If you want a hardware store with groceries this is the best you will find.

Over all I usually get everything I need here and there's always a great atmosphere and everyone else is usually helping someone within minutes but they didn't have my vacuum belt other then that great place and alot of good ppl

I wish Eau Claire had a Lowe's or Home Depot... This local monopoly will have to do..

The check clerk was rude and should have never been in that position. The clerk that we asked for assistance getting a,storm door was also rude and made us feel like they were doing us a favor for doing HIS JOB.

I had to pickup 20 bags of pebbles, so I paid inside and drove my truck out to the yard. I had just got the tailgate dropped when Marcus stepped over and asked if he could help. He quickly loaded the 20 bags and I was on my way. Very helpful! Thank you Marcus.

I was very happy with my shopping trip!!! All worker's were very helpful and courtesy!

I sometimes look forward to going to Lowe s or Home Depot, just to see if I m missing out on anything. Menard s doesn t disappoint, they have what I need at good prices. We can keep the competitors away as far as I m concerned.

Had the item I was looking for cheaper than Amazon! Can't ask for more...

I went to Menards for storage stuff (totes, etc.) and I found they had the best price on the tote in the size I was looking for. It took FOREVER to find a staff member who could help me. Turns out, none of the lids fit ANY of the totes! I know that it was the right lid for the tote because staff helped me and they ALMOST fit. Just cheaply made. Took 'em back. Cool place for other stuff though. This review was based on my most recent trip.

Not happy that ordering online charged a shipping and processing charge when ordering the exact same item in store had no extra fees. Plus 25% restocking fee for a Lazy Susan? Next order will be on Amazon.

Not great this visit, couldn't find anyone to ask where I could find rope and O rings, wandered the store till I found them. Cashier was very nice and pleasant.

Awful. Spent an hour waiting on an attempted rekeying of a lock to match a set. Unsuccessfully. Apparently a horrible product they shouldn't be selling in the first place. Left with nothing.

Stopped in for a few last Christmas items and picked up a couple of things and YES, 2 of the items I went to pick up was all sold out. So, don't wait for the last day before Christmas.

Great place for everything from groceries to lumber

Returns - I am glad to be able to access receipts but that doesn't help of you paid cash. The lights I returned apparently had been clearances and I only got half of my money back. I do understand they need to do that. But I was bummed.

Floor - my feet always hurt when I leave from the hard concrete floor.

Products - some items are made very poorly.

I work nearby and am running here for tools regularly, and even when they carry what I'm looking for is hit or miss whether or not it's in stock.

I just want to say thank you for having everyone wear a mask in your stores. I feel the safest shopping at Menard's at this time because of this. I know not everyone agrees with this as I have run into some of them coming out of the store that refuse to wear a mask. We owe it to our fellow humans to protect ourselves and others. We need to listen more to the expert doctors in this field. Thank you again.

I've always done my hardware shopping here and if they dont have what you want on hand they have kiosks all over you can order from and the restrooms are always clean people are friendly and everything is labeled so what you need is easy to find I highly recommend this place to anyone the only negative thing I have to say is some of the prices can be high on some stuff

Lumber quality has always been a known issue. Try and find a straight 2x4... Lol. Customer service and knowledge has always seemed good. Need a tool there is a good chance ull break? Cant beat the tool shop guarantee for the price. Plus im currently on weight restrictions and they where more than willing to help me load the sandbags i needed for winter driving. Prices are pretty good too. Being its the primary place around here for home improvement and construction id give menards a 85%. John on the other hand, the two times ive meet him would haggle his mother for borrowing a pencil. Overall, if you dont need straight lumber (or dont mind digging through pallets of lumber), the employees and prices are good.

Everyone wears masks and tried to keep distance. I felt confident to be in the store

Nice place and lots of stuff to buy. They have about everything you could need.

I only shop here because there are few other options. If you need to buy something here, buy two and you may end up with one that works.

I always find what I need here, whether it's tools, propane tanks, groceries, a car battery, or building materials. The employees are wonderful and very helpful!

Too bad zero stars is not an option. John Menard is a despicable human being...would rather pay twice as much somewhere else than give him any of my money.

We are at Menards on a regular basis. Most often we find what we need.

Not everything I was looking for but will make it work

Love going there ,people are so helpful and good attitude is everywhere.

If you are medically unable to wear a mask you are not welcome to shop in menards. They refused my buisness inside. This company has lost all my buisness and I will be sure to spread the word.

Good prices. Very big store, a little crowded for my taste.
