Overall, I had a very pleasant experience here. I came in to get quite a bit of work done just before my warranty expired and the service center seemed happy to help. The process of scheduling an appointment, getting a loaner vehicle, and picking up my car was as easy as could be. I appreciate their flexibility of allowing me to take the loaner car hundreds of miles away as I go to college in Grand Junction (even with me turning 21 the same day I requested the vehicle). The service advisor was helpful and friendly, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly with the loaner, and giving me updates about my car. A week later I returned to my car, and just about everything looked as good as new, including a nice complimentary car wash. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars was they missed a few very minor things I had asked them to fix. These things include one burnt out light above one of my door handles which still remains out, and a drivers side vent still making clicking noises. The vent seems much better than before (only noticed it once for about 5 seconds, as opposed to daily for about 30 seconds), but the burnt out light I believe was simply forgotten about. These are honestly incredibly minor things, and I am still very happy with the quality of service received, and the quality of my first Mercedes Benz originally from this location (purchased at BMW next door from the same dealer owner). Everything about the M-B experience far outweighs that of my Audi, BMW or Toyota. I will be sure to return next time my car needs anything done!
