I believe my advisor could have been transparent from the beginning. I bought my Mercedes at carmax in February 2018. I didn't know how to operate some features so the advisor was kind to share how to operate the features and schedule the car for its first maintenance 10,000 check. However I was hesitant to schedule because of the high expenses for the car. Somehow the coverage I had was lost in between our communications by him calling carmax to verify and lastly I wouldn't have to pay. At any rate I wasn't happy by bringing the car there to stay over 1 day and to be surprised by the hefty service price. I could have postponed it until I was ready to afford it.
