If leaving 0 stars was an option then I would have chosen that! THIS IS THE WORST MERCEDES DEALER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Their work is absolutely horrible and they NEVER get the issue fixed on the first try, EVER. Not to mention how EXTREMELY RUDE the female tech manager was when I called about getting the issue that they caused resolved. She put me on hold in the middle of me speaking and then got back on the line and was very combative while telling me I was wrong about the service that was done to my car! If you do make the mistake of going to this dealer make sure YOU write everything that they do to your car down because I promise you they will not have it all in their system if you need to go back and reference it. I have had nothing but problems with this location for years now and I finally give up and will never go back to them. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to Fort Lauderdale than to go back here for them to waste my time and make my car issues worse!
