Extremely rude and unprofessional. Service appointment scheduled around 5 p.m. the night before a 10:30 a.m. appointment--with a loaner vehicle offered. When we arrived, no loaner was available and the advisor could not even provide an estimate of how long the wait might be. A call could have been made to cancel, and avoid wasting our time, if Service was too busy and loaners were suddenly unavailable. No apologies topped off the worst Mercedes experience ever and I've owned Mercedes for over 15 years.
