We listed our house on a Wednesday at $230k, almost $40k higher than we purchased it for in 2011, in a neighborhood where houses often move slowly. We listed it with Birche and Damara Meese at Meese Property Group. To say we were extremely nervous about everything is an understatement. The group was so helpful to us during the process and super quick in every way. They didn t allow showings until our open house, which was the Saturday after listing, and it was slammed. We ended the day with four AMAZING offers and now we re under contract at full asking price after basically one day. In a transient community like ours it can be very stressful to buy and sell and we ve had rough experiences before. This experience was not one of those. It was incredible all around. If you have a chance to use them, do it. You won t regret it at all!

We tried listing ours for sale by owner, against the better judgement of others, and quickly realized we couldn't manage it on our own with two full time jobs and two small children.

In order to start the home-selling process, I reached out to a different realtor, and just didn't "jive" with her. Our ideas didn't match and she didn't make me feel like she was concerned with selling my home. :(

After this, I reached out via Facebook for Damara's free Comparative Market Analysis, then set up a time to meet her... and was so impressed with her professionalism! She was super helpful and enthusiastic... and LISTENED to me!

I still wanted to try the FSBO, but I did have a plan in the back of my mind of listing with Damara incase it proved to be unsuccessful. I probably spent over 24 hours of phone time and he was totally opposite of my original thought: he's informative, professional, cool, and kind. He works for the client. It's not often I feel compelled to review a business, but certain companies have stood out over the years. Meese Property Group provided the absolute best real estate services I've experienced over six separate purchases and sales. I contacted them a couple of weeks before a short notice move. Birche came in with a plan, executed, and had my home sold on the first weekend, over asking price with multiple offers. This was the second time I had listed this house - the first time I lasted 8 months (no offers) before I gave up and found renters. Despite the time zone differences and frequent technological issues (on my side), Birche and his team managed all negotiations and repairs in a timely manner and had consistent communication throughout the process. MPG has a firm grasp of the local markets but also extended the reach of the listing through a rather robust marketing campaign, as opposed to just waiting for the next military family to show up looking for something. I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking to buy or sell in and around Cumberland/Harnett/Moore/Hoke counties.

After going the for sale by owner route (unsuccessfully), while using ClickIt realty in hopes to get more showings, we decided to enlist some help. Just 17 days after being listed with Birche, our house was under contract! My story: This is truthfully the first review I ve ever taken the time to write and, for what it s worth, Damara and Birche at Meese Property Group are more than worth my time. I have been living in another state, attending graduate school, and planning a wedding throughout the process of selling my home. I originally listed my property with another realtor and it sat on the market for 7 months. Needless to say this was a very stressful time. When the contract with that realtor was coming to an end, I contacted Meese Property Group. Damara was already familiar with my property, and she enthusiastically gave me a detailed plan to sell my house- She was a breath of fresh air!!

Taylor walked me through every house virtually via FaceTime so I could see the house and even recorded videos for me of the neighborhood. Taylor provided information regarding school districts and rentability of neighborhoods for me since I was interested in renting my house in the future. Taylor included not only the base statistics but her personal opinions on neighborhoods in order to provide a better prospective of the area.
