This was my fist bring my vehicle in for service and this was also my first time at Mercedes-Benz of Pompano. My service advisor was excellent as she explained everything and had me in a shuttle home quickly. Car was ready in a couple hours and the car was fully cleaned inside and out.

My service team at this dealership was, as always, professional and efficient. Raul is an excellent service advisor. He seeks to understand his customer s needs and then shares his knowledge and makes a plan that works for you. He communicates accurately and in a timely manner. I also experienced exceptional service from Elena. She arranged for a loaner vehicle and processed the required documents so that my waiting time was minimal. She is very warm, customer focused and professional. Elena and Raul are why I come to this dealership for service (even though there is one closer to my home). They represent you well! Thank you.

Very poor follow up! We bought a CPO 2018 c300 with 22,000 miles on it. The car ahad multiple problems including poor wheel alignment and a wheel balance. After having it serviced the steering wheel is not straight, which indicates a inferior alignment by a unqualified person. After a week in service the car was returned with a chipped windshield and a scratched hood. It took another week to repair it. Were very dissatisfied by the whole service team. Twice while trying to call no one answered the main line and when we finally get through were put on hold for 15 minute, only to call back to get some service. We now have a vehicle that has a crooked wheel when we drive. Were still waiting for Amando to return our call to remedie this. To further add to our disappointment the sales team called looking to trade our new vehicle. After I straightened them out he said Amando would be in touch to help us. It's been two weeks no call. I'm out of patients for mercedes of pompano. Good luck to all who purchase there.

Terrible experience with service department. My car had a recall. I was told it would be about 3.5 hours. I brought the car in only to be told they had to keep the car over night since they wouldn't be able to complete the job in the same day. I was never advised of this so i naturally did not reserve a loaner and i was told there were none available. After complaining for awhile, i was then told i would have one (i live over 1/2 hour away). The next day i received a voicemail stating my car was ready. This was followed shortly by an email stating that they could not complete the install since all of the parts were not here (the note from MB said all parts were ready and to bring your car in asap). i needed to pick my car up and since the parts had to come from Germany, no idea when it could be complete. Does anyone know what they are doing at Mercedes? i expect much better from them. Btw, my service adviser Brad, was very nice and tried to be accommodating under circumstances. This was not his fault, just everyone else's that i had contact with. They let me make the appt., confirm the appt., leave my car and no one knew ahead of time i needed a loaner or that the parts weren't in. What a waste of time. Mercedes-get your act together please.

The Dealership detailed my SLK350 on the outside and inside after a 25 hour drive to Florida from Maryland. The car was very dirty. I agreed to wait while they did it so they took me the very next day. In a matter of 3 hours the car looked showroom new again. They did an excellent job on the entire car, inside and out. And, the price they charged was extremely reasonable. Everyone I dealt with there was friendly and professional. The facility is very modern, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely do business there again.

I am very very upset with this company, with the customer service, services, everything! I left my car the day before yesterday, Monday, November 23rd, for maintenance service, which included oil change. I picked up the car yesterday, Tuesday, November 24th and paid almost $ 600 for the service. Today I had go out to work, solve some problems and do grocery shopping. About 1 hour after I left my house, the car's dashboard showed that I needed to check the engine oil and a lot of smoke started to come out and get people's attention. I was very scared and stopped at the first gas station I saw. I called Bryan, called customer service and they took 2 hours to send a towning to help me. Also, I had myself to get a lift to leave me at home. Unbelievable!!! If you woud like to have problems, have a bad service, have a awful customer service, feel free to go there.

They were very attentive and informative...until the sale was completed. Then it was excuses and excuses for why they didn't do as they said they would or just ignored questions about performance.
They did deliver the car...late. Paperwork showed up a couple of days later to allow me to use the car. Had to contact another dealer to find the bolt size to attach the tag as they shipped auto without any. Only sent one key fob. Said would send the other soon. Week and a half later no second fob.

I just purchased the C-Class -250 and my sales person was Laura Gutierrez who was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. My entire experience with my purchase of the vehicle was very professional by all staff members and a willingness to work out the best deal possible. I must say I was a little reluctant buying a four cylinder turbo motored vehicle but I found it exceeds my expectations with all the power and economy I was hoping for. I am extremely pleased with the way the vehicle handles and all the standard options that are included. I am a new resident of the state having moved here...

I am a new resident of the state having moved here in 2016. All of my previous experiences with Mercedes dealerships were in another state and with a lease coming due on a CLS and wanting to change another SL, i didn't know who to contact near my new home. A friend put be in contact with an Autonation staff person who recommended I contact the MB Pompano location. The General Manager set me up with a sales team member and the rest is good history. Abe Pourgasshem sat with me, listened to my needs and within in a few hours, set up the lease return and a search for a replacement for my SL. He actually searched the entire US inventory because I had specific color and equipment in mind. I was shocked that he found the exact car and a week later I had my new car and returned the other two. The financial staff, PDI people and the product specialist who explained fully the new car were outstanding. Being a car nut, I was expecting perfection in the new SL and I was not disappointed. Great job Abe and MB Pompano. I'm a believer.

After the purchase of my car, they could care less about me or my car. Because of this dealership I will never purchase another Mercedes Benz in my lifetime, nor will any family members. Stay away from this dealership!

I had purchased a Mercedes from another dealership previously and what a difference. Pompano is amazing. My Sales advisor Ken went above and beyond to get exactly what I was looking for. The entire dealership is completely accommodations in every aspect. The associate dedicated to showing you all the ins and out of the vehicle also went completely above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy. Great experience all around!

This was a great experience. When you come into the Pompano MB showroom, it means you have arrived and you are treated like family. Adam Levy our professional took the time when we first came in after we had communicated and spoken over the phone many times to introduce us to all of the MB Pompano hierarchy. We felt right at home. Adam showed me and my wife all of the different options, models etc. Even after we chose the car we wanted, Jeff at the F/I was super when it came to signing all of the documents and even the walk through as how the car is equipped and works was done very very very thoroughly. More than any other brand in my recent memories. For me, it was worth the drive from Miami to get my new MB at this dealership. Pick up the phone and call, it is worth it.

I was told one price when I got to auto nation they told me another price. Then the rep told me I will be contacted on Monday with a plan to lower my bill. I tried calling Auto nation no one picked up. I got a threatening voice mail about the loaner vehicle. I will not go back there.

Excellent service at this dealership! I would have given 5 stars, but the price of the B service was extremely high. I m from another state in the Southeast and our service is almost half of that at this dealership. If I wasn t already way overdue thanks to Florence I would have waited until I was home. With that said, Brian L was my service advisor and he was friendly and extremely helpful in giving me options and suggestions for the service. He didn t hurrying me, even though he had a customer waiting. I also had a loaner. Overall the process was smooth and my car was ready on time.

I went in because my engine light came on in my 2013 ML 350. All the employees were very polite and extremely courteous from Mathew Pickton (service agent) to Nicholas (courtesy car) to even the greeter in service and the girl that was going to wash my car. I was taken back. Management really has their thumb on that. They seem very honest as they did a multi point inspection like checking wiper blades, brakes, etc. Even though the car was under warranty, this is where they could have racked up some extra sales and fees but my car had a 100 OK diagnosis. That's impressive. Though I haven't had any actual work done and this was my only experience I would surely recommend them at this point.

FIRST-CLASS TREATMENT!

In light of the pandemic, I wanted limited contact with folks as possible. The agent arranged for my car to be picked up from my house; BIG PLUS. When my car arrived, my service agent, Armando, called to notify me that my vehicle arrived safely; ANOTHER BIG PLUS. Armando LISTENED and acknowledged my pandemic concerns, then promised to make an effort to return my vehicle as soon as possible so that I would not need to expose myself to a loaner. Armando made a strong effort because my vehicle was returned, as promised, in fabulous serviced condition!

Horrible experience from start to finish. Bought ...

Horrible experience from start to finish. Bought an E-350 in their CPO program a year ago. Complained about the brakes, they checked them and said "nothing wrong." Took to Coconut Creek Mercedes who found the rotors are warped. Pompano refused to repair without charge. Had flat tire, brought to Pompano, asked them to check the valve. They couldn't find the leak, said valve was okay, sold me a $300 tire which went flat a few days later and they later determined the valve (not the tire) was bad. Had another flat a week or two ago, brought to Coconut Creek Mercedes and they fixed it quickly and courteously. My sister noticed the hood of car was not properly aligned over engine. I brought it in, took them several days to figure out how to re-align, then told me the car had been in an accident and that was cause for alignment issue - why didn't CPO team pick up on this before the car was for sale in showroom? I brought car in today (11/25/16) hoping they would replace warped front rotors without charge, after all I had complained about issue from date of purchase and only Coconut Creek Mercedes acknowledged there was a problem. Service Manager Todd could care less about me, the car, my overall Mercedes experience, or fixing the problem. No interest whatsoever. He sent me home without even looking at the brakes. Mercedes of Pompano is without any doubt in my mind the absolute worst in sales and services for any brand of car I've ever owned, let alone a Mercedes dealership. Although I am stuck with my car (upside down), I strongly recommend against buying a Mercedes, new or CPO, but if you must, DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE IT AT Mercedes of Pompano. Mercedes of Pompano has proven themselves to be surprisingly incompetent and not at all interested in customer satisfaction. Consider this an honest warning from a very real, completely dissatisfied customer. Gave them one star because that is the minimum allowed. They deserve no stars!!! Yours Truly, MJPruz

I have bought 2 cars at this location in the the past years CLA and E350. If you're a MB buyer, you know they do not come cheap. Today we went for a maintenance and the service associate Ignastio charge $1400 for what we needed and DID NOT WANT to go any lower. So we settled for what they call "the best". We had to leave our car there and they COULD NOT give us a rental so Ignastio swore to bring us home himself.

COME TO FIND OUT hes not bringing us.. hes calling a Lyft and is only bringing us to 1 destination instead of the 2 we discussed prior to making any payments and deals. The sevice management Bob, Joe, Bill, Ben whatever name he gave us was even more upsetting to deal with than Ignastio.

Bob refused to approve $45 Lyft to my home (but gladly accepted $1400) and get my second car. He ARGUED with me for 15min about the second location not being around the corner and REFUSED to help even after the service associate stated that it was his fault knowing the distance of the locationd and assuring us he could do it. And even after his manager told him no, he rushed us in that Lyft and waited 7 mins to call us to let us know IT WAS NOT GOING TO BE DONE. I feel lied to, played, and stupid for putting trust in such a money hungry company that gives nothing back to its owners.

I will never do service nor buy a car from this location and maybe any location all because of the Manager who allow his service agent to pull a fast one one on a high paying customer.

Fernando Londono is my sales guy and he is the best honestly. He went above and beyond so I could get what I wanted. The car I wanted was there but it was not the color i wanted, but it was in Miami so they brought it to the Pompano location thanks to Fernando. He really is amazing and i am very very happy with the car and with his service. Any issues I have I give him a call and he takes care of it immediately. Best purchase(lease) I have ever made!

We visited Mercedes of Pompano and Abe Pourghassem attended us. It was a good and experience with no preassure. I visited other dealers for different cars and the sales pitch made you want to leave. We bought and took home our car with out problems. I went after to follow up on some details and Abe took me and stayed while the details were answered.

Overall a pleasant experience and profesionalism.

I choose one star, only because it required me to choose a star level. I would have rather preferred to choose no stars. I am completely shocked at the lack of assistance I received from Mercedes Benz of Pompano. I contacted them on behalf of a client who purchased a vehicle from them and we noticed that the dealership made an error on the title information. I needed them to correct the error. At first, It took me two weeks to get ahold of an actual person to talk to. Of course that person did not handle title's and needed to take a message. I asked to speak to the person that handles titles and was told she (Sonya Edwards) is not allowed to speak to customers. I called back to follow up and kept getting Voicemails for another week. I finally got ahold of someone and they said Sonya will process the correction by the end of the day, which was a Friday. I called back on Monday to follow up and got Voicemails again for another week. I explained to the receptionist that I needed to speak to a manager and that this was urgent as we have been at this for a month. She asked me who was the sales person and said she could only help me if I knew who the sales person was. I explained that the transaction had nothing to do with sales and I need an admin as this was a clerical mistake on their part and my client would like to get their attorney involved. I was then sent to another Voicemail. I am writing this review, because this should not happen especially at Mercedes. They are only interested in Sales and then forget about you. I hate to have to get legal involved, but unfortunately it seems that is the only way I will get some actual assistance. This is very unfortunate and terrible service for the amount of money that my client has spent on their vehicle. I work with several high profile clients and athletes and I now know never to recommend Mercedes Benz of Pompano when assisting them with a vehicle purchase. As you can see by the attached image, I created this task to work on for my client on July 23 and we are now at August 24th and I still do not have an answer, call back, or update from Mercedes Benz of Pompano. I have been calling them every week several times a week and noting everything that has transpired. I am now sending an email as my last attempt before contacting my clients Attorney.

My family are loyal Mercedes customers and have had our cars serviced at many different dealerships across the country- Pompano Beach Mercedes continues the long tradition of friendly service and speedy work. My rep, Mandy, was kind and professional. All of the people at the Enterprise on site were DELIGHTFUL, even though they had tons of work to do!
My only complaint would be my treatment at reception. I work in customer service and rarely complain about bad service because I know anyone can have a bad day, but Claudia was so rude, disinterested and dismissive that if I was a first time Mercedes customer- I don't know that I would feel comfortable returning. Hoping she was just having a bad day!

After careful consideration, we made the decision to lease a new E-300 from MB of Pompano instead of from our dealer up north. The sales experience was very comfortable and professional from the start and was much less stressful than dealings with other car dealerships in the past. I had been shopping for a Mercedes E350 for about a month and I was scheduled to purchase this car at another dealership but it didn't pass my visual inspection. Nevertheless, I saw that Mercedes of Pompano had a E350 listed so I went to look at it without placing too much hope on the listing. To my surprise, from the minute I stepped foot into this dealership I was treated kindly and greeted by my sales person, Angela Jordon. I wasn't sure if I was going to buy the car but Angela made the process very easy and as a direct result, I purchased the CPO E350 from her and I believe that she will now have a customer for many years to come. This was my very first Mercedes and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Mercedes of Pompano and Angela for allowing me to be part of the family! I love my white on white E350 coupe.

Armando was my service advisor. He was very attentive and knowledgable. The dealership emailed me a quote with the detail of my cars problem. The then proceeded to call me to confirm. When I arrived to collect my car I was met by my service provider who once again explained the repair. My car was ready waiting cleaned and sanitized. Excellent job!
