Great service. I took my car for maintenance for the first time. They did the work on the time frame. They washed the car and they have a designated area with a tv , chips and coffee so you can wait. 5 stars for sure. Highly recommended.

I am on my second Infiniti vehicle and both have been serviced solely by you - even oil / filter changes. Tom, Geoffrey and Brian were excellent, professional, and went out of their way for me. They explain in detail what the car needs and give accurate estimates before anything is done to my car. No surprises, ever! When I arrive for my appointment, there is never a wait, a loaner car is waiting for me, and everything goes smoothly and quickly.
The entire staff is heads above any other. If I wander about the showroom, even the receptionist takes the time to smile and greet me and the sales people are total professionals. Even after I tell them I am just waiting on service, they ask about my car, take a few moments to talk, and I walk out knowing these people are NOT the typical sales staff we all fear,. They are exactly who we want if we ever need a new / used car.
I can't speak about management or customer complaint dept because in all the years I have been a customer, I have never needed to speak with them. And that says ALOT about this dealership. I have sent at least 5 friends to you over the years and 3 of them left with a new Infiniti. We all agree. Lauderdale Infiniti is absolutely excellent in every way.

I recently leased a Qx50, coming from years of owning Lexus, but I wanted to test drive and see why my brother likes it so much. I met a salesman, Alfredo who was very courteous and made the process very easy. We went over the safety features and he made sure the car was detailed and I was out of there in 2 hours. Best car purchase ever!!

I can t speak to buying a car here but I have had to get my car serviced here and I would NOT recommend it or avoid working with Andrew . I have been back twice for the same issues, insult to injury they left my car destroyed after servicing it and it was just cleaned prior to the service- they even left a crumpled dirty paper in my back seat. It s clear they do not care about customers here , I asked about it being so dirty Andrew my service rep mentioned it was here for over a week in the service drive so that s why and the crumbled up paper was what they had to fix not really sure those answers make sense to me why would I need a dirty balled up paper of what the service team needed to fix, and why would my car not be returned in the same or better shape I dropped it of in? There were also spots all over my dashboard that he tried to clean off after I pointed them out and they did not come off. I asked where the next closet Infiniti was because I don t want to come back here in the future and I was told I could take it to where ever I bought the car which happens to be over an hour away ! Less than impressed , I looked myself and Miami Gardens, Coconut Creek & Sawgrass. The service manager did come assist me and worked on getting the car cleaned out for me but it shouldn t have to get this far.

This dealership should be the benchmark for all others. They are straightforward - no nonsense, nice real people. Our Sales Manager JR gave us a great deal, and best of all we were in and out in just about 2 hours. . Abbey in Finance was quick yet thorough and made the transaction easy breezy! Excellent buying experience. I'll be back for my next car for sure!

The staff are all friendly and very customer service minded. The transaction was an easy and smooth process. I'm so glad it wasn't long and drawn out. This was a great experience.

Quite possibly the best car leasing experience out there. Don't bother with the other dealer's gimmicks and ad scams. You will get all of the pricing upfront before you get there. Ask for Chris, you won't be dissappointed.

Terrific experience with Alfredo, very low pressure sales. I was ending my lease early to get into a newer model QX60 and the process was pretty seamless. I was previously a customer with another Infiniti dealer, but happy to be a customer here now. Other than the facilities being a little old and out of date, the experience with Alfredo and Finance was pretty sweet. Make sure you ask for him if you are in the market.

I do not recommend this place. I bought a 2016 Audi S3 from them, the buying and negotiating process was horrible.... Upon delivery I told the Sale guy Michael that the tire pressure light was on, he said I m sure that it s just because the temperature outside. I took the car home and inspected the 4 tires and found a nail in the rear right tire. Two weeks later the warnings light came on for low coolant, then the following week the service light came on. Took it to Audi of Fort Myers and spent a whooping $900 to get the car services up to date. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

First, let me start by saying that we were very anxious and apprehensive about trading in our truck and purchasing a vehicle. Juan Telles was our a salesman and he couldn't have been more efficient, honest or helpful. We felt comfortable with him and appreciate how smoothly everything went. It didn't take the entire day either, which was nice. No questions were left unanswered and we walked away feeling satisfied with our purchase. We also met with Abbey Faywerweather in the finance department. She made signing all those documents a breeze! Both Abbey and Juan were friendly, knowledgeable, transparent, and professional. I would definitely recommend family and friends to Lauderdale INFINITI. My husband and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience at Infiniti Lauderdale, i called first and spoke with Paul who i went to see later that day. I purchased a used car, the transaction was very smooth, they were polite, professional, the finance manager also very nice and friendly and everything took less than an hour.
I had bad experiences in the past with car dealers and wasn't looking forward to go to one but Infiniti Lauderdale is a place that i would recommend to friend and do business again my self.

Purchased a car here December 31, 2018.. they took over my Mercedes lease 2 months early to close a deal on a 2019 QX50, relinquishing me of the vehicle fully . The car was a lease, low miles, in perfect condition. 4 months later I get a bill from Mercedes for $600 as a lease turn in fee. This surprised me, as Infiniti told me my old car would be sold at auction. I ve asked for a copy of my contract (everything was electronic and I wasn t sent a copy) to verify this, as I don t feel I should be responsible for the disposition fee from Mercedes. I have not received a call back yet, nor a solution to the issue, and it s been over a week. I am willing to change my review rating as soon as someone from Infiniti helps me with this issue!

I was serviced by the most dishonest, unreliable, careless used car salesman; Mike Price. I left the car for scratches and dents to be fixed. After assuring me they car had been detailed and ready for pick up I brought the car home. After bringing the car home, I realized that not all of the scratches had been fixed. The salesman sold me the car with an extra set of floor mats. Once home I noticed the floor mats were no longer in the car. Since I had to take the car back (for the scratches and mats), he promised a loaner. There were no loaners available when I arrived. After several hours waiting for the loaner, we were dropped off at a car rental place. My car was supposed to be ready by 10am four days later. When we called he said it was not ready. We never received a courtesy call back. I found out the car was ready when I scanned my emails at night. When I came to pick up the car, the keys were handed to me by someone else at the dealership. So unprofessional! I am very surprised unsatisfactory performance and mediocre service is acceptable at this luxury car dealership.

First off I would say that I took my business to Fort Myers Infiniti, 200 miles away on the west coast of Florida and drove my new car back to Broward County.Fort Lauderdale Infiniti is truly the most unprofessional dealership I have EVER had to deal with. I felt as if I was being bullied into buying a car. The Sales Manager Don King was not willing to negotiate ANY deal with me even though I wanted to buy a Q50 cash. I felt as if they were not taking me seriously. Any question I asked regarding the car, his response was "I don't know anything about that". VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Lisa Lyn was very condescending as well. She was not very proactive in finding the car with all the features I wanted in a car. Extremely terrible service all around.

Once again, I called today at 8:51am, was told that Tommy will give me a call back in 15 minutes. That he is just finishing up a call. It is now 1:46 PM. Guess I'm not getting a call back again. How many times do I have to try? Not good customer service!!!!!!

I m sorry but the reviews of this dealership are completely fabricated and fake.

I couldn t wrap my head around why I was the only person in their dealership during a sale and it turns out I learned first hand they re a total scam. I ll give you the incidents in order:

1) they told me they had a new car in stock and when I test drive it, it had almost 100 miles on it

2) they gave me another car. This one had zero miles but 2 weeks later had a gas leak

3) the sales manager whom I quote stated:
We had a gentleman come in, had troubles with the car, and we took it right back

Would not answer the phone for 2 weeks after finding out the car had a gas leak

4) I sent the car back to them and told them I don t want it anymore. The head of maintenance said and I quote: this car is on our lot and is not our property. You better hope it doesn t get towed

I won t even start to tell you what their upper management was like in corporate but if you re reading this, do yourself a favor and trust me. These reviews are ALL fake. Step into the dealership yourself. If there is one other person there consider it an anomaly. Everyone in the area knows they re a total scam. I learned the hard way.

I came to Lauderdale infinity with my girlfriend and my father to look at a bmw. We were greeted by Rufus, who had us waiting for about 25 minutes before we were seen. We took the car for a test drive, and everything was going fine. When it came time to negotiate a deal (in cash) for the full price of the car, Rufus initially lied to us and told us there were no negotiations. After threatening to walk out, he made two trips to the sales manager and eventually told us the best he could do was $500 off the car. My father countered by offering to buy the car for another $250 off, which was about the price of the dealer fee that Rufus could not explain the purpose of. He told us If I was buying a car here I would have to pay this too. Rufus let us walk out over $250 dollars, and proceeded to call me the next day to ask if we could spend the $250 today. His attitude was poor, and he did not want to accommodate us as a customer or even act like he cared. He was rude, condescending, and the sole reason why I will NEVER consider doing business Lauderdale infinity again.

My experience is not good, I bought the car there, a warning light went on, I warned them and they passed me, I took the car to a workshop and they told me that the fault was recorded beforehand, what they did was erase it for I would take the car and I would leave after, I do not recommend it.

Bought a second hand Mercedes Benz S550 in January 2019. They assured me that the car was sound and that they don't take cars on trade that don't pass their inspection. Whomever inspected this vehicle must not have been a mechanic. Nothing but major problems, transmission, engine, electrical and body work. Car salesmen will tell you anything to sell you their vehicle. Lesson learned. Be aware of Fort Lauderdale Infinity!

I orginally purhcased my Truck from Coconut Creek Infiniti..I live closer to Ft. Lauderdale Infiniti so I normally service my vehicle there. This week makes my second time being uphappy with my experience. First Incident the service manager at the time Mike broke my key and insisted that it was me who's do so! I went in for a battery replacement which wasn't totally dead and watched him struggle for 45 minutes even banging my key! I got home gave my hubby his set only to for the key to no longer work. I ended up having to call corporate bc mike insisted I pay $180. Now, last weekend I visited ti take care of another isuue which was $794 and the service rep Ada whom I found to be very nice , helpful and honest called to advise me that I needed brakes, I found this strange bc I had gotten brakes within the year along with rotars all the way around my vehicle.She told me that the back brakes we're metal to metal and that she could have it repaired for $500. I told her that I couldn't afford that right now and she goes well we have a coupon out that I can give to you and we can get the job done for $250. I said no! Thinking if you could have saved me $250 why did you even mention the $500?!?! She contniued to insist... I then told her I'm going to get the brakes done once I leave there but I'm not doing that work with infiniti. Went on to Nissan for the brake job and just like I thought! I DID NOT NEED BRAKES!!!!! The mechanic showed me the brake pads and rotars and even compared my old pads to the new ones and barely any difference! Then said ma'am theres no use in me taking your money... your vehicle is fine! Needless to say I'M FURIOUS! it seems to me it's ALL about a dollar bill! I can't even trust a service advisor?!?!? Well this new crew anyway! BRING BACK BRUCE I could trust him with my life and he treated me like family! Needless to say I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH LAUDEDALE INFINITI!!!! I CAN'T TRUST THEM!!!!!!!

I flew in to purchase a Certified Pre-owned Vehicle. JR picked me up from the airport and was very knowledgeable and professional in showing the vehicle to me. I then completed my transaction with Abby who was equally professional. They even let me drive the car home on a day that my financial institution was CLOSED. I was skeptical at first due to a previous bad car buying experience, but the only SURPRISE for me waiting at this dealership is just the level of professionalism I was given. I cannot speak highly enough of this whole process and this will be the first place I will call for my next car purchase (even though I live 400 miles away). BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE BY FAR!!!

My car had an issue only 15 days after buying it. The problem was persistent and recurring.
They accepted to take a look at the vehicle but were unable to diagnose or fix the issue.
My car is not running anymore and the dealership is telling me that my problem is none of their business.

Where's the zero stars? Horrible customer service...(Juan) just wants to argue with the 'customer' over & over & over again. They illegally pulled my credit without my authorization. Went to the top (Frank Perrone) to see if he could fix the problem, but no answers to my repeated voicemails, and no answer to my email.Going to BBB and any other organizations they belong to because they aided and abetted a known fraud and refuse to correct it with the credit bureau.This has resulted in lowering my credit score.

I went there on a Sunday to check out the Q40 s and right as I parked my car, Paul Hurlburt greeted me and started explaining about the cars. I gave a 5 star because Mr Hurlburt was a fantastic sales man. He was even willing to hold the car I like until the next day (500 deposit) and negotiate the price . My overall experience was great HOWEVER, customers SHOULD be aware that the (NON NAVIGATION) cars CANNOT stream music in Bluetooth and there is no AUX port either . P.s I was able to stream music through the usb port on my iphone7 plus( but in order for it to play) you need atleast one song already stored in your phone so that the system can recognize it. Then after you play the song, you can pause it and use Spotify,Soundcloud,youtube etc

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership! In all my years of buying and trading in 9 cars and helping many friends buy cars this was by far the worst. So happy we didnt buy the car. You expect when you go into a dealership that they are going to try and make as much money as possible on the deal and you have to try your best to make the best deal for yourself but they took this to another level. I felt like they was trying unload a car they didnt want to do a costly repair on on us. And at a horrible interest rate and price. We have already been approved a 2 places at better interest rates but they made it seem like they were doing their best and bending over backwards for us but the truth is they were just trying to bend us over. I love people and I just dont trust their finance manager or anyone their except for our second salesperson alfred. If they have a car you want and you have to deal with them I suggest dealing with alfred and at least you'll have someone that actually feels like they are serving you and are working for a win win. Pictures attached of the car they are trying to sell us for 30k (after fees and taxed) with these horrible cosmetic conditions on th trim with no intention of fixing it. Think if they are trying to unload a luxury car and a luxury price with this hugely apparent horrible condition what are they letting slide inside the cars they sell that you cant see?

The entire experience was smooth and easy. I drove from Orlando to Miami just to get my rare BMW that was such a good price and in such good condition. Car fax and even a True Frame report was given to me without asking. Everyone at the dealership was warm and friendly. Amy was easy to reach and quickly responded to any and all my questions and requests promptly and at all times of the time, even when she was off! Chris was new to his position but he was still efficient and quick despite being flooded with sales from multiple stores! Overall a wonderful experience.

Confirmed appointment for service for 9:40am today...

Confirmed appointment for service for 9:40am today, just to find out that instead it was 10:00am! Not a big deal but, when I got there Andrew (service rep) after I told him the issues with the car (xj35) he s first response was;
It s going to be $180 or so just to diagnose the car without even checking that I have a extended warranty! After that everything was unwelcoming, like they didn t want to fix the problems. He continued to tell me that they can t give me a car because they don t have any loaners and that i have to wait 2hours for diagnosing the car and additional 4 hours to fix the car disregarding that im entitled to have a loaner for the time that they fix the car.
Total dissatisfaction with horrible costumer service. This is pushing loyal costumes away to never buy infinity or Nissan again!

I had contacted the dealer on two separate occasions asking for pictures of a specific vehicle since they only had a couple up. The first was over a month ago and the gentleman told me there would be more on Monday but that came and went a month ago. So I contacted them again requesting pictures and was told I'll get them to you tomorrow via text. That came and went and still no pictures. I've read a lot of the other negative reviews and honestly they're pretty spot on. I won't be doing business with deadbeat sales people. Stay away and save yourself the hassle.

I called between 5-15 to ask a question about my g35 mind you I work in a shop, but I needed to call the dealership for the specific details about my headlights whoever I spoke to was extremely rude and condescending I was shocked and it got worse after I stated I was a mechanic in a shop. I first stated I needed to give my vin number to figure out the lights I needed to order mind you my neighbor works for another Nissan in the parts department at a different dealer then yours and told me I have to do this so I don't order the wrong lights and waste my money I have been In this business for 9 months this lady said well you have a g35 I said I needed specific details about my bulbs she was ahh haha well u have a g35?? Um when I stated I needed to give my vin number she was extremely rudely said well they are closed she was very rude!! It's not what you say all the time it's how you say it she acted like she didn't want to be bothered at all with me I said I'm going to do my own labor she was laughing at me when I said I was a mechanic! If I ever spoke to a customer this way I would be fired on the spot it's very disappointing and will no longer be ordering my lights through yall! I didn't get her name I just wanted to get off the phone very discouraged imagine not having any mechanical backround and have someone speak to you especially a woman in the business like that terrible!! I hope this gets addressed!

I leased my Q50 about 3 months ago. I've always financed...never leased a car before. My salesperson, Mandela Semaj, was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. He explained everything and walked me through every step. Then they had a dedicated person come teach me about all of the features my car has, which was really helpful because it has a lot of technology. The whole process was so smooth...nothing like the horror stories I could tell you about previous dealerships I've been to. Even the follow up at Lauderdale Infiniti is great. The service department called me to see how the car was doing and scheduled a 1,000 mile check up. The check up took under an hour and they easily got me in on a Saturday morning. I have an Infiniti dealer closer to my house but I will drive past it to come here.

I have a 201l M56 S. It s a rare infiniti and definitely part of the family! One of the hoses blew and it was imperative I didn t drive far so I took M car to Fort Lauderdale Infiniti. The car was originally purchased there, but at that time I liked the service at Coconut Creek Infiniti. However, I am glad I gave Fort Lauderdale a chance. Thomas I. was amazing and addressed all my concerns. It turned out the car had to be there for a bit since one part had to come from Japan. I absolutely love that Dylan (Lead Mechanic) sent me a video of his assessment. Very professional and thorough. The M car is back on the road and doing well. I would definitely recommend this facility and appreciated Dylan and Thomas s professionalism.

I bought a preowned 2012 Dodge Ram from Lauderdale INFINITI what a mess!!! The truck had a bad engine from day one and Frank Perrone is basically telling me to go screw my self! Is this how we do business in the world today?? Everyone is out to screw someone? I bought this truck in good faith now Iam responsible for a 7k engine thanks frank for nothing.. beware going there they will rip you off with a straight face

Really lousy customer service. Unprepared, unwilling to help or provide any useful information. Looks like they have a fix salary and just want the day to go by.
I have an infiniti lease that's ending in a few days and I will go to a other branch to check if they have any interest in selling me a car.
