I was very delighted to find out that exceptional customer service was not just a thing in the past. From the time I inquired about my E 350 Mercedes Coupe on the internet, to the time I drove off the lot I was treated with phenomenal and fanatical customer service.

Laura Gutierrez was my sales person at the Mercedes Benz location in Pompano Beach. She treated my wife and I like dignitaries, her smile and patience was key in our decision to purchase our car. Her attention to details and her commitment to satisfy us in every way she could made us feel like home. When I arrived she had the car waiting for me at the front of the showroom. During the test drive she expressed in details the features of the car and answered all of our questions. She was not pushy but she was there when we needed her to interject.

I was looking for any reason not to buy the car but at the end Laura gave me all the reasons in the world to purchase the car. I had a wonderful experience that day and Laura made the process seamless. Her customer service was the main reason I went through with my purchase (but the car also played a role too LOL)

I know if I'm ever in the market to buy another car again it will be a Mercedes and I will make sure to call on Laura gain.
