Very good communication pre sale, after sale is a different story. I had an issue with my car's interior being soiled at delivery and later the next day (car was delivered at night) I noticed scratches at rear of car. I sent interior photos to sales rep, he said it was unacceptable and would get his manager involved, as you would guess, I have not heard a thing. I had to take to a detailer at my expense. I will never return.

The service department at Pompano Mercedes is The Best!! I have been going there for years! From the service manager, Todd Banks to the service advisors- all Amazing!! Brad Markoff, my service advisor forever happened to be off when I needed the car serviced. Todd arranged a loaner car and set me up with a new service advisor, Ron Richardson who didn t miss a beat. I felt like I knew him forever!! Thank you so much for your fast and exceptional customer service! This service department treats everyone like family! I trust and appreciate you all so much! If leaving 0 stars was an option then I would have chosen that! THIS IS THE WORST MERCEDES DEALER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Their work is absolutely horrible and they NEVER get the issue fixed on the first try, EVER. Not to mention how EXTREMELY RUDE the female tech manager was when I called about getting the issue that they caused resolved. She put me on hold in the middle of me speaking and then got back on the line and was very combative while telling me I was wrong about the service that was done to my car! If you do make the mistake of going to this dealer make sure YOU write everything that they do to your car down because I promise you they will not have it all in their system if you need to go back and reference it. I have had nothing but problems with this location for years now and I finally give up and will never go back to them. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to Fort Lauderdale than to go back here for them to waste my time and make my car issues worse!

I had the best car buying experience at this dealership. Amazing selection of certified preowned Benzes and Ed Oliveira is the most knowledgeable salesman you could ever work with. He went above and beyond to minimize the time I had to spend at the dealer after I made my selection. After the purchase, Ed took the time to expertly walk me through all the features of my new car. Ryan Barksdale in financing was also incredible to work with. I really appreciated the no pressure sales environment of this dealership. If you are in the market for a Benz, this should be your first stop.

As disappointed as I was, I am truly grateful that the dealer refused to make any profit on a car they knew was not up to the standards of what they expect to make clients Happy.

We are certain its a combination of Engineering, design smarts and a wonderful Sales Executive like David Rumano. We went in the dealership- told them what we were hoping for and the price point we could live with. Next thing you know the car we were looking for was there, the price was exactly as we had anticipated and now the car is in our garage keeping the other Benz company. We have had just about every car over the years but the Benz family has been our ultimate choice for thirty years and this dealership was a no sweat, no irritation, no nonsense process. My experience at this Dealer was wonderful. Since I called on the phone to make an appointment, they treated me very well. The person who attended me is called Virginia. A very kind and attentive lady in all my needs. She was honest with me and the business was the most transparent of all that I have done in a car dealer. I have nothing bad to say about this dealer and the people who attended me. On the contrary, I will recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to buy or rent a Mercedes Benz and receive the best deal.

Attention. Do not go to the Fort lauderdale dealer, they are rude, unprofessional there and also if you do not know how to negotiate or have no experience in buying cars, they will bleed you with the numbers they give you from the beginning.

I took my 2018 GLC300 in to be serviced for what was deemed a software update multiple times, totaling over 23 days in a 4 month period and the issue is still unresolved. Each time my car was kept multiple days with no progress. Service Representative did not contact me with updates even after several phone calls and emails. I was even told by my Service Rep that he was entering a meeting and would be unavailable to speak with me the remainder of the day. When i called back to verify status with my car 5 mins later i was transferred back to the same Service Rep. At this point i made it clear i no longer wanted them to do anything with my vehicle. I would be in in 1 and 1/2 hours to pick it up. When I arrived my vehicle was still not ready and i waited an additional hour. During this time I spoke with approximately 8 others customers with similar horror stories related to service at this dealership. I will now drive an hour away from my house to a dealer that is not Auto Nation. I have looked at the reviews for all Mercedes dealerships within 15 miles of me and they all have horrible reviews and are Auto Nation locations. Auto Nation is clearly not living up to the Mercedes brand reputation. If my only options are to buy from Auto Nation i will buy a lesser vehicle from an organization that understands how to treat its customers.

This dealership is not a customer focused organization. For the past 48 hours I have left messages with the general manager, fleet manager and sales manager trying to get information on a 17 M-B E300 to no avail. The operator keeps passing me off to various phones where I have to leave voicemails even though I ve asked to speak to somebody live . After leaving multiple voicemails since 9A yesterday no one has yet to return my calls. I ve decided to take my business back to Germain M-B of Easton so that I can take delivery of a new car this week.

I wish zero stars were available. After @ two years the oem replacement battery has failed on our 2004 S500 that we bought from Pompano Mercedes. When I called about replacing the battery under warranty I was informed that part of the privilege of paying $100 more for the battery is that it only came with one year or warranty versus three to five years for any other battery. This is just the latest issue with Pompano Mercedes. We're so disgusted I don't think we would ever consider another Mercedes. I can say that Champions Porsche is the exact opposite. The cars are much more reliable and they stand behind their machines. Mercedes has been a big disappointment especially since the dealer was acquired by autonation.

We had recently been in an accident and we did not want to have to drive the new car at night on the highway. The manager offered to have the car brought to our home the next morning. We were so appreciative of that special service and have told all of our friends about it.

Went the extra mile to pick me up at the FLL airport in order to test drive the car I was interested in. Also drove me to a local bank in order to get a cashier's check to purchase the car. The Mercedes-Benz facility is beautiful and nice to sit in while dicusing prices. I did not appreciate the blanket $799 dealership fee that applies to all car sales, including used cars, though the did lower my vehicle price to have the total price be competitive. Overall friendly people and a good purchase. experience.

Everybody listen very carefully. This dealership has the most DISHONEST service department that I have ever seen. If you are thinking about having your vehicle serviced at this place please remember what I have told you. I had repairs done at this shop a year and a half ago. I brought my 2011 Mercedes S550 in for an alignment only The alignment was done but it wasn t done correctly and I ended up bringing it back to have it corrected. The Third time I brought it back for this correction I was told that I needed almost $1500 worth of other work done because one of the pulleys froze while the technician had taken the vehicle out on a test drive so now I would need to have those replaced .So, I left the vehicle overnight and $1500 later my car was repaired and I was not very happy about it because I questioned whether or not the work had been done. The three pulleys did not look new to me One year and a half later the same pulley froze but under the Mercedes-Benz warranty I was still covered and could have the work re-done at no charge. I had my vehicle towed in and checked by the technician and was told that yes I was covered 100% The next day I received a call telling me that the warranty would not be honored unless I replaced something else but what Mercedes-Benz technician does not know is that the thing extra that he wanted me to replace I just had it replaced by my own personal mechanic three months earlier therefore I knew that what they were telling me was not true. They refused to honor the warranty work but they have performed less than two years ago unless I replaced the part. I am so upset because this is dishonesty at its worst. I knew that Mercedes was not going to let me get out of there without spending a whole bunch of money because the warranty work is no charge! I told them to only replace the same pulley that froze up again but they said they would not do that only if I replaced the water pump but again I tell you the water pump was just replaced three months ago . I will never have my car serviced there again and if you are smart you won t either unless you re covered under a new car warranty but again I would not even trust them with that . They get a rating of 0/10!!! I m having my car picked up from this dealership and towed back to my mechanic.

Why do some dealers feel it's ok to have the most uncomfortable buying experience? Making it feel as if your being discriminated against because it seems like you don't belong in this "high end dealer". The entire place and people have a cold dead feel about it.

I was in Mercedes of Pompano an autonation store and it was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had looking at a car.

They didn't care I was there, Steve the sales man told me if I don't want the car it doesn't matter they had multiple other buyers for the car when pointed out something they didn't say over the phone that I asked about.

With everything going on today how can car dealers still get away with "oh this guy doesn't have Mercedes money".

Then to top it all off, I got a call from the sales guy Steve several days later asking if I was still interested in the car. I thought that was odd since Steve said they had so much interest in the car and it didn't matter if I didn't want the car. I explained that it was the most uncomfortable buying experience I've ever had with a car purcahse, and he seemed baffled and basically blamed me for why it was an uncomfortable experience.

Well again the BMW is still sitting there that had so much interest, maybe it's not the car that people don't want but rather the horrid dealer experience. I will say it again, it was the worst buying experience I have ever had at a car dealer, I don't understand why anyone would ever buy anything from them.

This is the second time in a few months that Ive h...

This is the second time in a few months that Ive had emergency services of two different Mercedes at Pompano Mercedes. The first a few months ago on a friday night highway debris caused blow out on 95 in Miami that took out two tires simultanoeusly. The SUV was towed in and I had it back at 10am the following morning with replacement tires balanced and rotated. The second time was a weak battery in an SL caused all the sensors to malfunction and the car would not go over 40 mph. Took it in on a busy Monday morning and got a loaner. The car was back the next day operating properly.
While this sounds like what you would expect from a Mercedes dealer, anyone whose gone to other Mercedes dealers in the area would tell you the quick turn around and proper repair combination in Pompano is far better than elsewhere.

What an experience! First time buying a car from another state and off of the internet without seeing the car in person only through photos. Big kudos to Russ! He promptly returned many of my many phone calls to answer all of my questions (mechanical, features, appearance, shipping, warranties). The purchase process was easy and better than what I have experience when i actually visited a dealership. The bad...I had 2 issues with the car when I received it. The good...Once again Russ was on it and coordinated with Sales Mgr Bill to resolve the issues. Great Customer Service. I'm a satisfied customer enjoying my new wheels

Our intention was to purchase a car on the day we visited and told this to the sales person, armed with that knowledge Lorenzo our sales person took that to his advantage and give us the space, time and attention rather than trying to sell us a car. I like that very much, we were not pressured into getting something we did not want and "at the end of the day" we were quite happy. If all car sales persons, not only at MB, can be as professional, calm and informed like Lorenzo M, everyone will be satisfied with their purchase. Great place to shop for your car. If you are planning to buy a used car from them, think twice. They are very nice when selling you the car, but once the car is sold to you, it s not the same. I expected better quality service since it s a MERCEDES BENZ dealership. I m very disappointed.

The staff here are very professional and let you take your time, drive whatever you want, and they are not pushy. Matt was very fun to drive with and he knew both vehicles in and out and showed me all the options. My custom AMG is being delivered next week, very excited!

I can t be more complementary about the treatment received at Pompano Mercedes, especially my salesman Gabriel Lopez. However, as to the vehicle, a GLC300, I do find it lacking. The noise exhibited, at highway speed, is not what I would have expected from a Mercedes-Benz.

I initially called becuase i was too busy to go in to see the vehicle at that time. 2 days later, he walked me thorugh the entire transaction; from the test drive, paperwork and prodcut familiarization. Feb 1, I went to purchase a GLE Coupe. The salesman was great! I completed the deal that day, I did not drive the vehicle home that day. The salesman said the vehicle was a lease turn in and they had to keep the car to service it as to certify it. I asked how long would they need to keep the vehicle, I was told it would be ready in 3 days. 3 days came and went! I called my salesman he apologized, of course the salesman does not do repairs. I told him I had to attend a funeral and I wanted to drive my vehicle, he arranged that, after a few days I took the vehicle back. My car sat there for 5 more days with no attempt to repair. Mind you they have been paid and I m still waiting for my car to be repaired. Oh and I received a loaner vehicle that broke down on 95 in mid day traffic. I was in fear of loosing my life by being struck by oncoming vehicles. Through all of this they insinuated this was all my fault!!! I am so dissatisfied!!!

Shopping for a new car is one of my least favorite things to do. For that reason I delay engaging in the process for as long as I can. My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Pompano was exceptional. My original contact was via the Internet. My experience with David Byles was exceptionally pleasant; no pressure, free to take my time to make my decision, but always available to answer any question I had. Being a senior citizen I have purchased or leased many cars in my lifetime; my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Pompano has been one of the best.

He was not pushy and just gave us the facts and all our options. Got us a better rate with Mercedes Financial than our credit union. You can tell he really cares about his customers. A gentleman and greater salesman. Sales at this dealership is dishonest and does not honor commitments. They have no integrity!! Saw a car on dealer website, a recent trade. Called the dealer and talked to Anthony. He was great and very responsive. Then ended up with Anthony's manager, Shawn (Sean) to make the deal. I made a commitment to purchase the car. Dealer was to send paperwork to a Mobile Notary for me to sign. Sent dealer my DL, Proof of Insurance & credit card for deposit. Soon after, Shawn (Sean) stops returning my calls. The Mobile Notary calls and says he has the paperwork for me to sign then suddenly calls back and says - his mistake, was paperwork for someone else not me. Dealer has gone dark, no return calls, no return texts. My guess is someone at the dealer decided they wanted the car after I had made a commitment to buy it. This dealer shoddy, dishonest. Find another M-B to buy your car from. It is sleazy you commit to buy a car and the dealer does not honor the deal because you are from out of state. Only reason they got 1 star is because this could not be posted with 0 stars.

They charged me for the extra days i had the loaner yet my vehicle was not ready when i picked it up. My car also had black scuff marks all over. They stated it was from when they lifted my car on the hydronic. Everyone acts like they are not happy to be working there including the manager. I have been to many different Mercedes and this one has the worst customer service. They act like a private corporation and not like auto nation. Auto nation usually has the best service. If you need a place to take your car go to the Mercedes in Delray to save the hassle. I tried to find how to fill out an actual service but no one will help me because they know.

I was just starting to look for a new Mercedes and had my heart set on the Lunar blue CLS 550, but was told by all other dealerships that there were none available. Ivan Silva contacted me from the Pompano dealership, which 10 years ago was a disaster in my estimation so I had been using Fort Pierce and Delray. Ivan asked me if I needed a V8 or just liked the body style. The body style. Within 15 minutes Ivan had my dream car, a Lunar blue CLS 400. Same car , a bit cheaper with a V6. It has PLENTY of power. The purchasing process was a breeze, not only did Ivan explain everything to me , but sent me videos and the dealership has a dedicated tec guy, Michael, that took as long as I wanted (3 hours) to teach me everything that the car does. Michael has a wonderful calm disposition and is very knowledgable. There is no way that anyone could not love Ivan! Awesome Dealership

The service representatives at Mercedes-Benz of Pompano are a pleasure to work with. They are helpful and courteous. They offered to wash my E-350 at no charge to me, and made me feel as thou I was a valued visitor. This dealership is an asset to the Mercedes Benz Organization.

I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience at this location! My sister in law and I came here together to purchase a new car for her and needless to say, we both will be back in the future. Sophia, in the finance department, was so incredibly personable and professional. She helped my sister in law get approved at a low rate and we re so thankful for the time she spent going the extra mile for us. Thank you, Sophia!

Buying a car usually is a pain. I have to say, I enjoyed working with David Rubano. I think I got a fair deal without the usual hassle. I love my new C300 in just the color I wanted with more options than I need. The only downer was finding out I had to pay extra for maintenance (during a lease) after the deal was agreed to.

I have purchased several new vehicles in my life. By far this was the easiest transaction ever despite involving two trade ins. My first encounter was with Stephen Rahals who was fantastic, direct straight and to the point the way I prefer. Once I selected my new car came the trade in process,( which is always a problem every time I purchased a car but not this time!) Here comes Manager Shawn Bressman he not only took the time to listen to what was in my mind, he came back within minutes to not only give me what i asked for but made the deal even better for me. From walking in to settling on deal 25 minutes! Unbelievable. Thank you both for a great job. First time ever buying a car that walked out feeling great about the deal. Thank you ! Highly recommended!
