Worst experience ever. The staff spoke to me in a condescending tone except the cashier. She was lovely. They charged me for the extra days i had the loaner yet my vehicle was not ready when i picked it up. My car also had black scuff marks all over. They stated it was from when they lifted my car on the hydronic. Everyone acts like they are not happy to be working there including the manager. I have been to many different Mercedes and this one has the worst customer service. They act like a private corporation and not like auto nation. Auto nation usually has the best service. If you need a place to take your car go to the Mercedes in Delray to save the hassle. I tried to find how to fill out an actual service but no one will help me because they know.
