Outstanding service provided by Sales Associate Jason Wisher. He was patient, caring, informative, and supportive. What impressed us the most was the non-pressure approach to selling, whereby he was genuinely interested in getting the right car for us and building a relationship so that we are completely satisfied!! We thought we needed a C class but realized that an E class fits our needs the best. I would also like to say a word of thanks to Jibran for his help in the initial stages. Overall, my wife and I strongly recommend and thank Benz of Bellevue for getting us the right car at the right price!!!!!

Initially, I was looking for a car to put into my name to build credit. Surprisingly, my dream car was up for sale. (Nissan 370z). Intially, I found it to be suspicious because of a car like this to be so contradictory of the lot it was on...a Mercedes Benz dealership. Let alone in Bellevue. We found it Sunday night, I work swing shifts, so the next available time I had was the next Saturday. Soon after making an appt, Tina Macomber was my first point of contact. She called to see about getting me in, sooner than Saturday. I explained my scheduling issue, and with that information, she made sure that I got everything, paperwork-wise, done and secured the car for me to see as planned. All week through emails, we accomplished the majority what she needed to make the transition smoother. While we were at the dealership, she picked up on my slight...ok, major excitement for this car. They did everything in their power to make sure that everything was right, they were very thorough, and Tina had a great sense of humor as well a very staggering professional poise about her. Very straight forward. It was much appreciated. I especially appreciated the time and effort that went into the work they did on the car to even be placed on the lot, which included new tires, brakes, e-brake, oil of course, etc. I was shocked. And unlike most dealerships, the car was in amazing condition for being 5 years old. I left with, not only my dream car, but with the since of peace. I have to add, I was floored that I had the option to have a warranty on this car, too. A MERCEDES WARRANTY on a 370z. I feel so pleased, and at peace with every bit of the process and their company. Thank you for making one of my dreams come true.

I brought my car in because it was leaking oil, and was promptly given a loaner car while they they took a look to see what was happening. The team at MB of Bellevue was very good at reaching out to keep me up-to-date on the progress of the repair.

Turned out there was a hole somewhere in the engine and the entire thing had to be replaced. This took almost a month, but with great follow-up and communication, I felt confident that the team was taking care of things.

I have my car back now and look forward to the next service appt at MB of Bellevue (hopefully no oil leaks or engine replacements this time!).

I loved the Mercedes dealer when it was Barrier and wanted to keep that family feeling experience when Auto Nation bought them out. And its ... just okay. They pretty much treat the Mercedes people like the Chevy and Ford people now - everyone the same regardless so whether you are paying $120,000 plus for your new car or not. No more car wash, no more wash and vacuum when you take it in for service. It was a good service I just miss those little touches that take it from okay to good or excellent!

Swanky modern showroom and service facility with lots of shiny new cars. I take my car here for service, they are always prompt, friendly and finished on time. One day, the road construction surrounding the location will be finished and it will be easy to get in and out.

It seems for a couple of years now that there is always construction around there and for someone who don't drive around there often it is quite annoying. Otherwise I had a good experience overall. It's very obvious that the service dept is overbooked...the staff was running around
with their heads cut off.
I had an appt on Tuesday of last week,1pm,
they told me it would not be done until Wed
I made an appt for the next day 1120am
He texted me at 3pm and said they had not started on it.
I texted back and said I either want my car done today or a courtesy car.
He said it would be done at 5.
I never had this problem with Barrier Volvo
the entire time I owned my car ,12 years.
I bought my MB at Lynnwood and i will take it there for my service next time

My husband and I purchased a certified pre-owned cls550 last week from MB Bellevue. Jack Park ,our sales person, was very knowledgeable about the MB brand and helped us narrow down which model would be right for us as my husband and I were actually interested in two different models. After we selected the car the buying process was relatively easy and the customer service follow up has been great. I would definitely recommend MB Bellevue if interested in a Mercedes and Jack has been a great sales person to work with.

Bad Experience due to Poor Communication.
I went in for a routine service of my M-Class. I was told 1 hour or less (Premier Service) so I waited at the lounge. After two and a half hours some one came and told me that my car will be ready in another 20 minutes. I complained about the long wait, without any updates. I was told that my service adviser is not available and that he is new at the job.

I am a Barrier customer till 2008. After three Volvos from Barrier, this time we purchased a Mercedes. Yes, Barrier dealerships are now owned by Auto Nation. But nothing changed. These dealerships still operate with Jimmy Barrier's principles.

They don't pressure you. They answer all your questions about properly. They make sure every phase of the process goes smoothly.

From sales to service, they treat you like you are their only customer. They make sure you are happy.

Just got my car back from service
Spent almost 1 month there finally gearbox failure from the 1st time so have to replace a new one and wait for a part to shipped from German
1day before pick up dealer called and told me that expansion tank cracked how come? Before dropped my car off nothing wrong with that part. So need to fixed after wasted for another part from German. Final part came but got another called said the thing that connected from expansion tank crack too. No ETA. Until last Monday I got my car back. While my car at the dealer I told Matt to check tail gate because some time didn t closed by itself. He said everything work find until Sunday I opened tail gate 1st time after I got my car back now I can t closed. So I call Matt today. He said I have to pay for diagnose. Damm. Evertime I took my car to this dealer got new problem happen.

I went in to Mercedes of Bellevue service department at 5pm on president s day to ask them how to remove my brush guard on my G550 or how much would it costs to remove it. They said I would need to make an appointment. One of the service department workers said let me ask a mechanic. He leaves and comes back a couple minutes later. And says it would be $200. I say no thanks and I leave. A friend recommends me to Mercedes of Lynnwood. They tell me I have a tool in my car to remove the brush guard. It took only a minute to remove. The service person taught me how to remove it and didn t charge me. Where Mercedes Bellevue tried to charge me $200 lol. Never going back to Mercedes of Bellevue again.

Took car for service. I was given a list of issues to fix and an estimate of approximately 1,200. I was extremely skeptical. In less than six months after the service, the oil light came on. I took the car to another Mercedes dealership and there was nothing wrong with the car except that the oil tank was not completely filled. I was not charged at the other dealership for checking the car. This Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue is unethical and dishonest to say the least. I would rather drive a longer distance for reliable service than taking the car to Bellevue. The best Mercedes-Benz for service is in Lynwood.

My experience at MB Bellevue has been nothing but excellent. I have bought a couple of cars from them, and I will do it again. The staff is very pleasant, no-pressure-sales. They will put you in the vehicle you want instead of making a vehicle yours! A big difference. If they dont have one in stock, they will even find it for you.

The ambience is that of openness, welcoming and friendly. Bright, well-lit show rooms, refreshments, and of course their staff. Their service team is also one of the best. They take care of you, whether to drop you off or depending on the service you need, get you a loaner vehicle. They understand that you are a proud owner of a great vehicle and treat you as royalty.

Next time you want to buy or even check out a vehicle, you should give them a try definitely. I know I would :)

Our recent purchase from this dealership was a positive experience. We had researched particular models on the internet, but until you see and drive them you can't make a final decision. We visited the dealership, were met by Dante Jenkins/Sales Associate, and from there the end result was purchasing a car. Dante was extremely knowledgeable about the product he represented, was very focused on making sure his customer was satisfied on all counts, and has followed up with us several times to make sure we are happy with our purchase.

Would like to give 5 stars because it arrived in pristine condition. But was missing the second key fob (assured it had two) and cargo cover (removed to put the +2 seats up). I can understand since it was purchased on Saturday and detailed and then trailered to Spokane for Sunday delivery. Will update in a week when or if the missing items show up. Never delt with an Autonation dealership and am really impressed that they found the exact vehicle we wanted so quickly and at a good price.

Horrible experience with the service agents. Found similar comments in other reviews so there is a pattern. Had a slow air leak in a tire of my GLE350. Brought the car in to the service for a quick check. I did not have an appointment. The service people (an asian girl and an African American guy) acted very unprofessional and somewhat rude. Both didn't ask many questions. The asian girl checked the pressure written on the gas gap and started to question me "who put so much pressure in the car". I don't think 40psi is "so much pressure" to start with. And it has nothing to do with what to do with the leak. The black guy was quiet the whole time without letting me know what he's trying to do. I tried to establish eye contact and he never even looked back. Although when he's checking this and that he did greeted another client in another car who just drove in. I'm not sure it's because the other driver is a white guy and I'm not, or that's an acquainted client that he knew before. Either way he remained quiet the whole time when working on my car. At the end I noticed that he started to put air in the leaking car, so I was guessing he wanted me to go elsewhere. I asked "what's your plan?", and he replied "my plan is to air it up and see if it leaks again. If it does, you want to go get it check at discount [tire]". I actually checked the leak the night before but he never even tried to get that information. I guess he was just planning to put air in it and tell me "go elsewhere". I found this whole process very disturbing the way they treat a customer with this coldness. The least they could do is to say "we don't know the issue. and since you don't have an appointment unfortunately we don't have the bandwidth to work on this. But you could check with other tire shop" in a polite way. For customer service agent, it's important to keep your client updated what and how you are trying work on the situation. Being silent and looking all arrogant and possibly racist is a very low bar for a place like Mercedes. My lease of this GLE is coming to an end and I was actually planning to take a look at the newer version. This whole service process made me so uncomfortable I just left directly feeling "not being wanted" and "in the way". This is a horrible experience! Took the car later to another shop and tire was replaced for free from warranty.

I bought a used Lexus from Mercedes of Bellevue. The car is in great condition other than a few things I'll end up fixing myself. After the first and second salesman I didn't think I was going to buy the car, but I checked in a couple of days later and found out that the sales manager had quoted me a lower price than the second salesman by a few hundred dollars. I bought the car right there. The third salesman, the one that helped me through the purchasing process was absolutely spectacular. Lorenzo Johnson. He's the kind of person I would recommend buying a car from. Very nice, good story teller and he never gave off the stereotypical salesman vibe. Overall I'm very very happy with my purchase. I came wanting a used Lexus. I left with a used Lexus. I also left with the name of a great salesman.

I bought the car from a private dealer, the car is 2 years old, and still have 2 years of factory warranty left. The car has a strange popping noise coming from inside rear left door panel and inside rear deck from time to time, especially when I make a right turn, I can duplicate this noise every time. Took the car in to have it checked out, and also asked the dealer to inspect the car to see if there is anything wrong with the car. Received a text message towards the end of the first day, the car needs to be left at the dealer for overnight, talked to service adviser, and was informed will let me know once the car is ready to be picked up. I received no email, no phone call, no text message about the status for my car for next day. On 3rd day, around noon, I contacted the dealer to find out what is going on with my car, just to find out the car has been ready since the previous day. The dealer told me the popping noise was coming from the limited slip differential, although I don't have great knowledge about LSD, but, I know for sure, it's not coming from the LSD. I am not sure if the dealer has enough knowledge about this particular car. I was told they did the inspection and found nothing wrong, and they did not charge me anything for the inspection. I am not comfortable about the lack of communication. I'll try another dealer located at Lynnwood and see if they are better.

There are some good people working there but this is the third Auto Nation location that has been a huge disappointment. Our car, which is in the middle of a loan, had to towed in by Mercedes-Benz Road Side Assistance. It was dropped off on a Thursday at 2:30 pm and we had make multiple calls for to find out Saturday they did not know our car was even on their property. They are telling us the check engine light is not showing up any more. This is the second time we have had the same problem.

Recently bought a used car from Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue and there is an issue with comfort access on the driver door. I called on the 3rd day while I can still return the car and I was told that they will find a way to fix it. Now AutoNation insurance declined the claim, I am waiting on the dealership to decide if they will cover the $1000 expense or not. In general, I am disappointed that I have to go true all this when they missed to catch the problem during the inspection.

We had been looking at a vehicle at Jaguar of Bellevue and the sales manager was not very friendly and difficult to work with. Because of that I decided to see what vehicles Mercedes had to offer. Next thing I knew we were buying a car.
The guys and girl and Mercedes went out of their way to make this a pleasant experience, they were friendly and accommodating. I felt that by the time I left with my car I had gained 3 new friends.

Worst service I've ever experienced at any dealership in the Puget Sound area. I'm trying to get the airbag recall components replaced on my GL450 and never received a response to several emails to confirm if the parts were in stock. Their online scheduling system confirmed my appointment but after calling the Parts desk they told me that the parts hadn't even been ordered yet!! Service desk won't even answer the phone. I'm done with this place and will never go there or recommend them to anyone. They are not interested in fulfilling manufacturer obligation to correct potentially dangerous problems and it's obvious that their departments don't communicate, to customers or each other. I'm guessing the staff turnover rate is astronomical which is the best indication that this place doesn't deserve your business.

I think this place needs more service advisors or better communication amongst the ones that are there. I had to call multiple times and stay on hold up to 30mins just to speak to someone to find out my car was ready to be picked up. Took in a 7 seater suv and was given a small car as a loaner with no sympathy when I explained that it would be impossible for all 3 of my kids carseats to fit.

Not worth my time and no I wasn't buying a Mercedes. We were interested in one of the used car and actually wanted to buy it. There no-hassel price was nothing to jump on. The entire time my wife and I were there we were treated as if we were not their target customer. It's sad, all I wanted was them to give in a couple hundred and I would have given them cash on the spot but no-hassel is a guide for them. The salesman didn't even ask or try to work with us.

We have a 2004 MB SL-55 with 20 miles. We brought the car in around 2010 to get the TPMS sensors looked at just to find out it was going to be an absurd amount and did not care about this. We just had an issue with the SBC braking system and brought it in again since it had a safety recall. Their response was that this safety recall was "resolved" when we came in in 2010 and will not do anything for us. We were about to buy a 2014 E350 but they just lost our business.

Highly don t recommend buying a preowned vehicle from here. I repeatedly asked for a multipoint inspection report but they didn t give me one and verbally said everything was checked by the mechanic. When i took this for my first service they showed me 2 leaks that together cost 1.5k to repair, service manager won t cover the costs. Did a big mistake trusting that everything would be ok because its a reputed dealership.
