Definitely 5 star service for which Mercedes is known. Easy scheduling for service and quick drop off with a loaner car. First regular maintenance on my new 2015 M-Class (I liked my last one so much that I drove it for 16 years and then bought another one) and they caught a screw that had punctured a tire. Many thanks for taking good care of me.
