I have purchased 2 new Mercedes in the last few years and take them both here for service...but no more. You would think that in an emergency situation or request that the service department might do their best to assist a reliable client with a simple request...please take a look at my car to see what is wrong and if its safe to drive until a service appointment could be made. Nope not here there was no customer service, no options presented, no thank you for purchasing and supporting us...nothing offered just a simple make an appointment as we are busy. Its no surprise the service department here sucks, look at the Yelp reviews and others. The sales team might be great, but the service is where you actually need it to be reliable for the long term relationship. There are several other mercedes dealers in the area so I would encourage anyone before using the Bellevue location to read the reviews and do your research. I will not be using their service department and I highly encourage others to do the same. I guess all the 'talk' about customer service, excellence, friendships, and safety all goes out the window when you actually try and see if it exists here...
