Horrible experience from start to finish. Bought an E-350 in their CPO program a year ago. Complained about the brakes, they checked them and said "nothing wrong." Took to Coconut Creek Mercedes who found the rotors are warped. Pompano refused to repair without charge. Had flat tire, brought to Pompano, asked them to check the valve. They couldn't find the leak, said valve was okay, sold me a $300 tire which went flat a few days later and they later determined the valve (not the tire) was bad. Had another flat a week or two ago, brought to Coconut Creek Mercedes and they fixed it quickly and courteously. My sister noticed the hood of car was not properly aligned over engine. I brought it in, took them several days to figure out how to re-align, then told me the car had been in an accident and that was cause for alignment issue - why didn't CPO team pick up on this before the car was for sale in showroom? I brought car in today (11/25/16) hoping they would replace warped front rotors without charge, after all I had complained about issue from date of purchase and only Coconut Creek Mercedes acknowledged there was a problem. Service Manager Todd could care less about me, the car, my overall Mercedes experience, or fixing the problem. No interest whatsoever. He sent me home without even looking at the brakes. Mercedes of Pompano is without any doubt in my mind the absolute worst in sales and services for any brand of car I've ever owned, let alone a Mercedes dealership. Although I am stuck with my car (upside down), I strongly recommend against buying a Mercedes, new or CPO, but if you must, DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE IT AT Mercedes of Pompano. Mercedes of Pompano has proven themselves to be surprisingly incompetent and not at all interested in customer satisfaction. Consider this an honest warning from a very real, completely dissatisfied customer. Gave them one star because that is the minimum allowed. They deserve no stars!!! Yours Truly, MJPruz
