I took my 2018 GLC300 in to be serviced for what was deemed a software update multiple times, totaling over 23 days in a 4 month period and the issue is still unresolved. Each time my car was kept multiple days with no progress. Service Representative did not contact me with updates even after several phone calls and emails. I was even told by my Service Rep that he was entering a meeting and would be unavailable to speak with me the remainder of the day. When i called back to verify status with my car 5 mins later i was transferred back to the same Service Rep. At this point i made it clear i no longer wanted them to do anything with my vehicle. I would be in in 1 and 1/2 hours to pick it up. When I arrived my vehicle was still not ready and i waited an additional hour. During this time I spoke with approximately 8 others customers with similar horror stories related to service at this dealership. I will now drive an hour away from my house to a dealer that is not Auto Nation. I have looked at the reviews for all Mercedes dealerships within 15 miles of me and they all have horrible reviews and are Auto Nation locations. Auto Nation is clearly not living up to the Mercedes brand reputation. If my only options are to buy from Auto Nation i will buy a lesser vehicle from an organization that understands how to treat its customers.
