Since day one of my purchase 2014 Mercedes cla250 from Mercedes of Denver it was the worst experience 3 years ago, and still til this day is the worst, I was running into some problems with my car and decided to call Mercedesof Denver to make a visit, I was already put on hold for a good 20-25 minutes, so I hung up and called back and they took my information to call me back, I decided to call Mercedes of Littleton the same day and caught me by surprise, I was able to make an appointment right away with a rental car!!!! Bravo! Thank you so much Ashly Roberts the service advisor who helped me through it all and for my Cla250 back on the road with my mind at ease! It's awesome that she is into cars because that means she understands and cares about our situation! 5 star!!!! I will be back for my future services! Thank you so much! Ohhh until this day Mercedes of Denver has not called me back! I guess they don't want to help me!
