After a failed service visit they invited me to provide a review. So here you go I've purchased several MBs from the former Barrier Mercedes and one from MB of Bell as Auto Nation. Since my sales professional was the same, I felt the difference was negligible between ownership. BUT that is a whole different story w/ their Service Dept. My most recent botched service deal was over a CPO warranty issue. Bellevue said the "fuel delivery module" had failed, would cost $2,200 to repair, take 2 weeks for the part and wasn't covered under the CPO warranty. Suggested that I try another dealership. WHAT?! So i did. Went to MB of Seattle and was taken care of in 1 day. Identical diagnosis and 100% covered under the CPO warranty. Total lack of trust for Auto Nation. I will avoid at all costs for future service and purchase needs.
