Since day one of my purchase 2014 Mercedes cla250 ...

Since day one of my purchase 2014 Mercedes cla250 from Mercedes of Denver it was the worst experience 3 years ago, and still til this day is the worst, I was running into some problems with my car and decided to call Mercedesof Denver to make a visit, I was already put on hold for a good 20-25 minutes, so I hung up and called back and they took my information to call me back, I decided to call Mercedes of Littleton the same day and caught me by surprise, I was able to make an appointment right away with a rental car!!!! Bravo! Thank you so much Ashly Roberts the service advisor who helped me through it all and for my Cla250 back on the road with my mind at ease! It's awesome that she is into cars because that means she understands and cares about our situation! 5 star!!!! I will be back for my future services! Thank you so much! Ohhh until this day Mercedes of Denver has not called me back! I guess they don't want to help me!

My request was simple as I wanted to get an extended warranty an it took well over a month to accomplish! He was patient and answered all her questions (she hadnt bought a car in over 20 years!). She got exactly what she wanted and is so happy with her purchase. I've purchased a lot of luxury vehicles over the years, and working with Stephan at Mercedes-Benz of Denver was a joy. He was honest, helpful to a fault, and very accommodating. Both he and the Sales Manager, Joe, worked hard to assure we purchased the GLS 550 that met our needs and desires, and at a fair price below True Car's "great deal" and at NADA trade in values for our 2017 GLS 450. The negotiation was quick and easy and after two exchanges of offers, was a done deal with no "nickel/diming'" If you want a Mercedes-Benz at a fair price (do your homework first on the web), there is no better dealer in the Denver metro area. They made us customers for life!

-Took multiple trips to get service requested on the initial visit. Had to repeatedly call and entire time they acted like they were doing me a favor when their tech had admitted he didnt finish the service. After all of this my alignment was off (was right before i came) and they wanted to charge me to fix their mistake.

This was absolutely the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Terry and Rod were amazing to work with and the financing part was the easiest process I have gone through in car buying. To top it off, we were purchasing a vehicle that was out of state and they got the vehicle here 3 days earlier than expected!!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone ! I am very conflicted. I have been considering upgrading my GLC for a while now, but I had some service I needed to attend to first. While scheduling my appointment for service I mentioned this fact while talking to Gerry. He was very pleasant to talk too, and informative. He convinced me to come in and check out the new GLE while waiting for my service appointment to finish. A good use of time.

When I went upstairs to see the car and started talking. The issue lays in the fact that the sales rep I worked with seemed uninterested in helping me. Nick seemed preoccupied with something else. While friendly at first, that changed quick. It felt like I was just a side interest, I did not feel the level of quality I expected. He struggled to answer simple questions, and was more then happy to have me leave.

My service guy, Josh was good and nice, and everyone in service was friendly and welcoming. The service was completed in the said time. For this reason I am conflicted, I like the car, but I'm unsure if I will buying it here in Denver.

Service was good, Sales was not. In total a 3 star rating. I know the management might attempt to directly contact me, so I have used an alias. I don't want the mistakes fixed, I want it done right the first time.

I needed a valve body done and a B service as well, I had that work done here a few weeks ago. First of all I brought it in on a Monday they guaranteed me that it will be done the next day because I was planning on driving my car out of town, well they didn t finish it when they promised me they would. So I finally pick my car up pay Over 2300 to have it fixed, not to mention I was going to leave town once I picked my car up, but couldn t because when I got home something told me to look under my car engine, and when I look it s pouring out tranny fluid excessively, so guess what? Had to postpone my trip again because the work was not done correctly. So with that said I had to wait until the next morning to take it back to the service department, they said that they forgot a screw or they torqued the screw or something, they apologized which didn t seem sincere, and offered me a detail. My real concern is what if I would ve just jumped on the highway for my out of state trip and never noticed that leaking?? I m sure I would have been on the side of the road in a bad position. And it makes me upset because I took my 2012 c250 to Mercedes Benz of Denver to avoid taking it to a independent Mercedes dealer so they wouldn t mess it up, but they same thing ended up happening to me at the dealership only thing is it cost me 1500 more to take it to Mercedes-Benz of Denver, but they still messed up and didn t seem to care.... uncertain if I ll ever go back.

This past Saturday my husband and I came here to look at an $8000, GMC Acadia. We had researched 8 passenger vehicles for about 4 months. We let the sales man know our credit situation from the start. We came with cash and a co signer on call, but was hoping to be able to obtain the vehicle without my father. We were prepared. We knew that we would need a large down payment to get a monthly payment of around $100. We started at $1500 but had much more. NO ONE wants to use every penny for a down payment. The salesmen left us for about 30 mins and never came back to negotiate or ask any questions of a co signer. When he came back, he told us that the banks are closed because it is a Saturday and "they" wanted $3900 down, and give them until Monday at 12. Thank you for judging us and ASSuming that we would not be able to afford that. My husband originally told me he did not want to go here because we would not be treated right, but I assured him it wouldn't matter because we were prepared and looking at a car for only $8000. Well thank you Mercedes Benz of Denver for Shot gunning my credit, and then denying us any options. I know mercades does not care what I have to say but hopefully other people like me will not waste thier time here. This place is only for rich people. Thanks for wasting our time.

Dealers sometimes get a bad rep and rightfully so in lots of cases. But my experience at Mercedes Benz of Denver yesterday was definitely 5 stars. I purchased a preowned BMW X5 with Amos (sales person). He was super helpful, researched all questions he didn t know the answers to, was very patient, helped me get the car on a lifting bay to inspect the bottom. Really just went the extra mile to help me out (stayed late to answer my questions, came in early so I could test drive the car). Joe (new car manager... the used car manager was out) stepped in to process the transaction. Joe was definitely very customer-centric and got me out of there really quickly once I had decided we were good to go. Lastly - Max (finance guy) sorted through all the final paperwork. He understood why I wasn t interested in purchasing any add-ons like warranties, etc. No high pressure sales tactics. Again, class act.

Only had a brief negative experience with Jay, their used car sales manager. Let s just say high pressure with an air of arrogance resulting in a less than stellar encounter. Wasn t there to help get me in a vehicle nor cultivate a long term relationship for sure. But thankfully, Amos, Joe and Max saved the day. Ask for Amos specifically if you go to the dealership!

Definitely 5 star service for which Mercedes is known. Easy scheduling for service and quick drop off with a loaner car. First regular maintenance on my new 2015 M-Class (I liked my last one so much that I drove it for 16 years and then bought another one) and they caught a screw that had punctured a tire. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience here. I came in to get quite a bit of work done just before my warranty expired and the service center seemed happy to help. The process of scheduling an appointment, getting a loaner vehicle, and picking up my car was as easy as could be. I appreciate their flexibility of allowing me to take the loaner car hundreds of miles away as I go to college in Grand Junction (even with me turning 21 the same day I requested the vehicle). The service advisor was helpful and friendly, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly with the loaner, and giving me updates about my car. A week later I returned to my car, and just about everything looked as good as new, including a nice complimentary car wash. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars was they missed a few very minor things I had asked them to fix. These things include one burnt out light above one of my door handles which still remains out, and a drivers side vent still making clicking noises. The vent seems much better than before (only noticed it once for about 5 seconds, as opposed to daily for about 30 seconds), but the burnt out light I believe was simply forgotten about. These are honestly incredibly minor things, and I am still very happy with the quality of service received, and the quality of my first Mercedes Benz originally from this location (purchased at BMW next door from the same dealer owner). Everything about the M-B experience far outweighs that of my Audi, BMW or Toyota. I will be sure to return next time my car needs anything done!

Super responsive, super knowledgeable (has done this for like 20 years), and the highest integrity of probably any salesperson ive ever worked with. And so kind. I need parts personally that know their job and can actually look up parts without having to default to a vin every time. I hate that I know your parts look up system better than people you pay. Today I walked out empty handed unlike the past three times I've been there due to this very issue and instead placed an order for $5000 worth of repair parts from a dealership in Atlanta forgoing expediency of ordering local.

One of the most unprofesional "luxury" dealerships I have ever visited. I have bought many luxury cars over the years, including Porsches, Ferraris, Maseratis, Mercedes and BMWs, but I have never experienced such incompetence. I had booked a test drive of e63 AMG. When I arrived I was told by the salesman Amos that the car would be ready shortly. I waited around 15 minutes till I noticed the salesperson just idling around. When I asked where is the test car, I was told that it's out on a test drive and who knows when it's coming back. Pathetic.

If you want someone to take a joy ride in your car come here. My husband and I brought our car in to be looked at and ordered the part that we needled.
We came back and our car wasn't there. One of the employees was "test driving" the car to make sure everything was alright with the piece we had ordered.
There were a few damages to the exterior of the car and we wanted them to take a look at it since we were there only to find out that there was a different facility that would actually have to look at that part of the car.
After waiting about 20 minutes for our car to be back we decided to take our car somewhere else rather than their auto body shop.

Excellent customer service. They had to order a special part from Germany and kept me informed of the progress throughout the process. I live over three hours from the dealer, and they brought me a loaner car and then promptly returned my car to me upon completion of the service.

we dropped the car off at the dealership as we were leaving the city for a few days. They drove us to the airport, repaired the car and dropped it back to our home so that it was there, washed and ready upon our return. There was nothing more that the dealership could have done. Their customer service was superb.

I knew the lease on my 2010 ML350 was coming due a...

I knew the lease on my 2010 ML350 was coming due and I had been informed that MB would forgive up to three months payments if I would lease or buy a new Mercedes. I contacted the Sales Manager, Todd Bundy, who responded immediately with an appointment with a sales person, Ben Houssein, who took charge and found exactly what I wanted in a replacement vehicle, even though they had to bring the car in from another MB dealer. I had to compromise on one or two minor features which I was willing to do to get the car I wanted. The dealership sought out the maximum discounts that were available, such as the USAA buyers discount and new car voucher and forgave three months of payments on my old lease. Once the new ML350 arrived less than a week later, the dealership, through the sales person assigned, had the new car detailed, accepted my trade-in and accommodated some additional requests that I had in the shortest time possible. The finance people had the lease agreement and transfer from one leased vehicle to the new accomplished in less than an hour. Then Ben went through all the "bells and whistles" on the new car and let me know that he was ready and willing for me to return anytime to answer any questions that I might have. All in all, it was a quick, painless and altogether pleasant,rewarding experience.

I am really disappointed with Mercedes-Benz of Denver. Their customer service and quality has really declined in the past few years. They are more worried about a shiny new building than customer service. When I called the service number to schedule my service I was transferred three times and eventually got voicemail. The next day I received a return call. I could barely hear the person because it was a bad line. They didn't ask me who my service advisor was or check to see, they just scheduled the appointment.

When I arrived for my "quick service" I was told that I actually needed a schedule B not the schedule A my car was telling me I needed. My check engine light was on and they told me it would be $150 for a diagnostic. That is completely insane. I can't believe that I would be charged $150 to then tell me you want me to spend an additional $650. I have to get a loaner car because the service was definitely not quick.

I have stayed loyal to the dealership for service on my car because of the customer service and relatively decent pricing. I don't want to pay for your new shiny building. I will look for an independent service center moving forward for service.

This is most likely the last Mercedes I will buy. I love my car and want to keep it as long as I can...mostly because I am not impressed with any of the new cars.

Ok experience. Went on a Saturday with family and definitely didn't look the part. Sales team was fine and really looked hard to find us a car that met our wants.

Found the car from their Houston dealership and we bought it sight unseen with the expectation that since it was still a Mercedes there would be a level of inspection and quality with it. We received the car and overall were happy with it.

Problem is we requested information prior to signing for it about what was done to the car multiple times at the dealership it was shipped from so we have an idea about the maintenance and improvements to the car. After multiple contacts to get, I am still unsuccessful in retrieving the information. It clearly didn't go through a full inspection process. I offered to pay to certify it but it wasn't something the dealership was interested in.

The car was delivered and the whole front it is rashed with rock chips. Yes, they are filled in with touch up paint but when you have hundreds of them, touch up paint is unacceptable for a 55k car. We will have to have the front end repainted. Not sure it was this dealership's issue but their dealership in Houston for not disclosing it. Unless it was disclosed and they chose not to disclose it to me. At this point, I have a front end that will need repainted.

So all in all an average experience. We have bought nothing but luxury cars for years now and we typically get considerably better service and product. I would maybe buy a car here again but with much more caution.

Tony was super helpful and patient and explained everything clearly. And to my surprise the whole process was quick. Definitely would recommend buying a car here.

Our experience at Mercedes-Benz of Denver has been nothing short of wonderful. My husband and I have had a relationship with Amos Ejuwa for over 4 years. We purchased our first two vehicles through him 4 years ago. When the time came to buy again, we decided to go back to Amos to see what he could do for us. My husband really does his homework before we make big purchases and he was shopping around for the best deal. Amos beat everyone hands down. I am truly confident that we got the best service. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate us, from Amos, the sales manager as well as the finance manager to make sure we were happy. My husband also wanted to buy new tires for his new car and the gentleman at the Parts department found exactly what my husband needed. Amos walked us through all of the features in our vehicles so that we could leave the lot and not have to try to figure things out ourselves. Since we made both of our vehicle purchases with Mercedes-Benz of Denver, I know we are now lifelong clients!

I purchased a used car from this dealership in May 2020.

Not only was the car in excellent shape and at good value, but working with the Used Car Manager, Nick Tata, was an extremely positive experience. Nick was very accommodating and actually took the car to a mechanic of my choice for a pre-inspection (this saved me a lot of time because I live outside of Denver).

Nick was profession, flexible, and courteous. I would work with Nick again without hesitation.

I have had my eye on a GLA since May. Getting new cars is nothing new to me, as I am a guy that likes a new car every three years. I decided to head down to Mercedes Benz after I had done some online research on the GLA line. I have to admit after seeing them in person and a test drive I am extremely pleased.

Before my trip to the dealer, the salesperson, Tai did a superb job in getting to know me, finding out what my wants, needs, and must-haves were. I have not come across many in the business that does all three, usually they focus is on what you want. Upon my arrival, she had a GLA parked out front ready for a test drive. All we had to do what get in and go. During the test drive, I found her very knowledgeable about not only the GLE but Mercedes Benz as a whole. After two test drives, I was hooked and wanted to see if a deal could be made. This is where Tai once again stands out from any other salesperson I have had. She gathered all the correct information correctly the first time, to include everything needed for the trade-in valuation. This has never happened to me before. Everywhere else there always seems to be something they missed or something they didn t annotate correctly. Tai was perfect first time.

Unfortunately, the numbers were not right for me to go forward with the GLA. Nothing that Tai or the dealer could do. The good news is I know where and who I am going to for my next purchase. Mainly due to Tai, but also the excellent experience at Mercedes Benz of Denver.

Excellent on-time service. All the people I dealt with are obviously very well-trained and focused on Customer Service and forthright communication. Whitney Johnson was outstanding. I was scheduled for an alignment, but I had not specified whether I was going to wait or pick up the vehicle later in the day. When I said I really wanted to wait, they made every effort to get my vehicle in immediately. There was one vehicle ahead of me, but I still got out of there in two hours. They always wash the car and are techno savvy to keep you informed by any means you choose. Pleasure to do business here, I'll be back.

Brought an S550 in for my first B check. I was kept waiting for twenty minutes before anyone took care of me. Two cars after I came in were waited on first.

Geoffrey Wasteneys breezed through a list of items advising it would come to $900+. No idea what he was talking about, but I did sign off on it..

Waited another twenty minutes for a loaner.

When I came in to pick up the car, I had to wait thirty minutes while Mr. Wasteneys took care of another customer who he apparently knew personally. Lots of chit chat while I sat around.

When I reviewed the final invoice I become aware, for the first time, the I was being charged over $150 for windshield wipers. The car is two years old with less that 10,000 miles. I was advised it was "recommended". I never had the opportunity to agree to replace perfectly almost knew windshield wipers. I felt I was had!

Finally, I waited another thirty minutes to get my car brought around after I paid for it. I was told "sorry", but no one told them to bring it until five minters earlier.

I just recently purchased a beautiful GLS 450 from Mercedes-Benz of Denver :)
I leased an ML 350 for three years and was absolutely in love with it but now that we have two little ones we wanted a slightly bigger vehicle.
The sales staff was very knowledgeable about their vehicles and recommended the perfect car for our family.
Our entire experience at this dealership was amazing. The place was very clean and they offered many snacks and drinks which kept the kiddos happy while they waited patiently.

The finance department was a breeze and I really appreciated the warranties that were available to me.
I look forward to visiting this place again and will recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new (or used) vehicle. :)

I own 2 Mercedes....a C-class for my wife which I purchased at Mercedes Benz of Denver and an M-350 which I purchased at another dealership. I have both of my cars serviced at MB/Denver and the team is absolutely outstanding. Professional....on-time...they keep you abreast of everything. One of the best experiences I've ever had each time I go in for service.

I had to update my review after the last month or ...

I had to update my review after the last month or so for the following reasons:

Keep in mind I've only had this car since mid April.

I had to take my car back several times to their service center.

Twice I took it back for some sort of brake recall.

The third time was a surprise because when I called to register my plates but they said I needed to take it to emissions.

I went back to the dealership and they gave me a coupon.

Well, it didn't pass and I had to take it back again. I

took it through emissions again and it did pass the 2nd time.

However, the AC has been blowing cold and then hot shortly after I started driving the vehicle.

I took it to another Acura dealer (because it's an Acura RDX) and now it's about a $1,000 worth of repairs to fix and recharge the AC.

Again, if this was 6 months down the road or common wear and tear issues, I would be fine with it.

However, it's tough to consider this common maintenance after 2-months of driving the vehicle.

While you do have to wait a while to set up an app...

While you do have to wait a while to set up an appointment to be able to have a loaner car, I do understand that they cannot have a large fleet of them. Geoffrey Westeneys was great about keeping me informed of the progress of the repairs, and had the car done when it was slated to be done. I did not buy my Mercedes from this dealership, but most likely will buy future cars from them if this type of service if the standard.

Christopher Smith, my service advisor, true professional. He did earn my 5 star review for sure. Mercedes Benz of Denver should be proud of their employees. I had poor experience with Mercedes Benz of Westminster not too long ago, but Christopher really made it up. I defiantly recommend these guys for your Mercedes Benz needs.

He has helped me to gain clarity on what my options are that are in alignment with my budget and desired mileage range. I have had and loved my Mercedes since 2014. I used to live in Texas where I had a great dealership to work with that took care of me and my car. I came here in 2017, to Denver Colorado, and have truly had consistently the worst service you could ever imagine with this dealership. I have worked with different agents at this location and they have all been so rude....so unhelpful.... and horrible communication. They keep my car for 10+ each time I ve brought it in because they always receive a wrong part, didn t have time to get to my car even though I had an appointment, or just flat couldn t figure out what was wrong with my car. And they don t communicate with you when they have your car. I m not someone who complains or makes an issue of things which is why I ve let this go EVERY time I ve gone here over the past two years. However I am now at my wits end with this as I m having yet another extended delay with no information..... they still don t know what s wrong with my car...and they ve had it now for 9 days. So I called this morning to try and get some information (becuase it s been 9 days) and I was greeted with an exasperated, rude, short, uninformative, and apathetic agent that I ve been working with. If this wasn t a consistent issue I wouldn t be making a thing of it, but it s happened with every agent and EVERY time I ve brought it in. So unfortunately today I had to call their 800 number and file a formal complaint, which I HATE doing. And after this service is complete I will be retrieving my car and moving my business to Mercedes Benz of Littleton. Like I said in the beginning I used to have a great Mercedes dealership to work with so I know what good service looks like, this isn t it. I am also in the market for a new Mercedes sometime in the next year or so and will definitely not be making my purchase from the Denver dealership. Very unfortunate.

Man what can I say about Mercedes Benz of Denver, first off working with Lucas as our salesman was an absolute pleasure, he gave us such a great deal on our vehicle, not only that but they take care of their customers so good we were offered a loaner car for them to reupholster the front seat of our new vehicle as well as do an oil change and tire rotation all free of charge for us. The whole staff at Mercedes Benz of Denver has been so great, we will definitely be shopping for our next vehicle there as well as referring all of our friends and family!

Impeccable service. Purchased a new Mercedes from another dealer a couple of years ago and had good service at that dealership, but not great. I happened to have a need for a rush service several months ago and Denver could accommodate where the other dealership could not. They were great! Since, I have had my vehicle in for additional service twice and I have had a truly pleasant experience every time. Highly recommended!

We purchased our car from this dealership and had a good experience. Unfortunately, their service department is probably the worst of any service department I have used. When our E550 only had about 1000 miles on it the brakes started grinding pretty bad. My husband called service and the response was, call roadside and have it towed to us. No, we don't have a courtesy vehicle, no we don't know when we will look at it but it is not safe to drive. I thought that this was a bit of an overreaction, and because we live so close (and I could not go without a car) I arranged driving in early in the morning when they said that they had a courtesy call available. I showed up in the morning (after being up all night with a teething baby!) and they informed me that there was no courtesy car available. Then, of course in this situation it was OK for me to drive back home, and make another appointment - which contradicts what they said on the phone about the car not being safe to drive.
It gets even better, we got an email saying that we were a no show for our service appointment, and when we reached out to management to discuss this, and the fact that they really inconvenienced us, there was no response. So, we ended up calling Littleton Mercedes, we explained the problem with the car, they told us on the phone what they thought it was, and we drove in, got a courtesy car and got the problem fixed. The service at Littleton is so much better, so I recommend taking your car there instead. In fact, we will drive down to Littleton when we get buy our next Mercedes, we won't be doing business with Denver Mercedes ever again.

I was unimpressed with the overall service, the team over there are not morning people. I arrived at 7 am and left at 10:30 am. They are like most dealership service department waited for 3 hours without being offered a snack at this location. The day after they fixed my brakes I learned my temporary license plate had been removed from my vehicle. I searched and found it in the car. I don't understand why it was removed by the dealership without my knowledge. They could have at least put it back in the same location when they washed the SUV. I could have been pulled over by the police and I would have been clueless.

They have a wide variety of vehicles and I found sales and support people to be courteous and responsive. My advisor, Amos Ejuwa was knowledgeable and patient, the negotiation process fair. I fully expect that service will be provided in a timely and competent manner, and will augment this evaluation and my opinion as their performance warrants.

In regards to the service center specifically, I gave 1 star. Our Mercedes was acting up when stopped so we made an appt to drop it off and get a loaner car. I had an appt at 730am. It should be a simple process! We told them prior to the call what our issue was. When I got there it seemed there was only 1 person working and a bunch of people who apparently couldn't help me bc it wasn't their job asked to help me and said someone would be with me soon. A manager came over too as he saw me waiting so long and said, he just needs to find his people! It was 8pm before a man was able to help help me. Then he re-asked me why I was there? It told him and he asked me what I thought was wrong. If I knew, I wouldn't be asking them to look at. Just saying. Nevertheless he struggled with his computer and 20min later I was out the door in my rental. 50 minutes to drop off a car and get on my way! Absolutely ridiculous. 15-20min tops is my expectation. They need to work on organization and efficiency. Additionally, they don't know what is wrong and the car has been there a week...
