Armando was a courteous service advisor. However, it did not appear that he put the diagnostic fee toward my repair as he initially stated. He claimed the service recommendations were categorized. This was never the case in the multiple other Mercedes service centers I have frequented since 2003.

There is a long wait to have cars repaired but I was grateful for a loaner car. This low rating is primarily because I was fraudulently charged for a scratch on the loaner car that was on a panel where other scratches already existed. I have called the loaner manager and have requested photos.
