Mr. Pepper was a great sales associate, but the warehouse almost gave us a washer instead of a dryer. Glad we caught it before we drove home.

It's a store that sells hardware type stuff at pretty ok prices.

Menards lost my business, their practices are absolutely bull. I will not participate in the madness. I will not pay for one of their masks to enter the store and it is an invasion for them to force me to take a temp, and as a single mom with sole custody, how the hell can a company tell me I cannot take my children with me.

Menards has a good selection and some great deals. The lumber is cheap but things like 2x4s are often warped beyond use. The staff do a good job helping you with whatever you need. Overall it's an OK place.

Clean, well laid out. Never disappointed when I run in for something.

We visit often especially since my boyfriend started to work at the headquarters in town, the staff is very nice and very knowlegable of their respective departments. Always have great deals and I like coming here to look for plants for my potted garden. Our most recent visit it was a short stop to look at folding camping chairs, of which they have a great selection of for many different weight capacities and styles. They also happened to restock on succulents when we stopped by so i was able to pick up a live plant that was well taken care of.

The girl in cabinets literally acted as if we were the enemy because we came in looking for a cabinet to match ones we bought a year ago. It was bizarre. They sold us cabinets with a full warranty etc and now those cabinets no longer existed she felt it appropriate to speak to us in a rather rude manner and her tone was so nasty and condescending. I finally just said "were going to look at other options" thanks. Mind you, this menards has the most non caring ill-informed employees of any menards we've been to. But this girl took the cake. She was beyond rude and a worthless employee for them. Don't go to menards looking for good help-you won't find it.

Top notch service, quality merchandise, and a great grocery section! Menards has it all!

Staff has helped us on several occasions. Handicap parking is shoveled and salted in winter.

From the store manager (Dustin) to the department salespeople in electrical (Ken), paint (Kevin), hardware (Lori), to the cashier (Peggy), to customer service (Amber). All these people and others couldn't be nicer or more pleasant and patient. They are a pleasure to deal with and provide an extremely pleasing and pleasant shopping experience. The customer service at the Menards West store is second to none. I shop there twice a week and will continue to do so. Menards is a dad's Dream Land. It is personally my happy place. Sometimes I go there to sleep on the outdoor furniture

We got a bad vanity top, but everyone was really helpfull in making it right. Replaced with new and all is good. Nice

Ordered plywood for my home was told it would be delivered at noon mid afternoon called at 5 PM get told its gonna be a few more hours then get a call back at almost 8pm to get told its gonna be a few more hours call the store right away they said they loaded the wood up 30 min prior and would be here within 25 min but driver trying to say few more hours or in the morning definitely taking my business elsewhere from now on terrible service

Good place to get items cheep but keep in mind you get what you pay for.

Wide selection of building materials. Lumber often not best quality. Not always easy to find knowledgeable staff.

Masks are required. I d like to make my own choices.

Went in to get a restaurant gift card but they only have Menards gift cards

They had everything I needed. Parking spots seem small and with alot of oversized trucks parking in multiple spots it makes it interesting. A little short staffed like alot of companies.

Overpriced and mostly low quality unless brand name. They do have everything though.

That Menards doesn't cater to contractors they are just cheaper than everybody else and they are literally the only home improvement store around doesn't mean there the best

Always find what I need, and more. The associate's always greet you, and will show you to what your looking for if you need help. Store is also really neat.

Nice store but staff seems disinterested in being very helpful. I asked several people if an item was still in stock. After a momentary glance, each person concluded it was not without bothering to ask someone else or look up the item. After 15 minutes of searching, I found the item myself.

Great experience today was assisted with locating a counter top and couldn't be happier with the service I received great job

I recently visited this store and what service I received! It was wonderful!
Catie in the paint department, was an excellent ambassador for service at this Menards store. She was knowledgable, helpful, cheerful, professional and courteous. She guided me through the store, helped me with finding everything on my considerable list & assisted in lifting heavier objects. She was a breath of fresh air for this senior.

Around Eau Claire Menards is just about the only game in town for building supplys, they are not my favorite but they are okay.

They could be a little more helpful on the location of material in their yard to pick up.

New layout of the product made more sense. Toolboxes by tools. Storage containers in one area. Enjoyed the shopping experience.

Apparently not much changes in a year. They pulled a price-check "fast one." An item didn't ring up in accordance with the ad sign. When they called for a "price check," the department employee pulled the sign down rather than telling the clerk that the sale sign was up. I worked in retail once upon a time. I called them out on it and all they could do was stutter and stammer - guilty much?

I try not to be rude, but this place has the most clueless employees. They should not work at a home improvement store. I asked no less than half a dozen people for a very simple item and none of them could even give me an idea where it might be. I'll be driving to Farm and Fleet from now on.

Never shopping at Menards again. Congratulations on John Menard's support of Scott Walker and his anti-education, anti-middle class agenda. I'll pay more so my money isn't funneled into Walker's campaigns. Better to get quality materials instead of junk @ Menards anyway.

The worst experience. Bought a ceiling fan with light fixture, worked my butt off to get it up there. The fan worked, the light fixture did not. I thought it was my fault so I called an electrician. Which he deemed it to be a faulty light fixture built into the fan. What a waste of money. The whole thing , a waste. And the customer service was horrible. Basically laughed at me on the phone. I'll order it online, not from Menards.

This store is huge, so glad to see it finally in Eau Claire!

They don't have lumber in stock but sell you it anyways. And after a month they dont have it still and don't know when they might get more.

It's not a The Home Depot store, but has a decent selection.

Always like coming and looking at the selection of things. This is one of the busier Menards in the area. Customer service is usually decent and the 11% off rebate is a good deal.

When things are needed for D.I.Y, this is the place to go.

Love Menard's! I like that masks are required to enter during the Carona, it just makes it safe for everyone. The employees are always so helpful.

The Building Material Desk lied to me to get me to buy specific windows and when I caught on to what they were doing and the windows didn't match they refused to give me a refund. Store manager said yes I will take them back for a 75% restocking fee, when there policy reads 10% restocking fee. After all of the money I spent at Menards this is the way they treat customers? Never AGAIN...If there was a negative star they would get all of them.

Forcing people to buy a cotton mask for a dollar as they enter is insulting and ridiculous. They have lost a customer with their ridiculous policy.

Was looking for a shed and a co-worker walks by and says hi and doesn't even ask if I need help Lost my purchase if you can't even ask.

Made a return of some lumber today, and they ask you to go put it all back in the shelves for them in the yard. When i confirmed with the gate keeper that that is in deed what you do, he actually laughed because he knew how stupid it sounded. Menard I recommend changing this policy for the wife who is doing her husband a favor by returning some lumber. I bet Lowe's doesn't make you restock shelves if you return something.....

I like Menards, it's a great place with most everything you need.

Excellent service Erin was very helpful. This was the 2nd time this week I was lucky she was there, 1st in plumbing and then electrical. I don't think she was in plumbing, but she looked up what I asked for and found it.

This is a great Menards location. Always clean and well stocked. Very helpful staff. They have all your home improvement needs covered. If you haven't been in a Menards lately, go check them out - they now carry a pretty good selection of groceries and other household goods.

One of the best Menards with a huge selection and good prices with good staff members. The store seems to be larger than most locations that I have been too. The parking area is large enough even during peak times.

Went in needing some nuts for a threaded part. I brought the part in so I could check the thread with their thread gauge. Upon checking out I was told I needed to stop at the front desk and have a sticker put on it before bringing it into the store. I have never been into a hardware store with such a lack of trust in their customers. Will not return!
