I am very conflicted. I have been considering upgrading my GLC for a while now, but I had some service I needed to attend to first. While scheduling my appointment for service I mentioned this fact while talking to Gerry. He was very pleasant to talk too, and informative. He convinced me to come in and check out the new GLE while waiting for my service appointment to finish. A good use of time.

When I went upstairs to see the car and started talking. The issue lays in the fact that the sales rep I worked with seemed uninterested in helping me. Nick seemed preoccupied with something else. While friendly at first, that changed quick. It felt like I was just a side interest, I did not feel the level of quality I expected. He struggled to answer simple questions, and was more then happy to have me leave.

My service guy, Josh was good and nice, and everyone in service was friendly and welcoming. The service was completed in the said time. For this reason I am conflicted, I like the car, but I'm unsure if I will buying it here in Denver.

Service was good, Sales was not. In total a 3 star rating. I know the management might attempt to directly contact me, so I have used an alias. I don't want the mistakes fixed, I want it done right the first time.
