It was time to return my lease vehicle and i had maintained it in a good condition . Mercedes-Benz told me that there would be a pre-inspection before returning the vehicle and AUTOVIN would complete it. They found ~280$ of wear and tear. Later Mercedes also sent me a 15% coupon on the wear & tear damages to be submitted with my vehicle.

After i reached the dealership they were not willing to apply the coupon. Although the value was less, the sales associate David's behavior was extremely unprofessional and stating "You got off the hook, the wheels are damaged and you will get a huge bill for X Y Z things that was unrealistic and he will charge me 1500$ and then apply the 15% coupon"

And he was not willing to understand that the inspection had been complete and the charges were final as per the written communication.

The dealership kept on saying "This car is owned by Mercedes-Benz financial and not us" , then why the hell do i return the vehicle to them and they are not dealing well with the customer.

I probably am not going to lease another Mercedes again

Overall a bad experience and it is 2 parts

a. Shuttle Service - I had to wait 40 minutes for pick up and drop off at 9:30 AM in the morning. It was 11:00 AM when i got to work and similar experience in the evening. All this happened because of the miscommunication between staff and shuttle drivers.

For my pickup, the time to wait on the phone was approximately 20 minutes and after that the lady on the phone would connect me to the driver and he would not call me when he arrived since he did not have the number. This happened twice before i got picked up.

b. Service:
- The service guy walking me through in the morning was rude , however he did get the inside of the windshield cleaned after he said he was not going to.
- When i was purchasing the service, they really pushed me to buy it but when it is time to execution they did bare minimum on my 10K service
- Car was not washed properly, there was dirt on my car and also the windshield and glass had water marks that were dried out . There was no point of the hand wash since i had to clean it out later to see properly
- Car Vaccuming had missed number of spots and after repeatedly pointing out, he did it just before i left.

I want my money back for the maintanence package. All you people out there , DO NOT BUY THE MAINTANENCE PACKAGE .. it is a RIP OFFFFFFF
