I have had and loved my Mercedes since 2014. I used to live in Texas where I had a great dealership to work with that took care of me and my car. I came here in 2017, to Denver Colorado, and have truly had consistently the worst service you could ever imagine with this dealership. I have worked with different agents at this location and they have all been so rude....so unhelpful.... and horrible communication. They keep my car for 10+ each time I ve brought it in because they always receive a wrong part, didn t have time to get to my car even though I had an appointment, or just flat couldn t figure out what was wrong with my car. And they don t communicate with you when they have your car. I m not someone who complains or makes an issue of things which is why I ve let this go EVERY time I ve gone here over the past two years. However I am now at my wits end with this as I m having yet another extended delay with no information..... they still don t know what s wrong with my car...and they ve had it now for 9 days. So I called this morning to try and get some information (becuase it s been 9 days) and I was greeted with an exasperated, rude, short, uninformative, and apathetic agent that I ve been working with. If this wasn t a consistent issue I wouldn t be making a thing of it, but it s happened with every agent and EVERY time I ve brought it in. So unfortunately today I had to call their 800 number and file a formal complaint, which I HATE doing. And after this service is complete I will be retrieving my car and moving my business to Mercedes Benz of Littleton. Like I said in the beginning I used to have a great Mercedes dealership to work with so I know what good service looks like, this isn t it. I am also in the market for a new Mercedes sometime in the next year or so and will definitely not be making my purchase from the Denver dealership. Very unfortunate.
