Very disappointed. My older model E320 needed A/C...

Very disappointed. My older model E320 needed A/C service check. M-B Bellevue service couldn't find any A/C leak or defects and recharged the system. On picking up my vehicle the next day, it was obvious the A/C still wasn't working (ie had completely lost refrigerant overnight awaiting my pickup). When they brought my vehicle out, they should have at least checked that the service I was paying for had restored it to working order!

They seemed very attentive to customers with newer model vehicles being dropped off, but I felt they weren't as interested in servicing my older model E320, nor in listening to my frustration that it still wasn't working. They seemed indifferent to the fact that I would have to take another day off work, arrange for a rental car (no loaners available), and return it for further service the following week!

I have had some routine service at M-B Bellevue previously, and the service was excellent, but that service consultant is no longer working there. I was not impressed with the service of the replacement consultant, nor of the service department in general, and will probably NOT use M-B of Bellevue for further auto purchases or service.
