Highly disappointed in Service. The last good service I received to be abundantly honest was from Cameron the tech who came out to charge my battery, and he redeemed Mercedes name and reputation by giving me some answers that I needed, because my dealership sure didn't. I have FOUR PHONE CALLS into my rep right now. NONE OF THEM ANSWERED to this moment. I have called and left FOUR MESSAGES because he was away from his desk ALL FOUR TIMES THAT I CALLED? No, uh uh.. Service Switchboard is just as bad. When I could not get in contact with my agent I called to ask for the Customer Service Liaison because at one point they used to help when you could not get in contact with your rep. It is almost as if they were blatantly refusing to get who I wanted. The switchboard operator never shut up when she was telling me that I was calling for the C240 when I was calling about my E320. I had to say "Excuse me, I'm talking right now if you care to listen." I have a battery that has been in my car since only last Spring and it has gone dead 4 times. I swore that I didn't need it last year but this other rep told me I needed one, and I got soaked for that. The Roadside Rep on the phone said "I hope you still come back and get our product even though you've had this experience" and I flat out said to her "No... No I'm not. If anything, this has greatly dissuaded me, and I'm buying an American car next time, I am not going through this any more." I noticed something very significant about the correlation between the downslide in service and the flashy new building....It is almost as if they got too big for their britches. Don't do any more investing in the structure, I would concentrate more on investing in good service. I see nothing other than a downward spiral ever since you went with the "luxury spa" theme. It bears repeating....FOUR PHONE CALLS, NO CALL BACK YET FROM ANYONE. And don't you DARE right me that script note "I'm sorry for your bad experience, call me and we'll discuss it." No Honey.... after four un returned phone calls, Sweetheart...You're calling ME BACK, and not the other way around. Get with the program, take off the facial wrap, and put down the glass of champagne, I want to be called about my car!!!!
