From the store manager (Dustin) to the department salespeople in electrical (Ken), paint (Kevin), hardware (Lori), to the cashier (Peggy), to customer service (Amber). All these people and others couldn't be nicer or more pleasant and patient. They are a pleasure to deal with and provide an extremely pleasing and pleasant shopping experience. The customer service at the Menards West store is second to none. I shop there twice a week and will continue to do so.
