Such a pleasant shopping experience for bridal. No one bothered us so we could shop in peace but there was always someone available to help with sizes and other questions.

Awful service, but fabulous clothes. Better to buy online where you can return for a refund, in-store purchases can only be returned for in-store credit.

This is the Ref that carries vintage pieces and gowns on top of the regular merchandise. Really helpful staff everytime I visit and cool store layout overall

Terrible service. Lost package and no support or remedy while no option to require a signature.

I came in looking for jeans ,Jade helped me find the perfect jeans by giving me options from their stockroom she was amazing. definitly will come back when I'm in the city

Love their clothes - but never wash them they will shrink.. I've lost 3 $200 dresses to shrinking fabric.

Unfortunately didn't have the best customer experience, was ignored by four sales assistance who decided to have a conversation around the counter first and then as I left the store was then told to 'Have a nice day' It's hard as I was a brand fan before and now I'm just disappointed.

Don t need to speak to the clothes because we all know that Reformation is perfection. But the humans who work here are all super helpful, honest, and so darn stylish. They re not pushy and really seem to just want you to feel good in whatever you like. 5 stars just for them. They also have a great selection of cute vintage finds at this particular location.

No help was offered, the workers just stared and the clothes look like they're from good will overpriced. Don't bother coming here.

Nice but not overly impressed. It's interesting store. My girlfriend Jennifer liked it better than me, but our tastes are different, so it all depends what you like and it's amazing for her, not so good for me, but then again that's what boutique shopping is all about.

Came here to try on the small but lovely selection of white dresses (aka wedding dresses) and really enjoyed how soft and pretty the dresses are. The sales associate was sweet and left me in peace to look around and try on the dresses. Thank you!

Great vintage collection & also a good spot if you want to try on anything from their bridal collection - specifically for bridesmaids!! The staff at the store are also so sweet

worst online service. Returned item, they did not process for over a month and then refused the return b/c it wasn't received on time!

Pretentious staff. Nice dresses that are made for people who are crazy tall.
