I have driven MBZ for over 40 years. My previous models included a 220A, 300TD, 300SEC, 2 separate SL500s and another SL500 as a replacement. Over the years I have largely had them maintained by the MBZ Service Center. My experience ranges from California to Kansas and New York to Florida.
The sales department of the dealerships has always been attentive, at least until I signed the sales contract. In the case of MBZ of Pompano, once I elevated an annoying issue to management, the problem was promptly and satisfyingly resolved. The Service was absolutely first class, with quiet efficiency and a refreshing respect for my time.
I encourage anyone with a desire for a lifelong relationship with their automaker to consider MBZ as best of breed.

I purchased my car on 8/16. I have been driving Mercedes for 30 plus years and I had the most pleasant experience buying this car EVER!. CHIP SYNDER called me right back after I made a request for information on a certain car and when we arrived at the showroom from MIIAMI, the experince was an appreciative and efficient one from the start to when I drove my car off the lot. My husband and I both agreed we were treated like they did appreciate our business and that is just why we left Miami to buy a car.
Every person we dealt with at the dealership was awesome. It felt like dealing with family. Do yourself a favor and drive NORTH to buy a car!
100% I will go back for any car I purchase in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this dealer. My salesman was amazing and patient and not pressuring me to buy the car. He worked hard to help me get the deal I was looking for. Everyone, from the front desk to the finance team was always there with a smiling face and a helping hand to do whatever they could do for me. Since they are linked to other dealers they had a really great selection of cars. Highly HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a Benz.

Very Poor. My friend and I arrived in Pompano Mercedes to look at a car we saw online and were interested in buying.

Our sales person was Keith Donohue as we looked over the Mercedes 320 at the price point she could afford another customer with a sales man came over to look at the car. We told him that we liked the car and would test drive it. She test drove the car and liked it.

As she waited for the paperwork the sales manager Alex Dammorgian came to informed her that the other customer signed the contract while we were on the test drive.

It is apparent that Mercedes-Benz of Pompano's manager has little ethics. We could not believe that he would sigh off on a car that a customer is test driving and has all the intent to buy.

This was an underhanded trick by the manager and the other customer's sales man.

I had troubles to start with when first communicat...

I had troubles to start with when first communicating with the sale associate. The conversation wasn't long because he was rude.
I then did an othe inquiry and was referred to another associate.
Russ was easy to work with made the transaction go quickly.
A week after purchasing the vehicle I tried to use the navigation, but my car was telling me there was a navigation cd missing. They were supposed to contact the previous owner and see if they can get it resolved, did not hear anything back.
Week number two of having the car I started to notice oil spots on the concrete of my driveway. I then took my car into my local dealership on my coast. The dealership told me that the oil cap was not screwed on tight, car was leaking oil all over, and that oil was covered all over the engine and underbody of the car.
Mercedes Benz of pompano did not feel like it was their issue and offered to pay for half of the cost?!

Recap I bought the car two weeks ago, navigation CD is missing and haven't heard anything back, oil is coming out of my car every day, and they were the last ones to service the car. I don't see how any of this is my issue or fault.

All I was asking was for the car to do what it is supposed to do. Navigation... not leak oil...
So I hope these are valid for my one star rating after my experience two weeks ago. Which this situation is not resolved yet.

Walked in last Saturday STRICTLY looking...no intentions of buying a car!! Drove out 3 hrs later and had the BEST buying experience I have had in a long time! After I received my cost estimate I shopped around for other options and found only a small difference in price. I went in with an estimate of my cost and came out with a lower price with the same quality Mercedes products. To be able to say this is not normal for car service is an understatement. They were able to pass the savings on to my bottom line. I know this is not a common practice but being retired, every savings is a blessing. I required brakes and four new tires. The car rides so much smoother. Thanks Mercedes of Pompano for a smooth ride and a smoother price.

Easy and smooth experience! David Byles took great care of me from being prepared for my visit to the showroom to setting up my phone on the car. They have followed up post purchase to make sure every thing is going well. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and very helpful and I got the price I was looking for without having to haggle! This is my second experience with a Mercedes dealer and my experience with the Pompano dealership was even better than the first. I would definitely give them my business in the future!

Worse Mercedes dealer ever! This is my fourth Mer...

Worse Mercedes dealer ever! This is my fourth Mercedes and my first time buying at this dealer and this is my first service. The buying process was horrific. Lots of bait and switch on financing. They finally made things right months later and then I go to buy a home and can t because my credit score went down because they did not pay off my old vehicle which only had one payment left!

This should have told me everything I need to know about how this dealership does business, but I decided give them a chance in service - big mistake! I brought my car in Christmas week and told them I absolutely need it before New Years. I was told it would absolutely be done. I got a call on 12/30 that they would need to order a part for a sensor that had gone bad and that they would have everything done the morning of 12/31.

I told them if there were an issue, I d need to drive the loaner vehicle out of town because I had holiday plans. I was threatened severe repercussions if I took it out of the tri-country area or more than 75 miles per day.

12/31 comes and my calls were dodged all day. I end up spending hundreds of dollars to get to my holiday celebration out of town.

Not only this, but I would not get a return call for over two weeks. I called service managers, no follow up. Finally the loaner car died on my way to a non refundable private Salsa lesson for $150. I called and called, no help came. Finally I took an Uber to go see the general manager of the dealership and got an apology and my car back and not the money that I m out of.

On my way home, I found out that the dealer sent their people to my building and got the valet to give them the keys of the loaner and took it before I got home and took my valuable items in the trunk. After all of this, you would think they would offer to come bring it to me, they will not. My stuff is still sitting out at the dealer until I can find a day off that matches their service hours. Next time I should just get a Hyundai. This is definitely not Mercedes branded service.

I went in on 7/28 to buy a GLS SUV and got stone walled my customer rep was nice but said he had nothing to do with the price. I spoke to a Mr Mohamed 2 times and nothing happened I told them I didnot want to use their financing but my own andmaybe I wold pay cash. They then had the finance manager come in to tell me they had 2% fianancing and I again told them I wanted my own bank financing. I thought at that time we would be negiatinga price and I told them a low ball figure and figured they would come back with a fair price. I have bought many cars and buying cars is always a hassle and a hagge and they NEVER came back with another offer. They told me that the managers were in ameeting which was bull and 45 minutes later after I was in their waiting room my service rep came out and told me they would not negoiate on theprice and not discount aything. I went home with a price of 87,000 even though I didnot want their appearance program or their dent program which would have added $1000 to the cost of the car. I am amazed thast no one had the guts to come and tell me to my face that they would not deal with me. I figured i could get a measly $2000 off of a 80,000 car but I guess this is not the place for a deal. I have tried calling the manager many times and left many message to try and rectify this situation but no one has called me back or even answered my calls. As far as I am concerned I WOULD NEVER deal with a company like this since they do not have the guts to talk me, I would have given this store a 0 but it does not let me. They even let me walk away with purchase page that they knew i was not interested in

Service was excellent with the exception of no one following through on a request to have my car appraised for a possible trade in - received several emails about it but it was apparently not done and I was told I could bring the car back in to have it appraised - the whole point was to have appraised while it was already at the dealer for service!!

A few days ago I aquired my new 2020 E350 Luxury Edition Mercedes Benz through Mercedes Benz of Pompano in Pompano Beach, FL. We were fortunate enough to have Mr. Umut Gurbuz as our sales professional. I can't begin to describe what a fantastic experience it was to deal with Mr. Gurbuz and Mercedes Benz of Pompano. To begin with, Umut was able to secure the perfect car for us that we had found on line which was in stock at another dealership location. In this time of Covid-19 instead of initially going into the dealership we were able to receive our final no pressure excellent pricing via phone. We drove up to the dealership to see and drive the car which we instantly fell in love with. Umut asked if we wanted to take deliver that day and we said yes but figured it would be an all day affair. To our amazement, we did the paperwork with Randy while the car was being detailed and the deal was completed. We were on the road back home in our new vehicle in LESS THAN TWO HOURS! We ve been customers for over 10 years with this once wonderful dealership Apparently everybody and everything has changed there We have purchased four vehicles in the past and were about to purchase another one and unfortunately for some reason, after 2 1/2 days and 16 messages, voicemails and texts to everyone including Keith and your sales manager, and the general manager, nobody bothered to get back to us. We ended up buying from another dealership who came back to us immediately I cannot believe and I cannot understand why nobody could get back to us in such an untimely manner, and made us feel like we were nothing more than a bothersome to them We are cash buyers and are good customers and these people just don t care anymore We are very pleased with the new company we are dealing with and the new car that we received, but to be a loyal local customer with a company for so many years and have bought so many cars, is beyond belief that they treat people like this Run, do not walk to another dealership It s not the same Anymore and it saddens me to write this review ...I cannot believe nobody would get back to me when we said we wanted to buy a car! We are trying to support our local businesses during this pandemic - is incomprehensible we would be treated this way...We are thrilled to have bought the car of our dreams even though we try to stay loyal to this company Shame on you It pains me to write this review...truly

I highly recommend my Salesman, Abe Pourghassem, he is knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Although the Service Manager was helpful in proces...

Although the Service Manager was helpful in processing my car for service, the service itself was subpar. I brought my 2016 C300 in for service of six issues. Only two was corrected properly. One of the items fixed was to push back a piece of headliner that came out. They were able to fix that and update the cars software with no problem. I was told that they order parts for two other minor items (vanity mirror light intermittent and driver side colume loose) had to be ordered. If new parts were ordered and replaced, then both replacement parts have the same exact problem as when I brought the car in.

As far as the problems not addressed they said I would first have to pay for having my wheels balanced before troubleshooting a vibration problem. And that they did not know even if that would fix the issue. May question is - did they even look under the car to see if anything was wrong. I was told that I would have to pay for the balancing even if that didn't fix the vibration. I was given no other options.

The last item was a small air leak coming from the drivers door. They said it was a minor adjustment, but the car was a few months over the 12 month limit so it wouldn't be covered. Not that they had my car for almost a week and did only 30% of the repairs, and can do the two minute adjustment as a curtesy or even give me a price for the adjustment. No, just past the 12 months can fix it.

Conclusion: The car will go back to get the replaced (lol) parts replaced again, but as far as any other repairs I will try another dealer or authorized service professional.

I purchased an extended warranty with the car to make sure the the Mercedes was properly maintained, unfortunately the dealer could not maintain the vehicle on the first try. I'm sure they billed Mercedes Benz probably the first time for their "warranty " work.

Side note
My old Mercedes C320 had over 258,000 miles and my mechanic asked why I was selling it when we still have another 100,000 miles to go. My car is going back to him. Thanks Kevin for your professional service and support.

I saw the vehicle that I wanted online. My sales criteria are courtesy and professionalism or I walk back out and go elsewhere.
I went in and asked for Sales; out came Abe P.. He was Super Courteous and Super Professional !!!
Sophia, the Finance Manager was also Fantastic! I had few credit issues from years back, however finance looked at the overall big picture and was able to finalize the loan with Mercedes Finance at a very fair APR.

A to Z. He went the extra miles for me to make it happened and during my visit to the car dealer in Pompano Beach I was impressed by his professionalism, his speech demonstrated sound hnowledge of customer relations skills.

After a horrible experience at the Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Lauderdale, followed by a "meh" encounter with overzealous sales people at the Miami store, I was about ready to give up on the Mercedes brand altogether after 25 years of loyalty! However, upon reading customer reviews of the Pompano location, I decided to give it my final try! Am I glad I did! Third time may be a charm, but it was having Mark Burgess as my sales person that clearly made me a believer again! Not only was I treated with an utmost respect, Mark's knowledge of the brand and his professionalism set him apart from many. I am not one to be easily impressed, but Mark earned my respect and loyalty, bar none!

This was my 4th Mercedes since 2010 and the best experience. I have never before had the car operations explained to me the way Reggie did. Jeff, as the sales person, was also the best. The whole atmosphere in the showroom was wonderful and comfortable. My experience getting this car was definitely a "10".

Cannot say enough about the service I received from Bradley and Brian at Mercedes Benz of Pompano. They went above and beyond what I could have expected in helping out with my emergency. Bradley was in contact with me even after hours to get me in to service and provide a loaner for me on the spot. They were in contact with me all day to update me as to the progress of the repair and the car was done on time and I could not ask for more. Mike Lucia the Gm has done a stellar job in assembling a great team there. Many thanks!

I have been using this dealership for years the people and service have been great. The assistant service manager I worked with last week is horrible. On Monday, 16 March, 2020 I brought my car into the dealership due to oil leak. The oil leak surprised me, since my car received it's annual service on 27 November, 2019. The assistant service manager Bradley Merkoff gave me the results of the service inspection, I informed him I would think about the cost of the repair and let him know. On Friday, 20 March, I called Bradley, left a message letting him know I have an extended warranty on the car through my credit union, and the warranty company would like to speak with him the get the details and see if the problem is covered under the warranty. I did not receive a call back that day. On Monday, 23 March, 2020, I called Bradley again, left a message, this time I included the warranty company name, phone number, and warranty account number in the voicemail. I did not get a call back that day. On Tuesday, 24, March I stopped by the dealership to speak with Bradley, the assistant service manager that sits next to him said he was out to lunch. I asked if Bradley has been out sick, he stated no, I informed him that I have left messages on Bradley's voicemail, and no reply. I gave him my name and phone number, he stated he would make sure Bradley would give me a call that day. Today is Friday, I have yet to receive a call. IF YOU ARE ASSIGNED THIS ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER, REQUEST SOMEONE ELSE IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

As soon they get your money , they even answer the phone took 45 days to get my car fixed they tell you a bunch of lie and take your money ! I will not recomend for nobody !! Now i know why they call Stealership!!!

On the way from Miami to Titusville we encountered...

On the way from Miami to Titusville we encountered some car trouble as we were passing the Pompano exit and it so happened to be right at the Benz dealership. Lucky it was there and it was a pleasure to have met the staff especially Armando Mandy Ramos. He was very welcoming, kind, and attentive to us and arranged to have the shop look and work on our car without an appointment even though the repair was not a simple repair. We otherwise would have had to stay in a hotel or rent a car to go home and return in few days to pick our car.

I brought the car to another mechanic who informed me that all four tires were just fine and nothing needed to be changed!! It turns out that my experience overall wasn t so good

MB responded to my review and ask me to call the general manager. I did, and was put on hold for 10 minutes, no one answered. I called back and left a message, no one called me back.

Very poor customer service. Sep 2019
They sent me an email offering $150 off service $300 or more, so I scheduled an appointment. When I went to pick up my car, they did not give me the $150 off. I cleared the coupon with the service manager when I dropped off my car and the bill was over $300, but I had to argue with several MB employees for 45 minutes before they gave me the discount.

They called me and offered a free service. I asked twice if this free service included an oil change and I was told it did. I called today to check to be sure it was free and they told me I would have to pay for my oil change. I tried to cancel my appointment and there web site has no option for that.

Throughout the relationship I have been consistently pleased with the service I have received, but David Einhorn goes a step beyond. He is a true advocate for the customer anticipating needs and seeing that they are met. His understanding of the product is outstanding but even more importantly his attention to the customer's desires is remarkable. I hope he remains with the dealership for many years to come so that I can return to him for my next car. Thanks David!
