The Building Material Desk lied to me to get me to buy specific windows and when I caught on to what they were doing and the windows didn't match they refused to give me a refund. Store manager said yes I will take them back for a 75% restocking fee, when there policy reads 10% restocking fee. After all of the money I spent at Menards this is the way they treat customers? Never AGAIN...If there was a negative star they would get all of them.
