I wasn't helped staff but a customer, thanks so much for hilping with my tire!! God is good!!!

What an absolutely horrible experience. They did not properly align my car and as a result my tires got messed up on a long road trip. Hence, I had to dish out an extra hundred dollars to get new tires. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, he was absolutely rude and insulting. I would NEVER deal with these people again in my life. Avoid at all cost.

The people here are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They informed me of my car's condition, without trying to pile on extras. Conveniently located with great service, I'll definitely be back again.

Highly recommend EVERYONE going to this Location, Howard the GM will take care of you as if your family! As someone relocating here from Arizona the Roads are Brutal on my vehicle, this location is always helpful in my time of need and I sing high enough praise.

I live nearby and stop for the free air. Their compressor is the best. You set the pressure you want. The part that you hook onto the valve stem is the easiest to use. It's got a little bar like extension that is easy to grip and hold in place. When the pressure gets to your setting it beeps and little lights blink on and off around the read out. Foolproof air. No stop check with tire gauge repeat til you get what you want. And if you're lucky one of the guys will come out if their not busy and do it for you. Haven't needed new tires yet but I'll go there.

I go here and check the air in my tires and their air pump is not accurate at all and there's usually a long wait for the air

Called two Belle Tires.
One tried to upsell and lied to me, this place was open and honest.
Had told Joe that I was in a huge hurry due to a family crisis.
They were fast, friendly and professional.

I went to have a flat tire fix and was very impressive with a quick service and quality of the work that they did

Called in to get a tire patched, that I removed myself. They literally met me outside grabbed my tire, and before you know it I was text to come get it , and no charge! Great Job!

So I took my car in because my low washer fluid light came on. So of course I went to my local gas station and bought some fluid. Put it in and it immediately started leaking out from somewhere! Belle checked it and it was the washer pump. I paid $60+. I know what you re thinking; $60+ for a $15-$20 part! Yes! You get what you pay for! Great service and a warranty! I d pay it again! Fast service! Got there first thing in the morning and my car was done a little after lunchtime.

Went in there to buy a set of cheap tires, for my old beater. I asked for the cheapest tires, while they were installing them, I looked up the price online to make sure I wasn't overpaying and sure enough..... They added the optional road hazard to the tires without my consent.

The guy at the counter took it off after I said something but I feel like the original salesman should have asked before just adding extra stuff I didn't want.

The tires are nice and they did a good job installing them, but beware of them charging you for stuff you don't want.

Brought my car in because my tire was leaking air, they took it in and "fixed" it saying there was a screw in my tire. By the next morning my tire was flat again. I refilled it 3 times that day! The leak actually got worse and as I was leaving work last night the tire actually came off the rim.

Went to belle tire on telegraph in Dearborn had appointment at 8am didn't get my car back till 10am an all I had done was 2 tires put on that's it.They should dedicate at least one person just for tires. They turned away alot of money today because everybody that came in with tire problems were told it was a three hour wait.Thats just not good business.I WAITED 2HOURS FOR 2 TIRES UNACCEPTABLE

Friendly people. work completed on time and at quoted prices.

The wait time is ridiculous! & they stop taking customers 2 hours before close. Not to mention, you have to wait 1.5 hours for an oil change!

Free air pump that tells you when your tire is at the right pressure? And especially when this Michigan weather have tires losing air like a mf? Yeah i like that

I set up an appointment online. When I arrived to Belle I was greeted immediately. We went out to double check the tire size. He saw my online appointment. The tires I wanted was there and with 10 minutes my car was being service. My front tires were worn unevenly, so an alignment was recommended. This all took around 30 minutes. I can't believe how fast I was in and out. Making an appointment online is the way to go. Howard J. Stein and crew was on point with sales and service.

I called this location by accident to ask about getting my heat checked. The guy that answered the phone was very rude & quoted me a price above $80. I was at another location 2 days ago. My price was just above $40. I immediately called the Belle Tire on Michigan Ave.

Very rude and seemingly unconcerned with service. Cannot find anything positive to say about my experience. I would give them 0 stars if I could. After my experience I simply left, I didn't even get service, so, perhaps, it's possible to imagine the service technicians were good...

The Redford Michigan telegraph Rd. location where I purchased tires the staff was friendly helpful. They help me pick the right tires for my vehicle and it was done in less time than estimated.

I have utilized this Belle Tire for all of my vehicle service needs (tires, battery, oil changes, & starter). This location has delivered impeccable service each time!!

This place is awesome I got rims an tires there. It was fair price and they got the job done quickly. The employees are well educated on their products, The waiting Room is clean, Most importantly they treat you like an individual person they don't treat you like a dummy like some shops do. I would recommend going to the Belle tire when you need tires and/or rims!!!

The customer service is fantastic! If there's any kind of issue, they go above and beyond to make it right!

Service is too slow. You have too many counter people vs mechanics. They havent finished the work on my truck yet but when they do i will report if they do good work.

Very busy very slow once in awhile u get a bad customer service

Not a good company to let touch your vehicle. I stopped in for a tire repair from a bolt in tire. This is a simple patch job. I watched the tech while they sanded the tire inner to make the patch set but the worker ground so much that they exposed the metal messing of the tire. Tire started leaking air through the patch in a week. Went to local dealership and they RE-repaired the tire and all was good. Either the tech did not know what they were doing or it was intentional to try and get me back to buy a new tire. Either way I will not use this store again.

Really good experience with Mickey (hope i spelled that right), Howard, and the rest of the staff. I feel like they did everything they could to make sure i was taken care of. I would recommend these guys and I'll definitely go back.

Reasonable and on time. I was talking to had my wheels balanced at Belle tire . Pulled away still had the same issue I spoke with manager told him I was having the same problem he said bring it back in they will recheck the wheels. Just left location and they want to charge me again to do the rebalancing of the wheels. This is a rip-off they did not finish or complete the job it was not done right now they want to charge a second time.

The Service Technician was so nice. He did a temporary fix on my tire so it will last until I can replace my set. He did not even charge me.

My experience at the Dearborn Heights Belle Tire store has always been one of great satisfaction. The general manager Howard always sees that the work that is done is accurate and professional. On top of that, if I ever have any questions about the service that was performed, Howard is always ready to listen and handle any concerns that I have. I cannot say enough about the professionalism from the management, to the workforce at the store.

As usual, great and prompt service. Even though service can be negatively impacted as a result of the virus, Belle Tire still maintains a very high level of customer service. Joe did a great job of scheduling my job. He said it probably take a couple of hours. I was out of there in 1.5 hours. Great job Joe.

I have been a customer of Belle Tire since the 1970's. Never considered changing because of their customer service, professionalism and great prices. "Why try the rest when I already have the best!"

Took my 02 blazer in to have the tires that I bought there rotated and a front end aliment done. Told them the left back wheel had a noise in it and it moved back and forth. Told it would be $40 to have that checked out. Was given a call telling me nothing was wrong with the back wheel but $895.00 of other work was needed. New shocks, ball joint, and front axle. Paid to have the work done. Now I wonder if anything was even done. Back wheel still has noise. Needed this work done to go out of town on Wedsnday. Looks like I will be renting a car too add too the $895.00, plus another day off work too take too a real garage to see what the problem is and if any of the work they claim they did was done. Won't ever go back here again. Will be taking my truck elsewhere for rotation and front end alignment. Should have read the 3.7 reviews.

I unfortunately got a flat tire this morning, so I had the tow truck take me to the nearest Belle Tire, which was this one. I got there a little before they opened at 8, but when I got in I was greeted by Howard. I told him my situation and was told they will take a look and see if it can be patched. The damage was a bit much, so I had to get a new tire and Howard listed off quite a few tires. From $87 to the exact pair I had, which was significantly more. I asked his opinion since cars aren't my speciality, and he recommended going with the cheaper tire solely because my car wasn't 4 wheel drive. I went with his recommendation and waited around 20 minutes for it to be installed. While I was waiting, I noticed Howard taking car of the kitchen area, like replacing the coffee filter. I thought that was awesome, you can tell he really cares about his job and the environment of the building. Once my tire was put on I was rung up and ended up walking out spending significantly less than I had imaged. I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Howard, he made the experience as seamless and painless as possible, and I felt comfortable taking his advice. Unfortunately I don't live in the area, so I can't go here all the time for my car needs. If I did, I would 100% go here. I hope that whomever else stops by, will feel the same way I did my entire time while I was there!

Great service, they always take care of my families car repairs in a professional manner.

I took my car in yesterday because I heard a squeaking sound while driving. They told me I needed some calipers and rotors. I took my car to the dealership and I was told I didn't need rotors or calipers. They are some dishonest CROOKS!!!!

They have been taking care of my partner and I since her first car in 1982. I've been going there since I found out that they have old school values. They are never condescending. Once you buy tires from them you will be hooked too. They don't sell you goods or services you don't need. I trust them for advice. They help me get the best tires I can afford. If there is a problem they fix it.

I love Bell tire. Your can count on your car to be finished when they say.

This place suck I call in to have my car looked at and Diagnosed the guy said come after 12 I come now the jerk saying he won't be able to look at it till Monday it's Saturday i would never come back here. That's not even the worst of it when I was up there they did more playing around and talking than anything the three guys in black shirts where the biggest jerks of all avoiding me at first so they try to charge 900 dollars for a fuel pump not including the 3rd cyclender I'm suppose to need so I said no on Monday at 3 pm when they finally call me back I get there I asked for my car pay the guy he doesn't have change so he slowly wake over to the gas station while I was told somebody was taking the Gauges off my car 20mins later yes my car still not down the guy still holding on to my damn change and I'm about to get upset it took a hour and a half for them to drop my car down so I can get it towed away I wasted 50 bucks for the rude and disrespectful people here. Even the tow truck driver had to step in and say seriously just let the damn car down so we can go worst place ever by the way took it to another mechanic he said I didn't need either by cables where dirty my cyclender is fine and my pump is still good but soon will need to be replaced but on the phone they kept say one thing in person another

The whole team at the Dearborn Heights location of Belle Tire led by the manager Howard Stein are professional as well as customer conscious. Personally I have been a loyal Belle Tire customer since the early days when the shop was located on Grand River Ave. in Detroit. This store on Telegraph is where I tell my friends and family to go since they will never be led astray or disappointed in the service. keep up the great work!!

Pretty nice guys there, they explain all details of what's going on with your car and will show you as well. Jon is very nice!

My husband and I have been going here many years now with are vehicles and the staff has always been really friendly to us. Joe did excellent job recommending to right tires for our Ford Escape and the GM Howard always makes you feel right at home. The quotes for the repairs are accurate and much less then any dealership in town. Highly recommend!

Fast and friendly service. Dropped my car to have a tire repaired and they had it fixed the first hour they were open. No charge repair of a tire purchased at another Belle Tire store.

Just needed one tire replaced. Noticed my car was removed from the garage for alignment and currently been waiting for almost 1:50. Tire replacement took 40 min no clue why the alignment check would take so long. Total time for one tire was with just an alignment check was 2:30.

Awesome service was in and out in 20 mins for a tire rotation

Fast and friendly service but I have a dually they didn't clock the rear rims correctly and did not center the stainless hubcaps on the front now they have created crease's on them

I want in for an tire rotation and to have my air pressure brought to proper level. When I came to get my car the air pressure was not changed from when I brought it in and I can't be sure they even rotate it the tires. I will mark them next time I go in just to be sure it seemed the staff working on the cars was not well trained. Would not recommend the store to anyone.

Dropped off a tire with a bolt, picked up plugged he next day no charge. Great efforts being made during the pandemic to social distance and use masks etc. Felt very safe.

Best car repair experience ever. Thorough, quality work, fast, very reasonable price. First trip for tires and tie rod ends and AC. All perfectly fixed. Second trip was for a battery and oil change. Very friendly.
