This dealership is not a customer focused organization. For the past 48 hours I have left messages with the general manager, fleet manager and sales manager trying to get information on a 17 M-B E300 to no avail. The operator keeps passing me off to various phones where I have to leave voicemails even though I ve asked to speak to somebody live . After leaving multiple voicemails since 9A yesterday no one has yet to return my calls. I ve decided to take my business back to Germain M-B of Easton so that I can take delivery of a new car this week.
