Upon entering no one greeted me an about 3-4 individuals saw an and kept on about their business! Very disappointed in the service I have received as I would expect a lot more from Mercedes! My request was simple as I wanted to get an extended warranty an it took well over a month to accomplish! I understand CoViD happened but in times like this the support should be better then ever an it wasn t.
