit to your location. I will tell all my friends to go there. I live in Boynton but made the extra drive to your location because of the selection of vehicles and professional staff. Thanks Again!

My mother had a Mercedes and it needed servicing before she went back home. The staff is friendly and the dealership is clean and organized. I rated it a four because it wasn't easy to get too, and to they don't have the free lattes and coffees as some of the other Mercedes dealerships have to help those with autism obtain work.

After being told what the problem was they said they ordered the part it would take time to get in. I received a call saying the part came in wrong but mysteriously it is now working well . The communication from the service advisor was great but I am not sure of the diagnosis or even if it works yet.

My experience with the Pompano dealership has far exceeded my previous experiences and clearly stands out due to its exceptional service department. The service manager, Ailed, was extraordinary in her efforts to accommodate my schedule, and resolve my problems in a timely and conscientious manner. She is exceedingly friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

When I first got to Mercedes Benz of pompano I was blown away by the service I received. Everyone was super helpful and made sure I was taken care of. My wait time for my appointment was short and I wasn t left waiting for long. I also received the loaner car I requested and wasn t disappointed. Raul Mendez III was the best service consultant I have ever had. He kept me up Apprised of any changes to my vehicle, was very attentive to the issues I was having and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. They didn t try to nickel and dime me and my car is running better than ever.

I was extremely pleased with the help I received from Bradley Markoff in the service department at the Copans, Pompano Beach location on Saturday. I came straight from my home, speaking to the cops, as my car was broken into earlier that morning. He immediately introduced himself, offered me coffee and was very sensitive to my situation. In a short period of time he helped me get the service I needed.
MB is very lucky to have him as an employee. It is hard to find people who really care about others and I am grateful for his help.

Dishonest service department!!! Had my 2007 S550 towed there on 10/16/19 for diagnosis because I wasn t getting any power to the vehicle. Was told it was the alternator and that it could take 2 weeks or 2 months to get the part. So December rolls around I had to be in Chicago so I had the vehicle shipped out there and Had the vehicle diagnosed at another certified dealership and it was NOT the alternator, the alternator was just unplugged. They had the vehicle up and running the same day. Terrible customer service no one will return my calls I just want my money back that I paid for the FALSE diagnosis. I sent proof (the diagnosis from the other dealership) to the service managers email and haven t got a response. And plus not to mention 2 months without having a car I had to Uber everywhere or ask friends so they made everything very complicated for me.

The facility is quite impressive and everyone was happy to help us with our questions. Bringing my car to the Pompano Beach Mercedes Benz dealer to comply with the Air Bags modules replacement was without a doubt the most aggravating experience of my entire life.
first, my scheduled service appointment had to be cancel because the dealer forgot to order the necessary parts for the job. Consequently, another appointment had to be scheduled.
After the work was done, the car was returned to me with a number of scratches on the glovebox which are beyond repair. The Glovebox has to be replace. Still waiting for a phone call from the dealer regarding the replacement of the glovebox. in addition, the passenger floor mat was full of fresh heavy grease which stained the floor mat. The shop tried to clean it, but it was impossible to get rid of the stains. Had to through the mats away. Finally left the shop but soon realized that all the commands located in the steering wheel were not functioning. Consequently, had to return to the dealership to fix the problem. THE WHOLE SITUATION WAS A NIGHTMARE!

I went for a 3 year check-up to take less than 2 hours. I spent 3 hours there.
they wanted to sell me new tires because my four were running thin on tread. I have 12K miles on the car and one brand new tire. I felt like the guys that were servicing my car were not the guys that I was talking to, nor did they even know about my car.
This is not the experience I expect from Mercedes. Yes, they were polite. were they knowledgeable? No.
