Birche came in our home and gave us some suggestions on things we needed to do to get ready for the sale of our house for the best price, which was extremely helpful to us. He not only made the suggestions, but helped us get some of the work done. Quickly, our house was put on the market and widely advertised! Open houses began immediately . Our home sold within weeks of being on the market!!! He handled the negotiations tremendously and we were very pleased! Very thankful for his personal care and the great job he did!!!!
