I did not speak to a service advisor the entire two and one half hours that I was there. I finally spoke to a young lady there to inquire about my car. My car was just sitting there ready to go and no one had said a word to me. I think they should be more courteous and notify customers where their vehicle is ready. I am sure this does not happen often, but it should not happen.
Being obsessed with the condition of my Car, I check it on a DAILY Basis. I noticed a Small Scratch and Nick on the Front Left Quarter Panel that I DID NOT create,... Possibly done in the Garage at MB. I have 'Scratch & Nick' Protection which will cover this slight damage. Very Dissapointed that it could have happened during an Inspection. I CHECK MY Car Daily for ANY damage to the Body. I Expect to Be Covered for the Small Repair Now necessary.

I am in the business, so my ex wife wanted a New Mercedes. So AFTER I made the deal , I said I would be back next day with a bank check, I come in and the poor sales had to tell me the manager changed the deal. The manager is an I&^$#IU. So I walked out. He made the sales person call me next day and ask me if I want to come in they give me a better deal. So I went to the Auction and bought a 8 month old Mercedes Factory Repo, with factory warranty Saved $12.800 dollars. Thanks guys.
The parts department is nice, but autonation makes their own prices! 20% over normal prices. So, only option is the internet or Bill Ussery in Miami or MB WPB. All other local Mercedes dealer belong to Autonation.

I did not like the way MB of Pompano handled the billing for a repair job. I was quoted $345.28 by email and I agreed to that price, but was billed for $529.98. Then I was told they gave me a manager discount for $190.00 for the entire bill; actually it was not a discount, that just covered what they overcharged me for that repair. If MB made a mistake in the quote, I was never made aware of it before the job was completed.
Far from relaxing not efficent great car but not organized it was wait wait too busy and definitely JUST another notch on the belt Car not ready paid cash and had to wait 24 hours before taking possession even had to wait FOR financing papers to be prepared JUST not organized not efficent only the rep whi helped explain features WAS calm and helpfull

just the worse customer service! second time here and it keeps getting worse. first time bradley failed to tell me beforehand that the loaner car that was being held for me was no longer. tried to speak to a manager and he was conveniently in a meeting that lasted over 2 hours! still haven t heard from him. come back to pick up my vehicle later that day, and bradley was too busy making plans for his saturday and never went over what was done or not done to my car. second time around i sit and sit in the service areas waiting for a service advisor no one comes out. not one is with a customer but they look up and look at me and keep their head down. was waiting for over 15 minutes and still no one came out. finally one of the porters came to see if i had been helped. just PISS POOR Service!!

I was searching different dealers for the best offer and the best quality. However, when contacted by Gabriel Montoya one of the sales associates of this dealer, I was convinced that it was the best option to have chosen them.
The service they provide is excellent, they are very attentive to their clients, and what is more important in my point of view, is that they help you choose the most indicated in terms of price and quality, they do not sell you for selling like other dealers.

Took a book with me and sat for a few hours before I was given a loaner. The problem was corrected within 48 hours. Not bad.
I had never imagine walking into a Mercedes Benz dealership and having such a great experience. Although I drove 50 minutes from home, 3 cities away and past 2 MB dealership, it was well worth it. The salesman, Phillip Moode was very informative and honest. Although I knew exactly what I was looking for....GL450, White/Tan Interior, I was still hesitant about the whole process, price, financing and warranty. Phillip answered all my questions without any misleading responses or shady tactics that I've heard salesmen uses to get you into a vehicle to meet their personal needs. Phillip encourage me to test drive the vehicle of choice and at that moment, I knew this was it.....I ask Phillip the necessary steps required to purchase my GL450 and would be contacting him the following day. As promised, I submitted all required documents via email and within the hour, I was approved. The whole process was just too good to be true. My main concerns were based on price, financing and warranty, all were to determine whether or not we had a deal and surprisingly the deal was sealed. There were absolutely no pressure, stress nor undisclosed fine print agreement to purchase my Mercedes Benz GL450.
Also, the finance manager, Curtis who handled the financing had such a wonderful professional but yet charming personality and made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. He explain and answered all my question regarding the agreement and payment terms with such integrity. He even called several days later to ask if I was happy with my purchase. You would probably never get that from a finance manager. Phillip on the other hand was my MB live operator, I kept him on speed dial for the first few days with all the questions I had trying to get to know my GL450. Even on his off day he would call to check on me to be sure all was well with me and my new ride.
I would definitely recommend anyone to visit Mercedes Benz of Pompano where the staff make you feel like family and not just a invoice number.
I love the 2015 E350. The car is absolutely the best one I have had. The salesman, Steve Rahal, was so helpful and kind and went out of his way to make the deal happen. My entire life I've pretty much had junk cars, burners. Meaning that I had never stepped foot in a dealership, neither for a car or service - They typically have the reputation of costing an arm and a leg and overall, being impersonal.
So, 2 weeks ago I bought a 2002 C240 in almost pristine condition from a private seller. It needed a standing star hood ornament and I had just bought a new tan leather armrest/center console online that needed to be installed.
After buying a fake ornament online for $20 I decided to go in to buy it from the dealer and see what they'd charge in labor for the armrest.
From the moment I came in the door I was taken care of. Drew, my service rep, took care of me like I'd really never seen before in any autoshop or rarely in any business for that matter. He took initiative, was professional yet personable, and got me in and out in about a half hour including A car wash, With no appointment.
I'm writing this review because I was surprised in how fast and how extremely reasonable the people and the price was. But mostly because I appreciate people who go the extra yard at whatever they do. Drew and George, the master mechanic who worked on my Benz, were solid people and that is what makes all the difference in not only industry, but in life.
I really appreciate the love I got at Mercedes of Pompano. SOLID establishment SOLID people That left me grinning ear to ear with the extremely quick upgrades and complinentary car wash. Truly made a believer out of me. i'll be coming back for all my needs.

Went in to look at a 2017 MB S550 and brought a trade in. After some negotiating with a salesperson could not make the numbers work and got ready to leave, that s when we got introduced to the Sales Manager Shawn who raved how cheap and basic my trade in was ( also 2017 MB S500) that I purchased recently from a different dealer and how he knows that car went thru a bunch of hands and lended with me. But the cherry on the cake was when he started going off on my appearance. His exact words where you are wearing a $30,000 dollar watch and you are negotiating only $2000 dollars with me how cheap you must be . Numerous times that was and in front of salesperson Steve ( nice guy ) And my brother , who was with me at the time. Never had such an experience in my life and wouldn t recommend anybody to have one.

I was looking for a Mercedez used but in good shape. After extensive check on many places like OffLease and multiple dealers i saw good options at this Mercedes dealer. My friends told me it would be so much more expensive to go to a Mercedes dealer for a used car.

Staff is really nice and friendly and helpful too. Yet they are WAY TOO SLOW for such a simple thing. I came in for a simple recall on Saturday and they offered to check the car and wash it too and I thought "oh, cool!". After almost 3 hours come the technician and says "hey I know you've been waiting a while, do you still wanna get your car washed? It'll take 20 mins".
I was 2nd in line when I came in, at least 10 people came after me and left way before I did.
We had an excellent experience at this dealership. Everyone was very nice and patient. They tool their time to explain everything to us and ensured we loved what we got. If I had to buy a benz again, I will go there again!
I first contacted Mercedes Benz of Pompano on line and started conversations via text messages only with Giancarlo Amyach. It was my choice to only communicate by text messages because at the time I did not believe I would ever travel to Pompano from across the state as I live in SW.Florida.
Giancarlo was very attentive, and professional. I was dealing with 3 other Mercedes dealerships at the time and Giancarlo was the most accommodating. So much so that I told my wife we were going to drive over 3 hours to see him.
The first time I spoke to Giancarlo was when I met him in person at the dealership. He had the Mercedes style that we were interested sitting out front and ready for us to see. He was very knowledgeable, and made the entire transaction very pleasant. We got the right price we needed, the right financing and ultimately the right SUV .....A new 2020 Mercedes GLB. I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Pompano and in particularly Giancarlo Amyach to work with.
I went to the parts department to order a part, "I ask can I order a part", the lady her name starts with the letter C, gave me the phone to speak to some in the back I guess, he ask "how may I help you", I gave him the part # of an ignition coil, he gave me the price and he ask "how many". The guys comes up to the front desk area, and saids to the lady "this is that part some guy just called about, I think it's an ignition coil" and walks away. The lady saids, "oh ok" . The lady continues to work on some paperwork, about 3 mins past, I ask came someone ring me up. The lady saids oh let me call the parts guy again to check. I said "Ms the part is right there, he just brought it out". She saids "why didn't you say something". I said "Ms he just told you that was the part". Finally another lady comes up and saids "oh I will take care of you sir" and rings me up. The staff seem nice, the place is nice and pretty but the parts department are not very interpersonal and are not very organized. Parts department doesn't seem to be well runned.
Had a wonderful experience buying my first Mercedes 2014 C250. All the staff members were very helpful and cordial. The car was fairly priced and I was also able to negotiate a small discount. They even helped me discount the one way rental fee so I could pick up my car. Overall wonderful experience. I will highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Pompano.
Could not have been better. David Minnich opened the door for me, shook my hand and offered me a coffee. Boy did I need that. And just as easily, David Minnich respected my request to just see which Mercedes would give my disabled husband easy exit and entry. When we left the dealership David handed us his card. My son had his vehicle towed here because we were told they were one of the best service departments for mercedes in south florida but we were lied to. My sons 2007 S550 was diagnosed and towed early october and told that he needed an alternator replaced. The part was on back order it could be 2 weeks or 2 months and we understood that its an older vehicle and parts can become scarce to find. Well december rolls around and still no alternator and NO CAR. They wouldnt even give out a loaner so my son had to uber/ask friends for rides to work. My son had to be in Chicago mid december so we had the vehicle shipped there and had the vehicle diagnosed at another certified mercedes dealership. Their diagnosis was that the alternator was unplugged and they had vehicle up and running the same day. My son had spoken with the service advisors and he sent proof of the diagnosis saying the alternator was unplugged and that pompano mercedes was WRONG with their diagnosis. No one will return mine or my sons calls which is very unprofessional. He had to pay for the diagnostic fee which isnt peanuts and we dont mind paying for a diagnosis if its CORRECT. We just want our MONEY back!
We visited this dealer since we are trying to decide among (Audi, BMW and Mercedes) Fernando was very nice, I believe he is very knowledgeable with a great attitude. My disappointment comes from the fact that they kept recommending other cars as an option where we could get an awesome deal and when it came down to the numbers they were ridiculous. We were originally interested in a car they don't have available at the dealer. They showed us a Demo car that they suggested was going to be a better deal from the car we were inquiring and when they came back with the numbers it was like paying for a new car. After that we were told by the finance manager that we were better off with a new car (more incentives) but once again the price was way over. I am a previous Mercedes customer and after being away for over 10yrs I was very excited about the idea of becoming a Mercedes customer again but I believe I can definitely get a better deal from the other two brands. I guess we will keep looking until we get the best deal!

I was not looking to trade my vehicle now, but upon the encounter with and awesome MB associate I did. I'm in the car business, and am very picky, however Ivan Silva was diligent and determined to help me find exactly what I wanted and needed, not in the pushy way most salesmen are, and with a great attitude. Now I have an awesome vehicle without the "buyer's guilt".
UPDATE: Although the sale process was painless, the service department is a totally different animal. To my own fault, my tires were never rotated nor was I advised I need a tire rotation. At 16k miles the wires in my tires were exposed. As a result I needed 4 new tires. An expense that could ve been avoided had my Service A & B been thoroughly completed.
From the moment you step into the dealer, you will experience the amazing experience that Mercedes-Benz is, this is not just a car, this is a complete experience of how buying a car should be.

Giancarlo made the process incredibly easy. Had questions, he got the answers I needed. The car needed a minor interior piece I noticed after purchasing the car. Giancarlo got ahold of the service manager and got the part ordered and appointment to bring the car in and piece replaced. Cannot ask for more than that. So happy with my car but also happy I can say I have a good experience at the dealership which you never know how that is going and this was effortless and peaceful.

My car was dropped off as scheduled at 10:00am for service on Friday morning. I was later informed that it would not be looked at until Monday.
There were 2 main issues. I was receiving error messages popping up continually on the screen and the convertible/hard top was not sealed as wind noise was loud above 65 mph. I picked up the car on Thursday (6 days later) and within 3 blocks the error messages re-appeared. When I got on I-95 the wind noise was still there as loud as before. When I called it in to my service rep on Friday morning he started to read off all the service work that was done as written on the invoice and told me that they road tested the car and everything was perfect but he would have someone call me to schedule another service appointment. So now it's Monday and no call. I call first thing in the morning to speak to the service manager who was not available but I was told to leave a message and he would get right back to me. Its 2:00 pm and nothing. I should have gone to Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale.

Phil has terrible customer service. This guy is supposedly a manager? How exactly do they expect to resolve a customer's issue if they are never contacting the customer?
After repeatedly calling him over the course of several weeks to see if progress had been made, I decided I'd give it more time. A month wen by and you'd think he had an answer for you? NO, just excuse after excuse after excuse. Trust me its not that I wasn't patient, I dealt with him for 4 months maybe more and every time I spoke with him he promised he'd call back with an answer. Never got a single call or update on something they had faulted on.
I know you're probably thinking "Oh its probably not something important.." Wrong. It was regarding my maintenance contract. Had to invest hundreds of dollars due to an oversight in the contract. Will never be getting that money back, and for that I sarcastically have Phil to thank.
4 years ago, when I bought the car, I was treated so well, like royalty. But today, when just selling the car back to the Pompano dealership, I was treated disrespectfully by the manager, Shawn Bressman, who swindled me with the buyback. On a positive note, the rep who assisted me today, Anthony Lawson, was professional and courteous - he should be the manager!
Dealership was great and what I expected of a Mercedes dealership. Salesperson (Eric) was knowledgeable and, best of all, most of the process was completed online or over the phone, to include trade-in. My only complaint would be, and its petty, but i dont feel the vehicle was turned over very clean. I know, petty. I have purchased vehicles at other dealerships and they are turned over as if they were detailed, inside and out. This looked like a regular wash and a quick pass of a rag in the interior. Thats the only reason for the 4 starts(sorry). Everything else at the dealership was great and they have an expansive selection of Mercedes vehicles, new and used. Would recommend and would buy there again.
